Unreal experience. Place is better than the photos and Abdellatif was very helpful. 10/10, made our experience so much less stressful and helped us print out our boarding passes. Tour guide and private taxi’s for cheap as well (paid $75 for 10 people, taxi and tour).

This is a unique house created with intelligence and love. On the edge of the Fes medina it’s close to the buzz but far enough to be peaceful. We stayed 3 weeks in January with no need for a car. We had full sun and blue skies except for 1 day. We swam in the beautiful big pool everyday ( it was very cold, we are from northern Europe). It was chilly before 10am and after 6pm but the terrace and garden get plenty of sun. The bedrooms are all a generous size. Only 3 are en-suite. The dining room and communal lounge were a squeeze for our party of 9, it would be easier to enjoy the house on warmer days. This is a home not an hotel and more relaxed for it. Sanae the manager of the house is a warm, kind person we had the privilege to meet. She made us soup and prescribed cures for aches and pains. The memory of the beautiful garden, lemon trees, orange trees, olives and cacti will keep us warm for the rest of our winter.

Thank you so much to Touria and Jamal for accommodating us at such short notice. I think we booked with less than 12 hours notice and yet they managed to get the house clean and ready for us to check-in and greeted us with a Moroccan breakfast. We felt very welcome. The villa is beautiful, spacious and in a very quiet and secure neighbourhood. Our honest feeling is that it was nicer than the photos! Jamal was our point person and he was always available and always responded to any queries very quickly. This was and is very much appreciated.

Het is een prachtige omgeving en je hebt echt privacy en rust. Het huis is goed onderhouden en schoon en ook het zwembad is schoon en groot met een hele mooie buiten keuken (bbq). We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf. Ook zijn er veel fruitbomen op het land die je lekker vers kan plukken en eten. Met 20 minuten ben je met dr auto bij de marjanne of de Souk in Nador of het strand. Ismail is ook een hele aardige gastheer die altijd bereikbaar is voor vragen of hulp. Bedankt Ismail en in shaa Allaah tot de vokgende keer.

Vraiment rien à dire , sur tt M Hassan et sa femme sont top .

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Magnifique maison avec piscine, l’endroit est super calme et reposant. Les enfants ont pu s’amuser que ça soit dans la piscine ou autour de la maison. Selma est très accueillante, toujours réactive au message et compréhensive. Le gardien est très très gentil, vous pouvez lui demander n’importe quoi il saura vous servir. Je recommande le logement, pour son calme et sa propreté et son isolation. A 20 min du centre ville de FES en voiture. Vous avez une petite boutique à 5min à pied du logement. Si vous avez besoin d’un endroit isolé et en famille n’hésitez pas. À l’année prochaine Selma. Et merci encore 🙏🏻

Vraiment un super endroit au cœur de la médina juste à côté d’une des deux rues principales, d’une propreté incroyable… le matin quel bonheur de profiter de la superbe terrasse avec un merveilleux petit déjeuner… très bon et très copieux. Noura la dame de maison est très gentille très serviable et toujours d’une grande aide. Si vous allez visiter fes je ne peux que conseiller la dar de Houda un vrai havre de paix au cœur de la médina.

Hassane was an incredibly kind and attentive host, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He was always quick to respond and flexible with our check-in and check-out times. Despite it being early in the morning, he even helped us catch a taxi without hesitation, which surely interrupted his rest. The location is easily accessible, and the local community is friendly and welcoming, making it feel very safe. Although I don’t speak French, Hassane communicated effortlessly with us. I would highly recommend him as a host—he’s truly a gem.

We absolutely loved the apartment for our stay in Fes. It’s beautiful and has plenty of space. Everything was really clean and the communication with the host was easy and friendly. The only thing is that at night it gets quite loud in this area, but the host also took care of that and provided ear plugs. Really recommended :)

Zauberhafte Unterkunft mitten in der Altstadt von Fees! Leben Sie wie in ihren kühnsten Marrokanischen Träumen! Eim wunderbares Frrühstück wird jeden morgen in der Location zubereitet! Das Haus sieht so aus wie in 1001 Nacht und das Master Schlafzimmer ist ein Traum 100% Empfehlung! Yassin der Gastgeber ist nicht nur ein wunderbarer Gastgeber, es Lohnt sich auch Ihn als Führer für den Tag zu angagieren!

Siamo state in 10 amiche nel Riad . Tutto è andato benissimo, tranquillo, camere comode, le piccole meglio per 1 persona, le 2 molto grandi anche per 3 persone . Bravissima per la colazione Fatima che prepara buoni manicaretti. Ottimo, da consigliare .

Cette appartement donne un accès facile a toute la ville. parfait pour un séjour en couple. il fesait 5 degré à l'extérieur et nous avons bien dormie aux chaud.

Dar Marnima is deep in the old medina. However, Zack is always at the end of a line to pick you up or guide you in. The property is very traditional and well appointed. However, the main plus is Zack who attends to your every requirement. He and his wife will produce delicious meals, arrange tours, take you places, answer all your questions, rescue you when you are lost. If you are new to the complexities of medina life, Zack will support you through it all. Dar Marnima is high up in the old medina and its roof terrace has panoramic views, amazing for breakfast. We came during the last week of Ramadan so it was especially useful to have Zack take us to or direct us to the places that were open away from the tourists. We would thoroughly recommend it even if you are just dipping your toe into medina life! We hope to return…..

Le logement de Fatima est très bien situé, spacieux et dépaysant ! Nous avons bénéficié d une visite de la Médina qui nous a permis de nous imprégner tout de suite de l ambiance magique de Fes. Je recommande chaudement ! Et si vous venez avec des enfants n hesitez pas à sortir dans la petite cour le soir, nos enfants on adoré jouer au foot et autres jeux avec les enfants du quartier !

Lamia und Ramon sind meiner Meinung nach super super Gastgeber. Ich verbrachte eine Woche mit meiner grosse Familie in der Villa. Jeden Morgen bereitete Lamia ein köstliches Frühstück für uns auf den Tisch, das wir sehr genossen haben. Nun, die Villa hatte alles, was wir brauchten, aber wenn wir noch etwas brauchten, hätten Lamia und ihr super Ehemann es uns sofort zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Villa ist sehr groß und wunderschön, es gibt einen schönen Garten auf der Rückseite mit einem großen Swimmingpool, aber wir konnten ihn nicht genießen, da das Wetter im Oktober nicht zu heiß war. Das nächste Mal werden wir im Sommer hingehen und auch den Pool genießen . Die Villa ist umgeben von mehreren Hektar Land mit einem Olivenhain sowie Apfel-, Granatapfel-, Zitronen-, Mandel- und vielen anderen Obstbäumen und Blumen. Was mich am meisten anzog, waren die Haustiere unseres Gastgebers, ein Schäferhund und ein Pfauenbaby. Danke Lamia und Ramon 😘😘

Un séjour parfait ! La villa était magnifique, conforme à la description et très bien entretenue. Tout était pensé pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Propreté impeccable, équipements au top. Située en pleine campagne, la villa offrait un calme absolu, parfait pour un séjour reposant et ressourçant. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience !

Our stay at the vacation cottage was absolutely fantastic. From the beginning, communication with the host was extremely smooth and friendly. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. The cottage itself was spotless and provided all the basic comforts we needed. Every detail was clearly taken care of with attention and care. The amenities were more than sufficient, and the cottage fully met our expectations. Additionally, the host was incredibly flexible, accommodating our needs and ensuring we had a wonderful stay. In short, a great experience that we highly recommend to everyone! This vacation cottage made our stay unforgettable, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Très beau Riad dans la médina. Nous étions 2 couples avec chacun son étage. Toilettes à chaque étage et vous avez votre salle de bain dans chaque chambre. Attention beaucoup d’escaliers mais c’est clair dans l’annonce. Et il y a Hannah, très sympathique et qui nous prépare de bons petits déjeuners. Vraiment endroit idéal et très au calme. Nous recommandons ce très beau Riad

Ein Traum! Das Riad ist ruhig gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eigerichtet! Die Schlafzimmer erstrecken sich über drei Etagen, tolles Licht im Haus! Ganz oben: Dachterasse mit phantastischem Blick über Fès. Was man wissen sollte: es ist ein altes Haus, natürlich müffelt es etwas. Die Heizmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend, es bleibt aber kühl im Haus. Das Treppenhaus ist schmal, man sollte mobil sein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war typisch Marokkanisch und sehr sehr lecker! Die Kommunikation mit Zackarias war hervorragend, vor Ort trafen wir Yasin: super Typ! Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen!

Super freundlicher Kontakt. Wir wurden abgeholt und durch die Medina zu unserer Unterkunft begleitet. Für Fragen waren sie immer offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liegt in einer tollen Lage mit einer schönen Aussicht. Alles war gut ausgestattet und bequem. Bader war immer verfügbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen und den Aufenthalt dort genießen. 😀

Mohammed was nice and friendly , my family and I enjoyed staying in his place which was quite and clean. It was one of my best Airbnb experiences.
