Natalia is a great host! Provided all the necessary info to easily find the house, check-in and check-out. Had an excellent experience staying there! Clean, warm house. Three bedrooms with own bathrooms and balconies. Has all the necessary things for a comfy stay. Outside there are a barbecue area and a hammock for chilling out.

We came 9 friens for a vacation and we had a great time thenks to this amazing place. the host was super nice and responsive, she was available at every hour and always make sure that we have everything we need. The hotel facilities was great and comfortable. Thank you very much. very recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, ensuring everything was perfect during our stay. When we had a small maintenance request, it was taken care of super quickly, which was really impressive. We highly recommend staying here – it made our trip so much more enjoyable!

My husband and I loved the weekend we spent at Nino's villa in Kiketi. The house is very spacious and beautiful, surrounded by tranquility and stunning scenery. We grilled and soaked up the sunshine. There were occasional water issues, but it's a village-wide problem and didn't ruin our stay. Nino was always available if we needed anything. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great accommodation! Gaga was very friendly and responsive to every question and request we had, from the booking process to even after checkout. He met us at the airport and allowed us to keep our luggage after checkout until the evening. We were 8 people (3 couples and 2 friends), and the villa fit us perfectly. The only downside is that the villa is a bit far from the main activities in the city, and there isn’t much to do in the neighborhood. However, considering the low taxi prices, this wasn’t a problem at all—it cost only around 7-8 Lari to get to the Liberty Square area. Overall, it's a great place to stay for a group of friends or a big family!

From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!

Irakli is an outstanding host—super responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. He made sure everything was smooth from start to finish. This place turned out to be even better than we expected. They have a huge territory. There are no neighbors around. The view is amazing. The birds are singing, the hot tub and sauna are working. The bed was comfortable. There is everything you might need in the kitchen to cook and do barbecue and you can see that people really love the place and they invest so much Into it. We hiked a little and just enjoyed the peace. And it’s super close to the city so you don’t have to spend time in traffic .Totally recommend.
