This was a great stay for us. We had an extended stay of 5 weeks due to home renovations and it began to feel like home. Everything looked brand new and was extremely clean! Great office space with fast internet! I would highly recommend it for short term or longer stays. David was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

I could not have had a better experience! Jackie was warm and friendly. She made sure we felt safe and secure in her home. I would highly recommend her Airbnb. It was cozy with the loveliest decor. Very clean and comfortable. It looks just like the pics describe. Jackie made herself available to us and proactively checked in to make sure our stay was going well. I had a wonderful stay at Nathan’s place! The home looked exactly like the photos, matched the description perfectly, and was spotless upon arrival. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location was great. Communication with Nathan’s was excellent; they were responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Place was very clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and would definitely stay here again!

Clean, pretty large and in a great location. It is somewhat basic but a good value with everything we needed in the kitchen and a nice living room and TV. It's very close to the Harris Teeters grocery store and a bunch of restaurants, so it is a great location, especially if you plan on cooking. We had stayed in another unit in the back previously and returned mainly for the location, for us it's a very convenient part of town. The hosts are also great, they've always been kind and helpful to us. We actually booked this pretty late, around 8pm, and they immediately responded and went there to get it ready. We visit Greenville often for various reasons and usually just need an affordable and convenient place to stay, clean and in good shape, so this has been a really good fit for us.

Carlos was great to rent from always responded quickly to my questions. Apartment was very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Definitely plan to stay again. Just 20 minutes away from Downtown Greenville.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home looks just like the pictures. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find and surrounded by many stores and restaurants. We will stay again if our travels take us back to Greenville.

Grandmother traveling with 2 adult daughters with their family's and small children. The house was clean and inviting. The children were happy running in the spacious backyard and playing on the swing set. That was very helpful at bed and nap time. The house is located closely to shopping and grocery stores. We enjoyed out stay and will book again.

This was my second stay at this lovely home because I liked it so much the first time. As long as my family is in the area and I haven’t moved to the area, I’ll stay again if it’s available!

Nous étions un groupe venu pour une compétition sportive à Arena Bonsecour , le logement était idéal pour se rendre à l’Arena et au centre ville de Greenville ,sa situation au calme a permis aux athlètes de bien se reposer avant la compétition . La maison a tout l’équipement nécessaire pour accueillir un groupe ,tout était au top …il y a même un supermarché et des restaurants accessibles à 10 mn à pieds

Great place! I lived in Greenville SC for many years and remember this street. The accommodations were clean, very comfy, and spacious, with modern appliances.

i almost never leave reviews, but this one definitely deserves the praise. we absolutely LOVED staying here. i had messaged joey a few hours previous to check in to let him know we would have guests coming in and out (we booked it so i could get ready for my wedding in a beautiful space) and he went above and beyond to make us feel special on our big day with a hand written card and bottle of champagne! joey had treats for the dogs and for us laid out and a extensive list of recommendations for anyone who isn’t local. to say the least, this place was 1000% worth the money for our big day and i would definitely book again!
