Mr Pham’s house is beautiful and he made me feel right at home. The bedrooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. His family are lovely and friendly. I really enjoyed having dinner with them and spending time chatting away on the terrace in the evening. I would recommend for a female solo traveller looking for a place to stay in Hanoi - as long as you don’t mind being a bit further from the tourist areas.

Wszystko było naprawdę wspaniałe! Linh poszedł nam na rękę, bo chcieliśmy się szybciej zameldować i zaoferował nam większy apartament, który miał dostępny wcześniej. Jedyne co się nie zgadzało to cena basenu, powiedziano nam, że jeden bilet na basen dla rezydenta jest za darmo, a reszta gości po 150 000 vnd za bilet. W rzeczywistości musieliśmy wszyscy zaplacić po 177 500 za bilet, dla rezydenta była jedynie 15% zniżka. Możliwe że basen nas oszukał

Nam’s place is beautiful.. it feels like you’re staying in a farmhouse It’s just they don’t provide cleaning everyday rest every thing is amazingly good

She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

The place was neat and clean, centrally located from all the touristy places. Both Alex and Thanh were responsive to our questions and provided valuable suggestions. The apartment was comfortable and contained all necessary amenities in working condition. The only missing piece we thought was that the washrooms had no latches - but since that was only a personal preference so no big deal! Overall, a comfortable stay and value for money. 👍🏻

We, 5 family members, stayed in the place. Rooms were very clean, big, and well organised. Rooms are exactly what is described in Airbnb page. Ground floor has living area and 1 toilet. 1st floor has a kitchen and a bedroom. 2nd floor has second toilet and 2nd bedroom. If you have any health issues, be mindful of the climbs. We liked the the cardio part also. Overall, a good stay.

5명이서 5일동안 베트남에 있는 친구를 만나기 위해 방문했습니다. 처음만 입구를 찾는게 어렵지 한 번 찾으면 익숙하게 들어갈 수 있습니다. 앞에 서 호 호수와 기도사원이 있어 베트남의 전통적인 풍경을 감상할 수 있습니다. 호스트는 응답이 아주 빨랐고 필요한 바를 잘 들어줬습니다. 숙소에 방마다 물과 수건이 있어 부족함 없이 재밌게 놀다가 갔습니다. 다음에 다시 베트남에 온다면 방문 할 생각이 있습니다.

First off, we didn’t stay at this apartment due fault in piping however we were relocated to somewhere more central and it was as described. Old quarter apartment, gated community. Amazing as it’s above a coffee shop so morning coffee fix was literally a stone throw. Walkable location but grab was easy to access as well. Overall I’d say it was good. All co-host communicated professionally and understanding. Assisted with locations/ airport transfer and explained rules clearly. Lots of promotions from the management as well like 20% off massage !

Thanh is a great host and has been very responsive and helpful during my stay. The apartment is conveniently located and comfortable even for an extended stay.

The apartment was clean, easily accessable, very close to lots of local food places and right next to the lake. Very worth the visit i highly recommend.

It’s really a nice place, everything’s great. Clean , comfortable and huge space. Much better than expected, and the landlord Tram she replied to me positively. She let me check-out late cause I have to leave my luggage . Thanks a lot and I’m really grateful.

we had a fabulous stay at Nga's beautiful apartment in lovely Truc Bach. Spacious, clean, and very conveniently located in the most charming, quiet, quaint and peaceful neighborhood..a short 1 min walk right our to the lake . we extended our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. bonus: for early risers, you get a nice alarm clock from the temple next door, which is a great way to start your day! highly reccomended and will definitely be back!

It was a lovely stay and our host was so wonderfully accommodating and helpful and always available for any concerns! The property is very well maintained, cosy and clean! Thank you for this lovely stay.

謝謝Tuan的幫忙，四個晚上我們住的很舒適，第三天下午還有清潔人員來打掃，讓我們的空間保持很乾淨。 整體而言是一個很愉快的經驗，房東回覆也都很即時，吹風機燙衣版洗衣機烘衣機應有盡有！很推薦跟Tuan訂房，同一棟大樓我們其他的朋友的住宿經驗就沒有這麼好，所以我們很幸運能找到Tuan!

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!

This apartment was very comfortable and cost-effective. The host is friendly and active in communication. It's a place I can use often next time. I had a great time. 😊 Good!

3주간 머물렀습니다. 미딩에 이은 제2의 한인촌 아파트라서 매일 수십 명의 한국인들을 볼 수 있었고 건물 보안도 철저했어요. 해당 건물 1층에 편의점, 약국, 한국식당, 한국슈퍼가 있었고 단지 내에 한국세탁소, 한국야식집, 한국빵집, 새마을식당, 홍콩반점, 두끼떡볶이, 하이디라오, 한국정육점 등이 있어 마치 한국에 사는 듯 했습니다. 호치민쪽 아파트들은 벽간 소음이 심했는데 여기는 층간, 벽간 소음없이 조용했고 사진에 나온 호수가 있어서 집에서 보는 뷰도 좋고 나가서 런닝하기도 좋았습니다. 미딩은 매우 가깝고 우버 3-4000원이면 호안키엠이나 롯데마트 이동이 가능해서 편했어요. 10여 개 이상의 축구장에 밑에 있어서 매일 늦게까지 축구를 하는 사람들이 좀 시끄러운 게 유일한 단점이었습니다. 재방문 의사 매우 높습니다.
