My wife and I spent 12 days at Bert En Els’ place and it was amazing from the beginning to the end. The house is amazing, very charming, cozy, and makes you fell very welcome. It was the most clean airbnb/hotel, we’ve ever stayed. The pool, the garden, the trees, a perfect Quinta, very well located. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh fruits, juice, sweets, homemade bread. The hostes, Bert and Els, are a lovely couple, very friendly and helpful, always ready for the guests, always with a smile on the face. Very nice people. Ah, and Kira, the guardian of the place, is a nice and friendly dog, that is also always welcoming the guests, we miss her already. Looking forward to comeback! Eduardo & Elisa

Claudia and Luis couldn’t have done more to help us on our weekend break. They are both passionate and knowledgeable people with a heart for Portugal. The room was well appointed, very clean and excellent value for money. The breakfast was great, locally made produce and delicious home made jams by Claudia. The access from the property to the harbour was a 15 minute walk which was nice as we could explore on the way. Olhao is a very pleasant town and the best part for us was frequently visiting the islands, especially Armona which is absolutely stunning, a must visit for low tide! Wij hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad! Het ontbijt is heerlijk en we hadden een fijne kamer met een goed bed. Dick is erg behulpzaam en gastvrij.

I stayed in the basic room which was exactly how it was described, however I have to say, although basic, it really was comfortable and had everything I needed, warmth, light, and although as stated small, it felt airy and roomy. The mattress was very comfortable and the pillows were so amazing I did want to leave my luggage and take one home (I didn't), but I slept very well. Rozaleen and Gino were very welcoming and Rozaleen's kindness was invaluable to me as a solo traveler. The breakfast was as previous reviews had stated, incredible, fresh and plentiful, so much love was clearly shared through the breakfast. The shower was very enjoyable and powerful. It is somewhere that I would immediately return to if I go back to Olhao for sure largely because of the lovely welcome and home from home feel. Thanks Rozaleen and Gino x

Alojamiento fabuloso. La casa está ubicada en medio de las mejores playas y zonas del Algarve. El alojamiento tiene la mezcla perfecta entre intimidad y posibilidad de disfrutar de las áreas comunes como si hubieras alquilado una casa completa con todo tipo de lujos. Los desayunos deliciosos. Los anfitriones encantadores y la habitación mucho mejor de lo que se ve en la foto. Definitivamente esperamos repetir. Gracias Sylvia y Marcus, nos hemos sentido mejor que en casa!

Great location and wonderful hosts! This was the ultimate in comfort and service. The room was large, beautifully decorated and so clean; such value for money. The location was very walkable to all the beachfront restaurants. Luis gave us suggestions on where to eat and we loved it. Luis was so helpful on where to go, how to get there, provided parking and was the perfect host. Breakfast was much more than expected and delicious, even with fresh squeezed orange juice! Would definitely return.

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit, das Zimmer war toll, der Garten inkl. Pool sind traumhaft schön und laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstück war super lecker, die Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen und freuen uns schon darauf!

Der Aufenthalt war ein absoluter Traum. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Chantal und ihr Mann sind unglaublich aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Sie standen uns jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Seite und strahlen eine angenehme Aura aus. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ein Traum und jeden Euro wert. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen – das war sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft.

I very rarely write reviews but the experience we shared at CASA BRAVA compels me to. By far the best Airbnb experience we’ve had. Julie, Marc and Marine greeted us like family and made us feel right at home. The care, the attention to detail, the restaurant recommendations, the breakfasts, the land, the accommodation were all second to none. Thank you Julie, Marc and Marine. We’ll be back soon. What can I say other than WOW…..this was probably one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The place looks exactly like the photos (if not better), and Marco was so amazing and kind to us. He was welcoming, attentive, and considerate. He also serves a killer breakfast - definitely exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed our time here and will 100% come back (hopefully in better weather). Thanks again for the wonderful experience, Marco!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr sauber, unsere Zimmer genau so. Wir haben eine große Terrasse gehabt, ein sauberes WC und deren Garten mit Pool hatte viele Sitzmöglichkeiten (Sofa, Liegen, Tische und Stühle). An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Estelle und ihr Mann sind sehr sehr lieb und auch wenn wir nicht die selbe Sprache gesprochen haben, hat es geklappt zu kommunizieren. Auf Nachrichten hat sie immer sofort geantwortet und wenn man Hilfe braucht, ist sie sofort da. Wenn ihr überlegt dieses AirBnb zu buchen tut es auf jeden Fall. Am besten hat man ein Auto wenn man hier schläft, denn viele verschiedene schöne Orte sind ganz in der Nähe und gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es war alles sehr schön, danke noch mal. Vielleicht sieht man sich irgendwann mal wieder:)

Wow! We had the most amazing stay here. The house, grounds and surroundings are absolutely stunning. The house is very modern with clean lines, everything you need but no clutter, stylishly decorated/furnished, sparkingly clean and very well-kept. Breakfast (which is delicious) is served 8-10am outside by the pool, where there are also multiple lounging areas (so even if there are other guests everyone has their own space). Light lunches/dinners/tapas/drinks are also available. This is a very tranquil and relaxing place. Chantal and Wim are brilliant hosts - warm, welcoming and generous, very attentive. Great walking/biking in the area, though you will definitely need a car too. Overall, absolutely superb, cannot recommend highly enough!

Philippe's place is a bit away from the touristy mainstream not far from Loulé. We stayed at his beautiful and very stylish furnished bungalow. It is a great place also for day trips to the coast but you can also spend your time at the pool or your own veranda. The communication was excellent and Philippe answered within a few minutes to our messages. All in all I can say: Perfect location, perfect host and a great stay guaranteed. Thank you again for the great time. We will come back for sure.

Este alojamiento es perfecto para recorrer los alrededores. Un espacio tranquilo, con una piscina grande y tumbonas para relajarse. Se agradece una zona infantil donde los niños pueden jugar. El desayuno, completo y generoso. Además de bonito y cálido. La habitación, limpia y linda. La ducha potente. Agradecemos la amabilidad de Patricia y su cálida recibida todas las mañanas. Recomendamos 100% esta estancia y sin duda volveríamos. Gracias Andrea!

Uma experiência maravilhosa, marcada pela gentileza, atenção aos detalhes e gestos atenciosos. Apesar de estar ausente, Andrea demonstrou preocupação com a minha segurança durante a chuva torrencial, entrou em contato mais tarde para saber da minha estadia. Além disso, atualizou a minha reserva para o quarto familiar sem custo adicional, o que foi muito apreciado. Pequeno almoço muito completo, cuidadosamente preparado pela Patricia, que foi extremamente gentil e atenciosa. Sabendo que sairia cedo no dia seguinte, deixou o pequeno almoço do dia seguinte embalado no quarto para a viagem. Também recebi uma tulipa artesanal feita por ela como presente pelo Dia da Mulher. 💞 O local em si era impecável, com uma atenção excepcional à limpeza e detalhes. A beleza dos arredores tornou a experiência ainda mais especial. Muito obrigada Casa da Cerca. 😊

Rob und Peter sind äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben hier 12 wunderschöne Urlaubstage verbracht. Das tägliche Frühstück war sehr liebevoll und abwechslungsreich zubereitet. Es war sehr schön, sich auch mal bedienen zu lassen ;) Unser Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wurde täglich gereinigt. Um die Umgebung zu erkunden, ist ein Auto aus unserer Sicht empfehlenswert. Rob gibt gern Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurantbesuchen. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Nous étions aux anges lors des petits déjeuner, nous avons beaucoup aimé l’environnement et le calme proposé dans ce logement. En venant nous avions peur du fait que le logement est divisé en plusieurs appartement et donc nous serons en contact avec des voisins au rez-de-chaussée, nous étions étonnés que les voisins sont très calmes, respectueux, chacun dans son coin… à refaire. Merci Rob pour ta gentillesse et tes renseignements.

Great private location. Very good breakfast. Good comfortable beds and cosy typical Portuguese rooms. Very nice hosts. Overall a great place to stay.

Würde es Freunden zu 100 % empfehlen. Die Unterkunft ist genau so schön, wie es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Es gehören ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Bad dazu. Zudem hat man Zugang zu einer privaten Sonnenterrasse, auf der man bei Sonne sowohl frühstücken als auch den Tag auf der gemütliche Lounge ausklingen lassen kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf einem kleinen Hügel von dem man sogar das Meer sieht. Trotzdem sind sowohl Faro in 20 Autominuten als auch Albufeira und Olhao in 30 Autominuten erreichbar. Peters Frühstück ist sehr lecker und mit Liebe angerichtet.
