We loved the views of the city, the apartment was very spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. Rhys was very responsive to requests and we enjoyed the apartment very much.

A great place to stay for enjoying central Wellington attractions on foot; on a high floor so you get a city view and it's not too noisy; secure. Very close to airport express bus stop & a friendly luggage storage place. All new & well appointed, like a good apartment hotel, good bathroom, kitchen, washing machine, large window that opens. Not huge but very good value and enough room to put away all our excessive luggage. Minh is a very helpful host, we left something behind, by the time we realised, her cleaner had handed it in & Minh put it in the mail to us before we left Wellington! Make sure you have the keysafe photo handy for check in, you will need it to identify the one for this flat, there are about 10 keysafes all in a row.

Sally provided a place that exceeded our expectations. we had an absolutely wonderful time and can't fault her. As a Wellington resident for 14 years who booked it for his parents while they were travelling I can't recommend this enough. It's exactly what you need if you are here for a visit or a medium term stay. Thanks Sally!

Beautiful setting on beach. We love Eastbourne. Cottage was lovely. Beds comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. Kitchen very functional. We recommend it

Awesome location, can walk to everything and right by the bus stop. We were easily able to settle into the place, it had a great feel to it. The kids loved it too. Thanks Al!

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveler. The location is good for getting to the city centre either by bus from the road near the house or about 25 minutes walk steep hill then level walk most of the way. Feng is very helpful. There is a great view from the living room/dining room. The access to the property is down some fairly steep steps which have a hand rail at the side. Was very comfortable here and would stay again.

Julie is a great host and her house is beautiful. It’s so nice looking out at the ocean from the huge living room windows and the place is very cute. There is a bit of traffic noise in the bedrooms which you wouldn’t necessarily expect given the serene location but it’s not a big deal and definitely still worth staying.

I had a wonderful stay, it was magical sitting on the front porch watching the sun set over Wellington and equally magical having a cup of tea in the sunny garden in the morning. Kate was a great host, the cottage felt very welcoming. This a beautiful location and the cottage is charming. It is very comfortable and has everything you need but the shower is quite small, if you’re a large person it would be a tight fit.

Excellent accommodation in picturesque location. We enjoyed a home from home experience. The Smart TV was a benefit with a wide range of viewing options after a long days sightseeing. We highly recommend to anyone considering a visit to the area. It's an easy run into Wellington so avoids staying in a built up area.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! It was very comfortable, quiet, safe, and clean. The location is great—close to the city center yet peaceful. Waking up to the beautiful sea view every morning was truly amazing. The host was very kind and responsive, always there to help whenever we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Wellington!

Not in central Wellington but in the beautiful Lyall Bay facing the sea lovely upstairs lounge to watch the waves crashing and the surfers. Don’t miss the lovely vegetarian restaurant the Botanist nearby and the great Parrot dog brewery with fantastic fish and chips street food opposite. Use the no 3 bus to get into town.

Managed was incredibly accommodating with our last-minute stay, even when we had to extend it for a couple of extra days. We truly appreciated this flexibility as our plans changed unexpectedly. The property is beautiful, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time and felt completely at home. We will definitely be returning and will recommend it to others.

Wir haben 9 Tage Bey Maya verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Maya beschreibt das Zimmer sehr gut - wir haben alles genauso vorgefunden. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war super - schnelle Antworten und sehr hilfreiche Tipps. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Das Bett ist bequem, allerdings ein kleines bisschen zu kurz, wenn man groß ist. Das eigene Bad ist spitze und auch die Nutzung der Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Maya war sehr flexibel und wir konnten uns gut absprechen. Die Lage ist spitze und man ist sehr schnell überall.

Very clean and easy one night stop. Alvero was clear in the check in instructions. Room was well presented, lots of light. Bed was quite firm but I slept well despite Wellington gale winds, the double glazing kept it cozy! Clean bathroom. Quick chat with Alvero who was very nice. 30 min walk from CBD or 10 mins on frequent bus route, stop right outside. Felt safe for solo female traveller.

This was a simply marvellous spot to stay! Fantastic location in a very secure location. I could easily walk to the grocery store, the waterfront, Te Papa museum and many other attractions. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything I could imagine needing Llane was very responsive to questions and proactive with notices. I wish she owned a spot in every place on my bucket list!

The best deal for being comfortable and not cramped right in the heart of the city. The views both to the harbour and Mount Victoria are just beautiful and the perfect tonic sitting in the comfy lounger at the end of the day. Super easy instructions and both Carolyn and Aarti quick to respond to any queries. Also an extra layer of glazing in the master bedroom to keep out the city noises during the night. Friendly neighbours in the building make it a very safe space too. I would gladly return!

We had a lovely stay at Evan’s Bay, we felt so at home and the bay view is incredible. The beds were really comfortable, the lounge was great, as were the bathroom facilities. Easy access to buses and local shops and the best equipped Air BnB kitchen I’ve ever stayed at!
