We absolutely loved this house! It was amazing! It is new, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked. The 5 bedrooms are huge with plenty of room for everyone. Four of five bedrooms have large private bathrooms. We had seven adults and four young children, and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need, including beautiful high-end appliances. The owners provide so many extra things like outside toys and tennis rackets. There’s also a beautiful pool table, foosball table, and corn hole game. Lots of fun activities for the adults and kids! The entire Steinhatchee Landing Resort Community is nice and had all the amenities mentioned on the airbnb website (too many to list) The house sits nextdoor to the playground, which was very convenient. The house is also convenient to the pool, work out room, and shuffleboard area. The petting zoo was cute and the walk to the river was beautiful! We were so happy that we found this house!

The place was very clean and quiet! Our family of 10 enjoyed renting both places!

The Moorings at Mandalay is a unique place. It’s a bit remote but that is easily understood in advance simply by viewing the listing pictures and area map. Quiet and tranquil. A great place to “get away from it all” for a few days. Nature and wildlife are abundant. The house literally sits on the river’s edge. Step out the back sliding glass door and onto the dock. Have a quiet sit and simply watch the river go by all while hoping to see the next osprey, another mullet jump, or a small group of redhead ducks fly upriver! I didn’t take time to fish any, but I have fished in the same general area on another close by coastal river and out in the flats for redfish and trout many times over the years. The Aucilla is no doubt a great fishery for this same kind of fishing pursuits, so next time fishing will be planned! Take a pole, and I’d concur with anyone that would recommend hiring a local guide that knows the river. You won’t regret it.

Nicole was great, we had a group of lineman who stayed at the house while working from Hurricane Helene and they enjoyed the house very much.

We’ve now stayed at this beautiful location twice. It’s a great location, beautiful kept. Stocked and makes you feel right at home. We look forward to staying here for many years to come.

This was a great place to spend a week. Great space and enough room for a few kids and dog. The host was extremely helpful and communicated with us before and during our stay to answer any questions we had. The neighbors were helpful as well and very nice. If you love the area this is one of the best neighborhoods to stay in. During high tide you can fit a good sized boat out the canal. Just need to make sure you watch the tides. All in all I’m sure we’ll be back. We stay in Keaton and Steinhatchee regularly and this was a great choice.

This place is absolutely beautiful, Stephanie is very attentive and proactive with responding. The house is beautiful, spotless, and close to entertainment. I can’t wait to come back with my friends, family, and bulldog.

Real close to town and good place to bring your boat or hand out along the river or relax on the porch We will be back to stay again

Loved our stay in Steinhatchee Landing. The community facilities were great and the house was as advertised. It was also ideal to have our own boat slip and not have to fight over the first come, first serve slips. The house was clean and well appointed. We would recommend this property to others potential renters.

Such an amazing place. Great location with a spacious, welcoming home. Things were a little dirty but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. we ordered groceries for delivery and the cleaner was sweet enough to go ahead and put them in for us. we appreciate all of her help. if you have a large family or group traveling definitely book this place

Everything was just as described. We had a great time. Hosts were very friendly.

Clean, quiet, dog friendly. Had more than the basics expected from rental units. Coffee and spices. Small toiletries. A nice touch.

We had a job to do in Steinhatchee and renting the camper worked out perfectly for what we needed. When I needed a couple extra days, Tammy opened up time previously blocked out and allowed us the days we needed. Thank you so much!

What an amazing place. The tiny home is really beautiful and well constructed. The home was extremely clean and had all of the extras provided to make our 8 day stay perfect. The host obviously had thought out what her guests would need during their stay and she provided the same. We stayed here as a way of extending our winter Florida getaway as we worked our way back north. We are so glad we chose this tiny home. We found so many hiking and exploring opportunities within an hour drive or so. What a great place to extend our winter getaway. We look forward to returning to this beautiful tiny home.

Great place !!

We enjoyed a short family vacation at this cute house on the river in Steinhatchee! The house is great, the location is a little farther up river than we normally stayed. Very peaceful. I would verify docking arrangements with the host before you make a reservation. Steinhatchee is a wonderful little old Florida playground, I highly recommend it!

Perfect place and location. Steinhatchee is our favorite getaway destination and this place was 2 mins away from the marina and restaurants. Comfy bed with clean sheets, clean bathroom, and the kids loved staying in the loft. The only downside was no wifi but the service on our phones still worked perfect. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.
