Gigi is a great host. He was very helpful and even translated, from Georgian to english, when I needed help. He’s kind and had a welcoming approach. The condo was perfect for me and it was overall very nice stay, highly recommend

Great apartment. Stayed there for a month, and had no any issues the whole time. It's close to the street, yet silent. When arrived found some welcome chocolates,. If you need something, Lasha is just a message away. The kitchen has everything you need. Great stay in overall. Recommended.

Мне понравилось что в квартире было абсолютно все для комфортного проживания, особенно мелочи, которые не хочешь покупать на месте или брать с собой из дома: фен или соль/сахар. Есть тапочки, гели для душа, стиральный порошок, салфетки. Все готово! Дом очень уютный, мне не хотелось выходить из дома 🙈

Хорошие апартаменты. Просторная кровать и интересное освещение внутри. Хозяин был на связи все время.

Kleine gemütliche Wohnung, sehr sauber, saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher, bequemes Bett, alles nötige vorhanden. Heizung funktioniert, es war warm in der Wohnung. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Appartement ist vom Liberty Square und Rustaveli Avenue gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Elza ist eine sehr nette und liebe Gastgeberin. Immer erreichbar, schnelle Antworten. Ich würde die Wohnung gerne wieder buchen.

It was a really nice stay! Tamar and Giorgi are great hosts, and ready to help. The location is great, just a short walk from many shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. The apartment itself was comfortable, with plenty of storage, extra linens, and good WiFi for working remotely. There were just a few slight drawbacks which can be easily fixed. It's also worth noting, the last two photos are not accurate. The view is blocked by construction of a new high rise building. Also, for summer stays, there is not an AC unit in the bedroom, the only AC unit in the apartment is in the living room. Overall, the experience was great, and we would be happy to come back.

I stayed here for about a week – cooked, worked, and rested. The location is convenient: grocery stores, the city center, and restaurants are within walking distance. Taxis arrive quickly, and food delivery works well. Overall, I liked everything, but a few things could make the stay even more comfortable: sharper knives, removing cookware that isn’t compatible with the induction stove (as it can be confusing), a shower curtain or bath mat, and more ambient lighting for the evenings. That said, the place is cozy and convenient, so I’d still recommend it! 😊

I can agree with the comments above. The apartment is in a great location, close to the center, restaurants, bars, entree and gastronome, all the necessary shops and pharmacies are around (walkable), but at the same time away from the noisy streets. The window overlook a quiet street and Mtatsminda. The apartment in reality is much more nice than in the photos, with a lot of nice decorations, well equipped, which allows to live comfortably for a long time. Tia was friendly and polite, I enjoyed to communicate with her. Of the small minuses, I can note: the not very comfortable mattress, the water in the shower was difficult to regulate (boiling water, then cold water) and not the best chairs on kitchen. But it’s small things. I can recommend this place and will gladly return again.

The location was central, with a fantastic view from the terrace. I stayed for one night on a business trip, and it was definitely worth it. The place was cozy and had an authentic atmosphere, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay 🙏🏻

The location is great, one of some with cleanest air in a city. Otar is great in communition and ready to advise and help. There are some issues as with shower hoses in a bathroom, sloppily looking repaired parts on the kitchen, but in general the location, big balcony with BBQ grill and clear interaction with Otar are huge points to stay at this place, especially when it’s a bit more maintained

В квартире есть все необходимое и даже фен для волос , очень хорошое расположение квартиры . Очень близко метро и торговый центр . Все понравилось, рекомендую ❤️

Had a lovely stay over a week. Great area to stay in. Local coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets all within walking distance. Metro station 5 minutes away with access to the rest of Tbilisi. House was warm and clean. Comfy bedroom and living room. Can’t go wrong

I really enjoyed my stay at Ruth's apartment. It was very spacious and cozy. I especially appreciated that the bathtub was perfectly clean and in good working order. The instructions were clear, and the host was proactive and polite. Overall, it's a great place to stay in Tbilisi! 😊

Amazing place to relax and chill. Everything was so authentic and beautiful, couldn’t leave apartment at all. We really enjoyed being there. Biggest thanks to the host for creating this beautiful piece of art!

First of all, Zarina is super friendly and responsive! I had the great experience staying at Zarina’s apartment. The apartment itself is tastefully renovated. There’s everything you need. Full kitchen with all needed amenities, great bathroom and great bedroom. Private yard makes the apartment even more cozy and peaceful. The location is excellent as well. 24/7 supermarkets are just less than 5 minutes by feet. Great bars, cafes and restaurants are just 5 to 10 minutes walking distance as well. Overall great experience!!! And thanks to Zarina one more time!

Nice big apartment in lovely neighbourhood, although the building was not the best. The only issue was that the heating was not effective enough.

It’s very close to Freedom square, and well connected with taxi and public transport

Tea was very responsive for all our needs. We stayed at Tea’s before and we will definitely come back.
