Большое спасибо за прекрасные каникулы! Квартира очень большая и комфортная. Очень большая кухня-гостинная. Квартира полностью оборудована всем для комфортного проживания. Мы приезжали большой семьей нам очень понравилось! Расположение квартиры отличное, до метро несколько минут пешком и на метро можно добраться до самого центра. В пешей доступности много разных магазинов и кафешек. Так же у хозяйки есть еще одна квартира, которая находится в том же доме, на одном этаже. Мы приехали большой семьей и было очень удобно. Endzela нас встретила, показала квартиру, и рассказала что есть поблизости. Так же была всегда на связи. Обязательно вернемся!

Mako’s place exceeded my expectations! The apartment is beautiful, fresh, modern and super comfortable, with spacious rooms and designer details. The terrace is amazing! It is huge and overlooks the city. Location is central, easily accessed and surrounded by everything you might need. It’s a walking distance from all major attractions of Tbilisi. Will definitely stay again when I’m back to Tbilisi.

J’ai passé un peu plus de deux mois, parfait dans ce logement, à tout moment l’hôte était joignable et très réactif pour répondre à mes questions au besoin au niveau du logement, cela correspondait parfaitement à mes attentes il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Мне понравилось что в квартире было абсолютно все для комфортного проживания, особенно мелочи, которые не хочешь покупать на месте или брать с собой из дома: фен или соль/сахар. Есть тапочки, гели для душа, стиральный порошок, салфетки. Все готово! Дом очень уютный, мне не хотелось выходить из дома 🙈

It was a beautiful place to stay i loved my time during the stay. It was quiet and peaceful. And the room was extremely beautiful matched the photos. 10/10 place to stay for 2 people.

Cozy accommodation. Despite the little size it has literally everything you need for a long staying. You would not expect to find such a bright place at ground floor. In the heart of Tbilisi but in a private yard. The host is responsive and available. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for about a week – cooked, worked, and rested. The location is convenient: grocery stores, the city center, and restaurants are within walking distance. Taxis arrive quickly, and food delivery works well. Overall, I liked everything, but a few things could make the stay even more comfortable: sharper knives, removing cookware that isn’t compatible with the induction stove (as it can be confusing), a shower curtain or bath mat, and more ambient lighting for the evenings. That said, the place is cozy and convenient, so I’d still recommend it! 😊

Very cozy and authentic place with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed our time here, even though there were some problems with the heating. Pikria, the host, was super nice and kind. Recommend this place.

Как уже написали много раз отличное расположение, рядом есть все, что в теории может понадобиться. Заселение произошло максимально легко и быстро. Несмотря на центральное расположение в квартире довольно тихо, лишь немного вечером доносится игра на фортепиано из ближайшего кафе (думаю это даже плюс). Единственное, не хватило микроволновки, потому что порции в местных заведениях добротные, половину приходилось забирать с собой, но в остальном никаких нареканий. Стоит своих денег, на несколько дней остановиться шикарно ❤️

Second time staying with Eter, and another fantastic experience. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Eter is always very kind and considerate and checks in to make sure everything is ok while you are there. Highly recommend this Airbnb for a stay in Tbilisi - many shops to choose from nearby and great location for exploring the city with metro and bus stops very close. Очень удобное расположение квартиры для желающих приехать на сдачу международного экзамен в IELTS. Их офис прямо за углом - три минуты до места. В перерыве между экзаменами можно спокойно прийти и передохнуть дома.в квартире порядок, все удобства. Такси очень дешевле и до центра доехать ничего не стоит. От аэропорта минут 30 всего езды. До большого торгового центра около 20 минут пешком. Рядом есть продуктовый 24 работающий.

Отличная квартира в самом центре Тбилиси — тихо, уютно, всё чисто. Есть все необходимое. Очень порадовала большая ванная. Немного скрипит кровать. Удобно гулять пешком. Однозначно рекомендуем!

The best Airbnb I got. Everything was marvelous, starting from the cozy atmosphere and ending with the magnificent view from the balcony. The host was very responsive and every penny is worth paying for this beautiful apartment!

Overall, we had a very positive experience in the apartment, the icing on the cake was the host Ruth, who is simply a lovely, warm and helpful person. She insisted on welcoming us when we arrived at the apartment despite the late hour because we arrived with two young children. It was important to her to help us in any way possible. She left us games and toys for the girls and any small or large issue we raised was answered immediately and above and beyond what we expected. Ruth is truly an exemplary host! The apartment was spacious and cozy. We could also use the parking lot which was very convenient and helpful. We liked that the apartment was very large and spacious and relatively quiet despite the location close to the main street. In the vicinity of the apartment there was a supermarket, plenty of shops and restaurants, pharmacies and more. Which was very convenient. Thank you very much Ruth 🙏🏻

Wir waren über Ostern im Chemia Studio und wir sind begeistert😇 Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung, die durch ihren Charakter überzeugt. Der Ausblick vom Esstisch aus ist fantastisch und hat uns jeden Morgen und Abend aufs Neue fasziniert. Wir haben eines Nachts bemerkt, dass wir kein fließendes Wasser mehr haben und haben zu sehr später Stunde Mikha geschrieben. Er hat uns sofort informiert, dass es sich um einen Rohrbruch handelt und das Problem am Morgen darauf gelöst ist. Mikha ist sehr sehr gut erreichbar und äußert gut informiert, das fanden wir super 🙏🏼. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, wenn man was besonderes Tiflis sucht😊

it was very nice the house it’s very good there has anything about kitchen about bedrooms. Everything is great. Also there is a very good location. One of my favourite place. It’s called Fabrika when you go to Tbilisi 💜. I suggest you to visit

It’s very close to Freedom square, and well connected with taxi and public transport
