Host was very responsive. The house is so new as well as the furniture and appliances. Everything is complete specially on the kitchen. Place is safe and secured as the friendly neighbors are just friends and family of the host.

We really loved staying at Jennifer's place. The place was very spacious, comfortable and has amazing views of the sunset as well as the surrounding landscape. Check in and Check out were very easy. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Urdaneta!

John and Ligaya are responsive and easily to talk with. I had lots of fun speaking with John and it is really worth it staying at their home. If ever I return to Pangasinwan, I will surely rent out their place again!

Amazing and clean place

The area of the villa is safe, the subdivision has security guards. To get transportation you just need to call the guard house for them to arrange tricycle to bring you where you need to go. It feels like home since it was very silent in the area, it feels like you're in the province, your neighbors are far since the nearby homes have little occupancy. The staff are so accomodating and helpful.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was easy to find, and the place was clean and well-maintained. All the amenities listed were available, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free. The host was very responsive, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. There were no issues at all, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and quiet getaway—whether you're a couple, a group of friends, or a small family. The place was perfect for a get-away for the family but what sealed the deal was they are pet friendly. The place has a rustic charm and it felt good to be away from the noise of the city and enjoy the quiet farm life. The kids enjoyed the pool and the dogs enjoyed exploring the surroundings. However they are far from supermarkets so it is advisable that you bring anything you might need. Kuya Jong the caretaker is also very helpful and is always around to assist. Phoebe is always very responsive to queries as well and even tried to help us by reviewing CCTV footage when we thought we lost our dog. All-in-all if you want a charming place to stay for solitude this is highly recommended.
