This spacious, often quirky house with annexe is exactly what we needed for our family + dog get-away. It's clear that "Casa Evang" has been in use for quite some time as a family holiday home, so everything is there and provided for, e.g. kitchen utensils and things like coffee capsules, spices, oil, vinegar, mosquito repellents etc. – I personally appreciate it very much when I don't have to spend my first hours on vacation going to the supermarket and looking for the basics! I can't count the many hours we spent outside, be it by the large pool or on the terrace, just relaxing, reading, having barbecues etc. Despite the very convenient location – the town center (with supermarkets, restaurants etc.) is just a 10 min walk away – the property allows for all the privacy you need, with no direct neighbours. Last but not least, the hosts were very friendly and responsive, allowing us an early check-in and changing the gas bottle when we ran out of gas on a Sunday night. Thanks a lot!

We loved our stay here. My family was visiting us from Canada so we booked a larger bnb that we could all fit in. This place was perfect. I really preferred this style where there was only 16 units in the whole place as apposed to the larger resorts in the algarve. For us, it was private but also had a local cafe, a great restaurant strip only a 15 min walk away and a really amazing Restaurant 5 min from the house. The beds were comfortable and the linens nice. We would stay here again. We highly recommend to dine at Rota dos Sabores just around the corner from the house. Uber was only a few euro to get into Tavira which worked perfect for us. We saw way more staying here than if we stayed in Tavira as it exposed us to Cabanas which we never would have thought to visit. Amazing sunset on the boardwalk! Also the kids setup was perfect! Great for families as there were games and legos for the kids.

A beautiful villa with fantastic views overlooking Olhao in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Exceptionally clean and comfortable and very well equipped throughout , especially the kitchen. We stayed with a party of 12 for a company off-site and there was plenty of room for all to gather for meetings or to chill-out in private. The large, heated pool is a real treat and the outdoor area with loungers and a barbecue is perfect for a lazy, sunny afternoon. Graham and Karen are great hosts, lovely to deal with. Casa Colina is a well-suited for large groups of friends or families. Highly recommended.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Villa Concha; but it’s a house really in a quiet residential area. Very convenient for the Railway Station ( easy for Tavira and Faro) but a longer walk to the river front (15 mins) with plenty of lovely restaurants & cafes. The board walk is a pleasure and the boat trips over to the main beach across the river run all day at 1.5 euros. The pool was perfect & enjoyed our evenings outside with the BBQ. It was the outside space we liked best.The house was cool and dark but had all we needed. Traditional Portuguese. Fridge was good. Very modest inside but clean. We enjoyed bike hire & cycling to Tavira and down the cycle route along the coast. We used Pingo Supermarket. Fabulous choice of fish & meat. No car. Uber for 4 euros with our large shop. The weather was lovely and needed the pool! Our trip came together via Mark our host. His response to any query was quick. So helpful, reliable & obliging. Made our holiday. Thank you Mark.

Highly recommended! Family run business, hosts are amazing, genuine friendly and helpful people. Was an absolute pleasure to stay here! The villa is very spacious and has everything you need, the outdoors dining area and social area has shade during the hottest hours of the day. The pool is lovely and big, the views are beautifully stunning!! We will be staying again and would definitely recommend, if you would like a peaceful and tranquil stay, somewhere beautiful, where you can make memories, this is the diamond you are looking for!

Had such a beautiful time at the villa, spent a long weekend here and can’t recommend it enough!! Had some lovely pool days and also went to few nearby towns and into faro and went to Olhão which was recommended by Macha The villa is absolutely gorgeous, we could not believe how amazing it was and we had the best time making food and eating outside and spending time around the pool, was truly the nicest Airbnb we’ve all stayed in! Macha was a lovely host and even gave us a lift into Olhao ! She was so friendly and welcoming but still left us to enjoy the villa in privacy and do our own thing 😊

We loved our stay at Terwest and really didn’t want to leave. Everything is perfect, the Villa, the views, the facilities and Sao Bras. We are already booking for summer next year but next time for longer, wish it could be forever!

It was a pleasure to stay and Vivian and Ruben’s place. The house is very spacious and can accommodate large groups perfectly. Vivian and Ruben were there to greet us and let us in and were available throughout the stay for any questions we had no matter how small. Highly recommend staying at their place. Pool was a great plus even for a mid October stay as it can be heated.

Hemos estado bien en este alojamiento. Coincidía con la descripción. Tenía una piscina muy bonita y estaba bien equipado. Por decir algún inconveniente, la ubicación es algo retirada, pero si buscas tranquilidad este es tu sitio.

Très agréable séjour , soleil et tranquillité. Hôtes très accueillants et arrangeants. Nous avons pu procéder au check-in bien en avance et avec une maison irréprochable !!. Maison très bien équipée et conforme à ce que nous avions vu sur le site. Tout est fait pour le confort des vacanciers. Un grand merci à Sandrine et Joao pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse. Je recommande vivement ce bel endroit.

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle’s villa. The place is beautiful and full of charm. Every detail is put towards comfort and a homey atmosphere. The kitchen is large, functional and well equipped. The bedrooms are comfortable, with good beds and pillows, and good linen. The outside area is very well laid out. The pool is clean and comfortable, the BBQ area was also perfect. Perhaps best of all was Michelle. She was extremely kind and welcoming, made sure we were set up quickly and was always balancing between not wanting to interfere but also checking in and making sure we had everything we needed including recommendations, booking of restaurants, coordinating regular pool maintenance and gardening (she even lent us a parasol and some beach equipment). Highly recommended for families or couples with friends for a high quality, peaceful and charming experience. Amazing host.

Beautifully appointed villa just off the sea front in Santa Luzia - lovely terrace and pool and three great bedrooms and bathrooms - easy to walk to sea front and restaurants and a lovely village to wander around - supermarket also very close to stock up (excellent kitchen facilites). two beaches very close one via boat (max 10 mins) and the other Barril via train. All in all an excellent stay which we all loved. I have given 5 stars as I feel the villa does deserve this and Smartvillas were very helpful

We had a lovely time in Portugal! Chris is a great host, very service-minded, flexible, approachable and always answers fast on questions. We loved the peaceful and serene surroundings in the mountains, the fantastic pool (salty water, which we love), the lovely terrace with awning offering welcome shadow as well as the comfortable, spacious house. The near by village offers every day grocery shopping as well as a couple of nice restaurants. Would be happy to return!

Très belle villa spacieuse, bien équipée et aménagée. Piscine aux dimensions généreuses. Située dans un endroit calme et paisible avec une très belle vue. Localisée près de toutes les commodités et proche des plages. Hôte avenant, amical et gentil. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Petit plus: nettoyage de la maison et du jardin en cours de semaine. Nous recommandons vivement.

Brilliant. Everything was perfect. Just as described. The people were helpful, the house well appointed and gorgeous!! You need a car for this but this is what we wanted. 100%!!!

La casa está estupendamente, tal y como se ve en las fotos (la piscina incluso más grande, ideal para niños y para relajarse los mayores). La casa está completamente equipada...ni en nuestra propia cocina tenemos tantas cosas. Además está decorada preciosa y los dueños dejaban detalles (pastas, cepillos de dientes, etc.). Natividad nos enseñó todo estupendamente. La comunicación ha sido inmediata con ella y con los dueños. Enseguida se enlaza con la N125 para ir a las playas. Vamos, para repetir y recomendar.

Fabulous private villa in a lovely secluded location, close to Moncarapacho and to Olhao. Very well equipped and laid out with everything you can possibly need. Beautiful garden and swimming pool and your own fruit trees for you to pick. Oliver is an excellent host, always available when you need him but invisible when you don't. Highly recommended for families and for those who want to experience the real Portugal, without the crowds.

My family and I have just spent 10 wonderful days at Georg's place, it was perfect for the 7 of us. Great en- suite bedrooms with aircon throughout the villa. Fabulous pool and garden. In a gated plot with plenty of parking, a car is necessary. Convenient for trips to Tavira, Faro, Olhao, Moncarapacho and Fuseta, all within half an hours drive. Monika the housekeeper is worth a special mention. She was there to welcome us and was on hand for any problems. lovely pleasant lady. The villa is really well equipped and spotless. One thing I would say is take plenty of mosquito repellent. We would definitely recommend Georg's place for a restful, peaceful holiday. Thank you for letting us stay.

We had a great stay here. It was spotlessly clean, great size bedrooms and communal spaces. The pool was perfect. It’s a quiet area so you need a car but lots of nice restaurants / supermarket etc. a short drive away. Welcoming check-in and easy check-out too.

WOW is the most accurate description of our days spent in Sina. A perfect getaway from the daily stress and crowds. Sina is pure perfection when it comes to relaxation in amazing surroundings ❤️ Paulo as a host was very forthcoming and helpful in every way. We will for sure return for another unforgettable experience.
