Tavullia : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Notre court séjour chez Massimo était un moment de vrai bonheur. Les lits étaient extrêmement confortables et nous avons dormi comme des bébés. C’était un moment de réconfort et de joie car nous avons été accueillis par de nombreuses attentions ! Nous recommandons vivement et espérons pouvoir revenir, Merci Massimo

Maria e Riccardo sono stati molto ospitali e cordiali, fornendoci molte indicazioni utili per il soggiorno a Senigallia. La casa era pulita e con tutto il necessario: abbiamo apprezzato lo spazio all'aperto a noi dedicato e il grande giardino in cui il nostro cane ha potuto muoversi in tranquillità. La zona è molto tranquilla, semi collinare e quindi serve la macchina per scendere in centro, andare in spiaggia o fare altri escursioni nei dintorni. Sicuramente da consigliare

Alloggio molto curato, silenzioso e pulito, letto comodissimo. Si accede con un'ascensore fino al secondo piano e poi si trova una elegante scalinata che porta dell'appartamento al terzo piano. Facile il self check in. Facile gestire la temperatura degli ambienti. Ottima posizione in centro non troppo lontana dal parcheggio pubblico per le auto. Oltre alle due belle camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno ed il salottino, c'è una chicca il soppalco che crea un ulteriore spazio per trovare una angolo per leggere o riposare. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno.

Wir waren 3 Wochen in diesem traumhaft gelegenen Haus. Auf der Terasse liegen und den Vögeln zuhören, Wanderungen in das angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet einfach unglaublich schön. Und wer Leben und Städte mag ist in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc wirklich bestens aufgehoben. Der nahegelegene Hausstrand ist ruhig und ideal. Das Haus ist einfach und funktional eingerichtet eben ein Landhaus. Also wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ganz lieben Dank für die sehr liebe Betreuung.

La casa di Lucio è stata perfetta per la nostra vacanza tra mare e passeggiate in collina e nei boschi,lo spazio esterno ottimo per noi e soprattutto per i nostri 5 cani,che Lucio è stato così carino da ospitare con noi. La casa è bellissima e curata,il giardino un'oasi di pace da cui ammirare il tramonto.Lucio è stato anche gentilissimo e solerte nel risolvere piccoli inconvenienti dovuti alla pioggia e al freddo dei primi giorni.Bellissima vacanza

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

Bellissima esperienza. l'alloggio è raggiungibile attraverso una strada sterrata ed a tratti un po' ripida e stretta, ma comunque ben tenuta e percorribile in auto, la location vale decisamente il viaggio. Paesaggio splendido, immerso nella natura e molto tranquillo. Alloggio molto particolare, un'insieme di elementi rustici e moderni che lo rende molto accogliente e piacevole. Host davvero disponibili e gentili. Potendo, torneremo sicuramente ❤️

Alloggio come da foto, tutto in ordine e pulito. Zona tranquilla e verde, spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi con una camminata di 15 min circa. Andrea è stato molto gentile e sempre pronto.

What a beautiful house filled with love and care! We had a great time at Nilvana’s place. The house is spacious, warm with a super well equipped kitchen. The fireplace kept us nice and toasty 😊 the surroundings are beautiful! And Nilvana is a truly wonderful wonderful host 💗

Siamo stati benissimo da Sergio, l’appartamento è grande e spazioso, pulitissimo! Molto fresco nonostante le temperature esterne non basse. Sergio è stato disponibile e gentilissimo. Per il prezzo, già ottimo, c’è anche compresa la colazione in un bar vicino!

Stunning location and welcoming hosts! We had the place to ourselves, but it's worth being aware that there are 2 other flats adjoining the property, which may be in use at busier times of year, meaning the patio area is shared. A lovely part of Italy, and the natural beauty is stunning - we saw hoopoes several times and the orchids were gorgeous.

superbe appartement dans magnifique village appartement au top! rien de manque, celui-ci est aménagé de sorte à ce qu'il soit pratique. La literie est de bonne qualité, la cuisine est propre. Le plus : la terrasse avec vue sur l'adriatique. Carlotta nous a demandé si nous étions bien arrivés et nous a indiqué qu'il y avait un petit cadeau dans réfrigérateur :-) Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, il y avait un plateau dans la cuisine avec 2 verres à cocktail et des gâteaux. Quelle délicate attention après toutes ses heures de route (Ns venons de Bretagne en France). Le village est magnifique et animé avec la plage en contrebas. La région est superbe. Vous pouvez en savoir plus en feuilletant les livres et prospectus qui sont à votre disposition dans le logement. Et puis, nous avons fait de belles rencontres aussi dans le village. Je recommande vivement.

We had a most wonderful time in Elena and Antonio's apartment. We have been personally greeted by them and they gave us an extensive list of tips for museums, cinemas and restaurants which turned out to be absolutely spot-on. Thanks to them we found our favourite fish restaurant, Il Pescato del Canevone, just round the corner. The apartment is a beautifully decorated, carefully curated space with a wonderful atmosphere - we felt really at home from the first minute. They managed to combine modern interior design with the historic building in the best way.  It was absolutely clean, there are very comfortable beds and they spoil you with free water, snacks, tea, coffee and sweets. Elena and Antonio are a very sweet couple. They are there to help you with anything and everything - thank you so much for being not just perfect, but very welcoming and supportive hosts.  We would love to come back. 

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! Thank you Silke! - Your Minnesota friends!

La casa è situata in un contesto incantevole, in mezzo alla natura, con giardino e bosco, pertanto molto tranquillo e senza traffico. Il nostro cane si è trovato benissimo godendo di ampi spazi per poter correre. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort, ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della vita all'aperto. Nel circondario si possono fare camminate nei boschi oppure visitare piccoli borghi. Lorena e Devis sono stati due padroni di casa molto disponibili e discreti. Assolutamente da provare.

We (group of 6) had a wonderful stay at this spacious villa with stunning interior, like straight out of AD. This made staying in as tempting as the beach that was only a 2 minute walk away. We also spent significant time in the lovely and peaceful garden with furniture surrounding it, enabling you to pick your favourite spot. Nearby you also have plenty of patisseries, bakeries, restaurants and shops. The host was friendly, helpful and communicative. He had a Gardner who supplied us with mosquito repellent candles and instantly reset the padlock to the garden gate when it stopped working. He also arranged our sun loungers by the beach for a discounted rate. You’re only a 1 minute walk away from a bus stop that takes you into Rimini within just 10 minutes (1.50 Euros per journey). There’s also the Viserba-Rimini train station nearby. It was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

Alloggio molto bello con spazi adeguati ad ospitare un gruppo numeroso di persone (noi eravamo 12). Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno presso Casa Bellavista, alloggio che sicuramente esprime meglio tutte le sue potenzialità in stagione estiva ma comunque adattissimo anche per chi vuole passare un weekend in compagnia in una zona molto tranquilla. Celeri nelle risposte e sempre molto disponibili, sicuramente valuteremo se tornare anche d’estate per trascorrerci qualche giorno.

Esperienza favolosa! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villa fantastica, le camere sono come in foto, spaziose e arredate con gusto. I bagni splendidi, ognuno con la propria vasca idromassaggio. Cucina fornita di tutto, spazio comune piacevole… e un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Giancarlo è stato sempre puntuale e preciso nelle indicazioni. Super consigliato!

I cannot recommend Villa Alba highly enough. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, bright and airy. The setting of Villa Alba is just perfect. The views of the sea and surrounding countryside are spectacular. The house is located in a very quiet, private area but just 10 minutes drive away are the towns of Pesaro and Fano with loads to see and do and fantastic restaurants to eat at. What stood out most was Alberto, the host. Alberto is an incredible host. He is always at hand to help, always responsive and could not have gone more out of his way to make us feel welcome and at home. We hope to return to Villa Alba again. Thank you so much Alberto!
