Great host and lovely place

I stayed here with my best friend and we had the BEST time at Stephanie's lovely place! Perfect location for us - it is central but not busy. We walked down to Palm Beach every evening and gazed at the stars/basked in the moonlight. In the mornings we looked out to the beautiful ocean and listened to the Tui. Stephanie was the perfect host - so proactive and responsive, and left us breakfast for our stay. What a dream. We only wished we could stay longer!

Great location near the city centre. The house was clean, comfortable, and communication was clear and responsive.

Accommodation is great and well located and while correspondence was relatively prompt it was via a third party so some issue resolutions were delayed. The parking arrangements were a bit difficult to arrange but were resolved. The downstairs neighbours were very loud on our last night.

Wonderful stay in Nicki’s lovely home. Easy walk to the Newmarket shops and restaurants. Beautifully decorated and all the amenities. Nicki is a wonderfully responsive host and very accomodating

The apartment was exactly as described and located in a modern apartment complex. The space was clean and uncluttered with lots of well stocked amenities. Also featured some homely extras such as fans and coffee machine etc. The location is very good, slightly out of the hustle and bustle but still walkable to everywhere and lots of shops nearby.

Our stay was wonderful! The flat was everything that we needed for a weekend or in Auckland. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. The view from the patio was both City and a slice of the harbor which we loved. It was a particularly warm and muggy first day in the flat, but the air conditioner worked perfectly. We had been worried that it was going to be difficult to get the keys from the shop next-door because we didn’t know what we could do with our car while retrieving the flat and parking garage keys (because I’m disabled). This wasn’t a problem as there is a loading zone right in front of the building and the shop where we got our keys. We also rented a parking space from Betty (about a block from the building). It’s a very short walk to get back to the apartment building, so unless you have disability issues like me and my partner, this is very easy to use. We had a little bit of trouble with the walk back with our luggage because of our unique situation.

The check in and check out processes were simple and easy to understand. The place was tidy and had a nice view. Location was very convenient as it was right by the sky tower which meant that many places in the cbd were a walkable distance.

Best for couple. Small but well furnished. It got everything that you need. Has no parking, but road side parking is free from 6pm-8am.
