We had a great stay, the house was very nice with great views. It had everything we needed and was a very relaxing stay. The only thing worth noting is the driveway is very very steep & we had to walk down to meet the taxi van but our cars were able to make it up the driveway.

We had an amazing family holiday - we were there for 3 1/2 days and ended up spending 2 of them at the property playing tennis, in the pool, playing board games and chilling out. The massive kitchen (with 2 ovens), BBQ and the butlers pantry meant catering for a family of 10 foodies was super enjoyable. There's a 2nd fridge/freezer in the laundry for food overflow and drinks. So many nooks for people to take themselves off to, and loads of communal spaces big enough for all of us to congregate. It was perfect for what we wanted. Communication with the Taylors team was excellent. We'll definitely be back.

Great location, handy to Botanic Gardens, local shops, central city and great access to motorway out of town and to airport. Drive on access with parking was very helpful. Sunny in the mornings and good heating when the weather turned cold. Kitchen very well supplied with everything that you need.

Stunning is an understatement. Beautiful rooms that are methodically designed based out of consideration for guests comfort and style. Comfy beds and AC units in each room and each room has its own theme. I honestly could have laid in bed all day. Her location is perfect, within walking distance of the ocean, marina and restaurants and just far enough away to allow quiet at night time. If you’re looking for a quaint, delicate, methodically planned, as well as someone who honoured the house for what it used to be this is your place. I promise you won’t forget your time here.

Amazing accommodation. Well worth staying at. Had everything you needed. Was extremely clean and tidy with plenty of space to fit us all. Host was incredible easy to deal with. Will definitely stay again!

We had a 6 day family Christmas Holiday here and it couldn't have been nicer. Daniel and Angela met us when we arrived and explained the various systems such as pool, TV, internet, etc. They were available nearby in case we needed them (which turned out we did not), but did not intrude in our privacy. The actual facilities were even nicer than the photos and descriptions provided in the AirBnB listing. One of the special things about this home displayed was the care and art that the hosts have put into it. Everything is amazing. It is ultra-private and it seems as if you are alone in the forest overlooking a beautiful valley. The view from the upstairs master suite is awesome. Our two grandkids spent hours each day in this nice, clean, warm pool. The pool - patio area was well done and relaxing for lounging between swims. . I would HIGHLY recommend this property and hosts.

This is an amazing spot for family gatherings, the house is beautiful and large, with many spaces to gather or be private if you needed a minute. it's extremely well appointed with everything you could want. the kitchen is very well equipped. there's a separate dining, a large lounge, and the balcony has a large table to gather around the reserve and view of the bay. the town centre is walkable, with a gorgeous bushwalk up to flagstaff hill. Bernise was a wonderful host, sorted all our random questions and made us feel so welcome. you will be so happy you booked this place! don't hesitate.

We cannot say enough good things about this home. While the pictures are beautiful, they cannot truly convey the experience of this enchanting property. The views and the private beach are spectacular and the house itself is stunning and well appointed. The town itself is lovely, walkable and easily accessible via a short ferry. Our only regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

This place was amazing!!! We booked the whole place and had a family reunion with 15 adults, 2 kids and an infant and the villa was perfect! If anything she under sells how wonderful it is!

The most beautiful home. Space, style fully and equipped beyond many places I’ve stayed. Stunning, absolutely stunning location, you would never tire of the view. Hope to come again.

Pictures can't convey the beauty of this place. The road to the top is part of the experience, and just as amazing. The owners are extremely nice and even provided locally sourced breakfast and other goodies. the house was superbly clean and there are 360 views from literally everywhere in the house. We had a hard time leaving!

Incredible location and home for a large group looking to spend time together. We were four adult couples and two toddlers. The space was perfect, having a bunk room and separate lounge for the little ones with enough bathrooms and privacy in different zones around the house. Direct beach access, quick walk to the local shop, cafe, playground and surfclub. Can't wait to come back!

A beautiful home that was well equipped for a busy Christmas Day with family. The outlook was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed the alfresco areas, playing pétanque and finding the tree swing. A simply beautiful retreat to relax and unwind.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. The house is spacious, beautiful and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Sarah was a very responsive, attentive and friendly host! We particularly enjoyed the pool, spa, and playing frisbee on the massive grounds. The views are magical. The house is only a short drive/walk from vineyards and easy drive to Masterton. Would happily stay here again, cannot recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful stay in Greytown at Nigel and Rachel’s place. Although we were only there for a brief overnighter we had such a comfortable recharge after a few days of hiking. We were greeted and shown around by Rachel on arrival and the space is so clean and homely and. Also the comfiest bed we had slept in for our whole NZ trip! We had an absolutely lovely stay at Greg & Jan’s place! We were there to celebrate our mom’s big birthday and it was a wonderful stay. Lovely house with a beautiful pool, kitchen and everything else ❤️ Greg & Jan were delightful hosts, always available to answer any questions we may have. Beautiful place to stay in Blenheim, visiting many wineries nearby. Highly recommend!

Once again, this has to be one of the best places to stay in Masterton. Close to all the amenities and the house itself is very roomy and has everything you could want for a comfortable stay - even a swimming pool and barbecue. Highly Recommend.

We had a wonderful couple of days at Kaaren's place. We felt very welcome, the space was really nice and the setting is great. We had our three teenage children with us and we all fit in no problem. We enjoyed the pool and it was a handy base for visiting family in Hamilton and Cambridge is nearby too for good cafe and restaurant options. Pats with Kaaren's friendly shaggy dog was a bonus too.

The size of the house and facilities provided were very good for a 7 night stay for our family; my wife and I, our sons and partners and 2 young grandsons. Checkin was simple and we found a very clean house. Our bed was very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The owners were very responsive to a couple of queries we had and even provided some additional facilities to assist us, thank you. The house appears to be a 1970-80s style and fit out, and had numerous useful living/ dining areas. Our family and especially our grandchildren loved the swimming pool, spa (which was always warm) and the sauna; the large pool table provided lots of fun and entertainment for the men of the family. There is a small but useful shopping block about 600m away at the start of the street where we purchased supplies, had a meal, and regular morning coffee and snacks, very useful. Lastly, there is a lovely long riverside walkway and parks within a couple of mins walk.

This was our second visit to Atatu and we weren't disappointed. This is a truly beautiful place to stay. The house is fantastic with every facility you could possibly need. A place for total relaxation with pool, spa and space. Beautiful countryside and the sounds of nature on your doorstep. Panoramic views across rolling hills of olive and pine nut trees out to the ocean beyond. If you like to cook then you'll find everything you need in the well appointed kitchen. Lots of dining space both inside and out. Basia is the ultimate host. Informative, helpful, proactive, doing everything she can to make sure your stay is perfect. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return a third time next year.
