This may be our favorite Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we have a pretty great track record of finding awesome spots. Ann was communicating with us even before we headed to her house for our stay. She provided great instructions for operating the fireplace and bluetooth devices and laid out all of the amenities of the farm. The entire property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. We can't wait to come back for our next stay.

I loved being on the lake. The house view on the lake was amazing. You can definitely feel the movement of the home inside due to the wind. The only downside was the WiFi went out due to an outage but my children made use of being on the deck trying to fish. Overall we would definitely stay there again!!

This place is perfect for those looking for a private getaway with a significant other or a few friends! Nothing like waking up in the morning, having a cup of coffee on the porch, and enjoying the scenery that this charming home offers. We spent most of our weekend indoors so we didn’t get to do much in Covington, but the host gave recommendations that we’ve planned to save for next time. Just a note: if you plan on cooking/baking anything elaborate, you may want to bring your own utensils and cookware. The basics provided as shown in the listing are accurate and can be used as a guide to plan what you should bring. Other than that, it was a wonderful weekend and I can’t highly recommend this place enough!

We can’t say enough about our lively stay at the cottage. It is impeccably contained, clean and thoughtfully prepared for us with all the comforts you can imagine. The setting is idyllic, nestled in the woods on a quiet country lane with gorgeous native landscaping and even a swing in the trees. It’s clear why this home has been an escape for generations of families - it was homey and spacious, a perfect landing spot for my family while we visited with extended family in the area for Thanksgiving. Be aware if you’re not from here that the woods get VERY dark and it can be hard to see the turns. Miss Bobbie gave us wonderful directions and we really enjoyed learning about the special details of the home. Cannot wait to come back another time!

This cottage was all it was advertised and more. Loved the location near all of the great restaurants, local places of interest, of course ease of getting into NOLA, and still secluded and peaceful Would not hesitate to recommend to any of my friends Thank you, Merry, for the fun experience you helped provide us.

We stayed here for Christmas and it was a wonderful home base as we ran around visiting with family! We enjoyed the comfortable couch and the sweet Christmas tree that Rebecca set up for us. Everything worked as it should, and we would love to stay again the next time we go to Mandeville.

We stayed here the night of our wedding & it was perfect. It had so much character, and we both loved it!
