What an amazing property. Set in a beautiful setting. You wanted fir nothing on arrival ,with every detail pre thought . The private garden/courtyard with the twinkly lights when dusk fell added to the the tranqulity . Easy reach of all local amenities and loads to explore on the doorstep. The dogs were well catered for too with beds ,bowls and even towels❤️. Annie and Paddy were great hosts. Will definitely be back 🙏

This accommodation was a really lovely place to stay. A very good size (we were there with 3 adults 2 children & a dog) every room in the house was a big size. The kitchen was very well equipped, we cooked two big family meals there with no problems. The under floor heating in the front room was a bonus to have & the bathrooms were good & clean. What made the property, was the view to the garden & countryside beyond. I loved sitting on the balcony off the front room or at the breakfast bar in the kitchen watching the geese landing on the lake below us. The hosts were lovely & helpful & even left us some nice things in the fridge to arrive to. We all so enjoyed our stay at this brilliant property.

Le logement en lui-même est vraiment super. grande cuisine, chambres confortables, petite vue sur la mer, décoration très locale et familiale et un emplacement en plein milieu de Salcombe (un peu bruyant parfois, mais ça n'a pas dérangé nos enfants). c'était très pratique d'avoir accès au cabanon extérieur pour ranger la poussette ! Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit, et l'accès n'est pas éclairé donc il est important d'avoir une lampe de poche. En dehors de ça, nous avons été enchantés de ce logement avec nos enfants de 16 mois et 3 ans, et aurons grand plaisir à y revenir lors d'un prochain séjour.

Wow. What a stunning place to stay Beautiful house. Amazing grounds and scenery. Pool tennis court and bar with games room was a great addition. Alistair was a fabulous host. Very friendly most informative and a genuinely nice guy. Would highly recommend the clay pigeon shoot on the lawn which Alistair organised. 10 out of 10 will definitely return in the near future. Thankyou Alistair for an awesome weekend!

Perfect getaway, home away from home as the house was very cosy and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Great location just a bit of a steep hill to keep you fit and walk off the drinks from the great pubs in the town centre. Plenty of space in the house for 5 adults and 2 car parking spaces. Heidi was great, very responsive and provided lots of local tips before we arrived. The house was also decorated for Christmas which made it really special

My Family and I had a lovely weekend. House is as described and we all slept really well. The house and grounds are lovely and worked perfect for my birthday weekend. Jeanette is lovely and extremely helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I would certainly return!

The lodge was a great find. The outside space was ideal for my two daughters and they loved exploring the garden. The hot tub was great. Inside the lodge was very clean, comfy and had everything we needed. Thanks Gary!

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Melanie was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful right from the very beginnig. She welcomed us as soon as we got there and we felt right at home. The whole home is absolutely stunning, just like the pictures and we had everything we needed there. Me and my partner stayed in the barn and our friends stayed in the cottage right next door, nice that we wasnt too far away from our friends but we also had our own privacy aswell. Though we had rainy weather whilst we were there, we didnt let it stop us from using the pool and hot tub. It was a great way to unwind and relax after the driving around and busy days out. Melanie would check up on us during our stay which we thought was very kind of her, she also left us cute little cornish treats which were super yummy. We wish we had booked longer and are looking forward to coming back again hopefully with a lot of sunshine! Thank you again Melanie, we loved our holiday x

Our stay was short but oh so lovely! We felt at home as soon as we stepped foot inside the caravan. The Easter decorations and treats were a lovely touch and our 6 year old loved it! The caravan had all you would need, comfy beds and ample space for parking. The site was so quiet and peaceful. The pool was glorious, lovely and warm and very quiet with only having to share it with one other family each time we used it. Site staff were also really friendly. Brixham was lovely to walk around too. Thank you Lisa for a fab stay, we will look forward to a return trip soon!

Only stayed for one night for a wedding but would definitely go back for a longer stay. Large comfortable place in beuatiful surroundings. Great value for money. Only little let down was if 6 adults staying sofa bed is not very comfortable, would probably be okay for children. Kayleigh was a really responsive host and any query was responded too within a few minutes. Really nice place in a really nice location.

Lesley was a great host, upon arrival we were met with a lovely basket of goodies and milk in the fridge which was most appreciated. Lesley also had the home from home things that you don’t always remember to pack such as loo roll, washing up liquid etc, the kitchen was perfect for our family, enough pots and pans and the air fryer was also a additional bonus. The only mark down would be that the van doesn’t have central heating as such only fan heating that you have to switch on so where it’s out of season and the weather isn’t great it was slightly chilly in the mornings. Overall we had a lovely time and I would recommend to others.

I visited for the evening to see my grandparents as I live in wales and they live in Devon. The bungalow was immaculate, helpful guide provided, the rooms are huge and the blankets and towels are a lovely touch. The shower was good too as it was really warm. The heating does take a while whilst on boost but once warmed up it’s lovely. We did feel a draft from the window and the curtains moved but we were in a storm so that’s understandable. Would have loved more sugars and maybe milk as there wasn’t a shop on site.

This place was ideal for my family, we have a newborn and dog and had everything we needed for them. Danny thought of most things from dog bowls, treats, poo bags, pin liners, coffee machine. My partner was skeptical about staying in a mobile home but after staying here he now has a different view on it. Highly recommend to anyone with family and dogs who need a base.

We really enjoyed our holiday in Wren lodge. It was so peaceful, cosy, clean, well equipped and was our happy place for a week. We loved the swimming pool and would have used it loads more if the weather had been warmer. During our week we had a lovely 2 mile walk to the local village pub where we had a tasty meal. We drove out to Bude, which we loved for cute shops and crabbing on the harbour wall. We found Sandymouth beach for a fun beach day, with an amazing beach cafe. We would definitely recommend the lodge for a relaxing homely place to stay with great helpful hosts. Definitely value gor money. Well equipped kitchen and all lovely and clean. The large garden space around the lodge was sich a nice view and seeing cows in the field from the kitchen window was just delightful! A very happy holiday. Thank you to Valerie and Tony!

Fabulous short break at Reef Knot - gorgeous cosy cottage just steps from everything in Fowey. Beautiful decor, plenty of space for our family of 4 and we all loved the day bed on the top floor - great spot for reading on a rainy day! Kitchen was thoughtfully equipped, bathroom was lovely and beds were comfy - all in all a fabulous stay! Thank you!

We booked this Airbnb as a family of 8 adults and a dog and it was perfect! Great size, great location and amazing views. Would definitely come back here!

Beautiful, spacious, unique place, with lovely decor and finished with elegance. Well thought out accommodation with everything you need. The place suited us perfectly for 9 guests. Exactly as described on the site. We struggled a bit with the amount of people to number of bathrooms, (1 bathroom, plus 1 en-suite) but not really an issue, just a bit of planning. The host, Rose was great, really responsive, approachable and friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and love to book again.

We booked a really last minute holiday and arrived within a few hours of booking. The place was absolutely beautiful and so many comfortable places to chill around the house. The location was perfect as well, just what we were after! One of the best holidays we've had as a family!

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous cabin. It is beautifully designed and decorated so that you feel at home from the minute you enter, feeling warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Every detail has been thought of, from all the cooking essentials (and more), spare batteries for reading lights, a hand drawn map of a beautiful local walk, and a fire laid ready to light. The hosts were on hand if we needed anything, but also unobtrusive and respectful. The freshly picked vegetables from Anne's garden were the best we have eaten, and she even encouraged us to take some home. The views from the terrace spectacular, particularly at sunset, and the local area full of beautiful beaches and eateries to explore. And the sauna was heaven! Highly recommend, and we would love to return.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

me and my family stayed here for a long weekend. such an amazing place with beautiful scenery. a perfect relaxing getaway
