What a great place! We had a fantastic stay. Sabrina's place is very private and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. A nice romantic getaway or family friendly break from the chaos would suit this place well. There is plenty to do outside with a great outdoor area including a volleyball net. The fire pit is great for a chilly night or evening snacks. I highly recommend! I will stay here again.

In my wife Tami’s words. As soon as we drove down Cotton Lane we knew we had found our home away from home for the next month. Absolutely stunning setting in Old Florida countryside. The charming cottage was a perfect home base for us & our 2 pups to relax & decompress from the cold Ohio winter. Plenty of trails to explore & it was fun to visit the farm animals. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need to cook up a feast, the front porch was spacious perfect for morning coffee and a good book. Chad was an amazing, friendly host. We explored at least 8 state parks & beaches each unique in their pristine natural beauty. (all within an hour or less of the cottage) We enjoyed hometown diners & food trucks.DeFuniak Springs was a historical charming town with a paved path around the lake. Library was fascinating make sure to visit. It was hard to pack up and come home. Thanks again Chad for sharing your cottage in the woods with us. Tami, Rick, Hazel & Duece 🐶🐶

If you’re looking for a secluded nature retreat with all the comforts of home, The Magic Treehouse will not disappoint! We enjoyed exploring the river and stream with the available canoe, then warming up around the bonfire. There is a nature trail on property that we loved hiking every morning. The inside is cozy, clean, and stocked with everything you need. Highly recommended and would book again.

Place was clean and spacious. Host was very friendly and communicative. Didn’t have no issues at all with the neighborhood definitely recommend and will book again in the future.

Met expectations and more! Beautiful place! I enjoyed getting to meet the family and get the full farm experience. Loved seeing the cows! Definitely will stay again!

This property is very well maintained, there is plenty of room inside as well as parking outside, the inside of the house was very pristine very well taken care of and very comfortable, I felt like I was at home

We stay every year and the place is always nice a clean and Thala makes the best homemade goodies for her guests. Any time communication has been needed she has responded very promptly. Great Host.

This was a cozy and convenient place to stop for the night on our long road trip. It was clean and comfortable. The host sent us a picture of what it would look like, which was really helpful since we arrived late at night. Thank you for your hospitality!

I adore tiny houses and love this place. Abby is wonderful to work with. There were a few normal , will happen sometimes, property issues that arose. I did give a 4 star review on cleanliness because of this, but don’t let this keep you from staying here. Abby will do her utmost to make your stay a great experience. Thank you for your accommodations!
