Lovely place to stay. Extremely spacious, modern and had everything we needed. Easy check in and very responsive host. Would love to stay again.

What an absolutely stunning property. I only wish we weren't using it for a business trip, we would have had much more time to enjoy the endless luxuries that are bestowed upon thee. As a heavy user of Airbnb's, I highly recommend this property. Jun is a great host, very responsive with great communications.

Jessica's place was amazing, loved the outdoor space to sit after a busy day with a beer. Easy couple of minutes stroll to the town & beach which is absolutely amazing. Very clean, very comfortable beds, great shower. Would definitely recommend to a friend and come back!

We had a fantastic stay here, it was extremely hot though and there is not an air conditioning unit. There was a fan but it was so muggy that air con would’ve been perfect. Great place and super tidy. Thanks heaps

A home with beautiful view, perfect for our family . Marli was extremely accommodating to our needs and we were very happy with the welcoming treats. We are just sad we couldn't stay longer to enjoy and explore the surroundings.

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

We loved our stay at Katie’s house. She was always quickly responsive to help us settle in. The community is beautiful, and it is such an easy walk to the most incredible beach and the house has all the modern amenities and lots of out door deck space. Great house for hanging out but also easy to get everywhere. Mount Manganui only 12 min away, Tauranga 15. We are from New York and were visiting family and we lucked out having a play room filled with toys for our 3 year old granddaughter. We would definitely stay here again if we come to this area.
