Super happy with my stay. Apartment is the perfect base and location has all you need with shops and restaurants literally on your doorstep.

1. 뷰가 아래 모든 것을 압살. 뷰를 위해서는 3층 이상 x01호를 골라야 함. 301호, 401호, 501호... 매일 아침 커피 사와서 핸드폰으로 노래 틀어넣고 발코니에서 서호 바라보면서 30분 이상씩 앉아있었음. 3. 서호 뷰 침실은 뷰는 좋으나 도로쪽이라 시끄러움. (새벽 1시부터 아침 6시 정도까지는 조용한 듯) 나는 잠들면 소리 거의 못 듣는편인데 아침에 잠 깰 때 되서 깊은 잠이 아닐 땐 도로 소리 거슬림. 4. 옵션은 에어비앤비 설명에 적혀있는 옵션은 다 있음. 5. 에어컨은 전원 버튼에 불이 들어와 있어야 켜진 것임. 패널 켜져 있어서 동작중인줄 알았는데 전원 버튼에 불 들어와야 동작중인거 체크아웃하면서 알았음. 어쩐지 잘 때 덥더라... 나 같은 바보짓은 하지 말 것. 6. 청결 상태는 담배 냄새나 침구류에서 냄새나거나 하는 것 없었고 전체적으로 깨끗함. 특별히 엄청 깔끔한 성격 아니면 지내는데 무리 없을 듯, 그리고 그런 성격이면 에어비앤비에서 숙소 구하지 말고 4성급 이상 호텔로 가라 7. 걸어서 5분 거리에 24시간 편의점(써클K) 있음. 써클K 가는 방향에 쌀국수 식당 2개 있고, 한 곳에서만 먹어봤는데 맛있음. 다른 한 곳도 구글 평점 좋음. 8. 숙소 나와서 서호 정면으로 봤을 때 기준으로 오른쪽으로 쭉 가면 큰 마트 있음. 걸어서 5~10분 정도? 하이랜드 커피 지나서 9. 숙소 나와서 서호 정면으로 봤을 때 기준 왼쪽으로 서호 따라서 걸으면 괜찮은 카페들 있음. (PingPong 카페만 가봤고 메뉴에 에그 커피, 소금 커피 있음) 10. 걷기는 숙소 나와서 서호 정면으로 봤을 때 기준 오른쪽으로 서호 따라 걷는게 길 상태와 뷰가 더 좋음. (한참 걸으면 사원 같은거 하나 나오고 반똠 많이 팔고 있음. 낱개로 구매 가능하니 1인당 1~2개 잡고 구매) 11. 호스트 칼답이고, 가능하면 게스트가 원하는 방향으로 빠르게 해결해줌. 12. Ng.31 Đ. Xuân Diệu 골목길 걷기도 추천 (카페도 있음)

Brilliant place. Great location and everything as described. Toan was incredibly helpful with anything I needed and was very responsive. Would definitely book again as the lake I find is the best place to be as slightly quieter than down town Hà Nội. Recommended!

Great apartment in Westlake area. Very comfortable and with easy walkable access to a lot of restaurants. Ha Noi can be an intimidating city to walk due to heavy traffic, but this apartment was located in the only place we felt free to walk the area without hustling.

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

If you are reading my review then you are thinking of booking The Tournesol... don't just think about it BOOK IT!! You will not be disappointed. We have just had a 5 nights stay here and honestly cannot praise it enough. We met up with family that are traveling, so we were 6 adults and a 4 year old. We couldn't have chosen better. The location was right in the heart of the old Quarter, everything we wanted within a short walk away, fabulous restaurants, night markets, Train Street. The house itself was incredible, the space went on and on as you got to each floor, until you reached the beautiful roof terrace, a lovely place to sit and listen to the chatter of the City. Washing machine facilities on the roof too. The house is spotlessly clean and all amenities that you require. The beds were sooo comfortable and bedrooms very spacious. Tuan couldn't have done more for us, from start to finish, always at the end of the phone if needed, and lots of tips. Totally fabulous stay!!!!

일단 호스트의 피드백이 엄청 빠름 질문하면 거의 챗봇처럼 답이 바로바로 옴. 또한 한건물을 통째로 써서 뭔가 호텔 전세내서 쓰는 느낌이 듦! 그리고 내부 또한 굉장히 청결하고 무엇보다 수질이 굉장히 깨끗했음(필터 샤워기로 2일 썼는데 새하얌) 하노이 중심부와는 살짝 떨어져 있지만 그렇기 때문에 오히려 조용해서 좋았구 그랩으로도 올드쿼터까지 약 20분 이온몰은 7~8분 정도 걸려서 전혀 문제가 없었음! (아 그랩 주소 찍을때 2 Lane 318/80 Ngoc Tri Thach Long Bien 이 주소 찍으시면 집 바로 앞에서 내려줍니다!) 다음번 하노이 방문시에도 재방문 예정임! 적극 추천 추천 👍👍👍👏👏👏

The accommodation was really clean, quiet and had a very easy checkin. Tuan is the most responsive host I have ever encountered in my 45+ countries I have visited until now. Every message I’ve sent him, he would reply back in just a matter of minutes or even instantly. He was very attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend his place! Great stay! Internet was really good, which was a necessity for us!

Amazing place, looks exactly like the picture, we felt right at home and didn’t want to leave 🥲 The apartment has full amenities, the washer dryer and dishwasher were very useful during our 5 days stay. The bed was comfortable, the toilet got japanese bidet (our fave!!), everything was great really. The location is great, away from the hustle bustle of the old quarter so it’s relatively more peaceful. The road in front of the building has several lanes so the access to the apt was easy. Got a minimart next to it and several restaurants within walking distance so it was very convenient. Close to lotte mall tay ho too! The host is super responsive and helpful as well, will definitely come back to stay here if we come back to Hanoi again.

property is very swanky and very well maintained. all amenities are provided as detailed and is in one of the posh locations of Hanoi. Perfect trade off between distance from Old Town vs luxury stay. And the hosts are very well connected and always responding to all your queries. thanks for this experience Nhung and Minh❤️❤️❤️❤️

Nice apartment with comfortable beds, good air con, good internet, daily cleaning and a super market next door. There are a few restaurants around and you can walk to the lake. One negative point is that you have to take a 15 min taxi ride to reach all the sights, activities and cool bars and restaurants in the old quarter.

Nice decoration, excellent value & good location. The 3 bedroom I booked was amazing. Honestly, the room was more than I expected with nice decoration and super clean. The host Mark really made my stay happy and convient, I and my family had such a great stay with such a wonderful recommendation for Tours and car to airport. Highly recommend it.

하노이 시내까지는 그랩을 타고 이동하지만 멀진 않았습니다. 숙소 주변에 마트, 스타벅스, 음식점 등 편의시설도 좋았습니다. 다음에 이 근처로 숙소 잡는다면 한 번 더 예약할 것 같아요! 여행내내 잘 쉬다 갑니다!
