I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was immaculately clean, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. Clarisse and Rhain (caretaker) was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering any questions I had promptly and ensuring everything went smoothly during my stay. The property is also very spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the best parts was that the listing is exactly as described and shown in the photos — no surprises, just as beautiful and well-maintained in person. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free, comfortable, and stylish stay. I’d definitely book again!

Probably the best bang for the buck you can find for 20 to 30 pax that has a private pool and around a 3 min walk from the beach. Some minor hiccups but you get more than what you pay for - the family clan and I will definitely be back! Thank you!

very modern at the heart of the province. home away from home

My family and I had a really nice time in Ivy's property. The place was very calm and peaceful, which was a perfect for an escape from the city. Her staff in the property were also very helpful, and the host was kind enough to give us local mangoes and eggs as a welcome present. The two pools were also great especially when traveling with kids. The children in our party really appreciated having the kiddie pool alongside the bigger one. The house was also lovely and beautifully built. The only downside is that the living room was not airconditioned, so if you go during extremely hot weather like we did, at a certain point, people will have no choice but to retreat to their individual rooms (that have ac) to cool down, which is fine, but does get in the way of family bonding time.

Franzel was very accommodating. We were traveling from Bicol and we were extremely tired from the long hours of driving. she was very helpful and courteous. She also helped me find my wallet when I left it inside the bedroom and had patiently waited for me to come back and retrieve it. She was an all star host! The place is nice and accurate as per pictures. They are great and accommodating. Going there, make sure you use google maps and follow the pin they placed in the picture.

Krystellene's house is a great place! We felt very comfortable inside, and I love the quiet atmosphere even outside. It's located in a subdivision and is easy to find. We chose this place because it's near the bus terminal and SM San Pablo. I would highly recommend her place and would love to come back again! My niece also loves it here. We truly feel at home!

The place was very cozy and peaceful at night. I wish that the bedroom in the middle has an aircon, but overall it was a very pleasant stay. The host was very understanding and very responsive. Will definitely go back next time.

Very affordable, quiet surroundings and peaceful

Our stay at Komunales was absolutely wonderful! The room was spotless, and the bathroom was stunning—everything felt so clean and inviting. Everyone in our group loved the experience from start to finish. The host and staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which came in handy during our stay. The pool was another highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. This place is very spacious and clean. You have lots of things to do and mostly all the utensils and appliances you needed is here. The host is very responsive to my queries all the time and gives an instruction on how to get there as the place is on a bit extremity of the subdivision. I would love to comeback again on my next visit to Laguna.
