Me and my family stay for 2 nights when we were in Hanoi. Natalie's room is very great as it is very clean and tidy. By providing the refrigrator and microwave, Natalie's house is perfect. Natalie's room has Easy checkin and instruction and close to minimarket, pharmacy, market, restaurant and it walkable. She also very good in English and communication. Will come back if we visit Hanoi again! Thanksss for hosting us Natalie!

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Fantastic staff and beautiful apartment. Everything was spotless and exactly as listed. We booked at the very last minute and were able to check in immediately. Area was quiet from street noise but a little far from Old Quarter central so not as much available near by, however taxis were very cheap so was not an issue. Staff were also very helpful in organising local tours.

We had an amazing stay at Thuy’s property! Thuy went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, providing Netflix access in each room and even helping us dry our clothes for free when we had to leave before they were ready. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room and privacy for everyone in our group. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here for an exceptional and thoughtful hosting experience!

The place was neat and clean, centrally located from all the touristy places. Both Alex and Thanh were responsive to our questions and provided valuable suggestions. The apartment was comfortable and contained all necessary amenities in working condition. The only missing piece we thought was that the washrooms had no latches - but since that was only a personal preference so no big deal! Overall, a comfortable stay and value for money. 👍🏻

I have sensitive skin so the host helped out to change the bed sheets and bath towels during our stay. The location was too good to be true (pho bay and fuhoo cafe every morning seem like the best morning routine for us during our stay, literally a few steps away) so I would ignore some hiccups with cleanliness. Overalls the stay was lovely and the host was super responsive and they would fix things right away. The security guard is also nice too. Highly recommend! Thy & Trang

The apartment is very spacious, and the bedrooms are very airy and bright. The building is tucked away in a small alley, so it's very quiet and private. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped for a long-term stay. The only downside is that the living room AC sometimes smells. Other than that, the apartment is totally worth the price paid.

We had such a wonderful time and communication was always an absolute breeze and very friendly. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi and the street itself is full of fantastic restaurants and cafes. Would return in a heartbeat!

This price for 2 rooms is nice. Tay Ho is more peaceful than staying in Old Quarter.

The place was great, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The kitchen had the basic tools with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very stylish, spacious and modern apartment! There are even bathrobes, which like the bedding and towels smelled very fragrant and delicious. Coziness in every detail, felt like home. The owner was always in touch, was interested in whether we are doing well, was ready to help at any time. Thank you for staying in your apartment. Nice design and decoration. Very comfortable king bed. Very easy self check-in and check-out. Laundry is provided inside the apartment with clothes hang-drying which is a big plus and very convenient. Thanks for hosting!

This is a great spot while visiting Hanoi if you need the extra space as each bedroom has their own bathroom (one of the bedrooms has a bathroom across the hall, but it works because the other two have their own private). This is part of two modern towers in Hanoi which give you a hotel-vibe. The building is secure with locked elevators. The location is great for exploring the many restaurant and cafe options all walkable! We found a strip of restaurants and bars all offering a wide variety of food from traditional Vietnamese to Pizza. This is a great location for your next visit to Hanoi.

Amazing Host. Super friendly and accomodative. Very responsive and the house is beautiful and well maintained. The Host won't shy away from going out of the way to make your stay comfortable. Great experience!

The host is super responsive. My flight kept getting delayed and he was available to receive us even though we got there very late. The place is very nice and spacious and close to downtown Hanoi. Within a 20 minute taxi ride. The apartment is really large and has all thelisted amenities. If I go back to Hanoi, I would definitely stay there again.

enjoyed our stay here! the soundproofing from the outside was truly impressive, and helped us get a good night's rest. very much enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment. also appreciated it's strategic location which meant it was very easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to get to. Andy was a friendly, communicative host. would be happy to stay there again.
