Tara was easy to deal with and place was clean and tidy. House had plenty of room and an excellent outdoor area including a pool to relax and refresh. Would definitely stay again.

A taste of Tuscany in Newstead is all we can say!! Great indoor outdoor flow with all the amenities to keep people active and engaged. The tennis court provided entertainment and controversy while the spa and pool provided relaxation and ambiance. The complementary bubbles received on arrival was well needed after a long trip with a talkative passenger. Great entertainment facilities and loved the touch of country surroundings, would stay again.

We have just arrived back in the UK after a three week stay at Lucy and Matt’s glorious home. Having their home as a base enabled us to see our family (who lived nearby) and host our family too. We had many many happy times relaxing in the garden and hearing the children (and adults!) splashing in the pool. The property was perfect. It was light and spacious and very welcoming. There are two lounges and four bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The patio and garden are a perfect size and the pool was certainly an added bonus. Lucy and Matt are very caring and responsive hosts and we are extremely grateful to them for sharing their beautiful home with us 🩷

Our stay here at the pool house was fantastic. Beautiful home and awesome pool! Nick is a very responsive host and I would definatley stay again. It was clean and everything was in order. Our weekend was full of awesome memories. Awesome place!

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful property. We were immediately at home, enjoying the comfortable seating areas both inside and out. The massage chair is a revelation! The host was super helpful. There are the most beautiful views over to the sea and it was a lovely walk into the town. We would highly recommend this property.

Incredible house in the perfect location. The place is great with a heap of space for lots of people, plus it is a stones throw away from thr local shop and takeaway store.

Loved our stay here! The view over the bay was spectacular. One of the cleanest AirBnB's we've stayed in. A small drive out of town, but means it's quiet. One of the rooms has a ceiling fan that made a big difference with the summer heat. Other two rooms got quite hot with morning sun, so leave doors and windows open. Heatpump did a great job cooling the place down. 15 minute walk to the beach and is a nice little workout on the way back. Caretaker downstairs was very quiet, only saw him once on the driveway and seemed nice. No regrets staying here, just amazing!

Fantastic location, easily walkable, and within close distance to the bus from which you can access the rest of the island. We liked the little details included, and found the outdoor area just lovely. We would definitely stay here again! We also found the check-in instructions very easy to follow.

Great place to stay especially for a family getaway or catch up with friends. The peaceful atmosphere and well thought out ammenities really made it. Great to have the garage space for activities and the kids toys really helped entertain the kiddos. Will definitely be back!

great place to stay and great hosts! perfect sized space for our family of 4. we loved having the BBQ and felt like the kitchen was well stocked. the house was a perfect base camp for our excursions. would def stay here again.

My group and I had a great time at this house. it was easily able to accommodate 10+ adults and had space for all of us to relax and make the most of our time there. Barry was a great host, very responsive to messaging and flexible with our groups requests. We would happily come back.
