What a special place - We stayed here for just under a week and everyday we realise more how equipped it was. Urs has thought of every possible scenario, down to small things like kitchen ware, food for the fire, great seating areas and more. The outdoor bbq and kitchen area is superb, we cooked here most nights. The bedroom cabin is beautifully finished and very cosy. The views and land are stunning, we didn’t want to leave this relaxing setting.

Perfect setting for a relaxing evening on the deck with beautiful views. So peaceful just south of Auckland is exactly what we needed after our 1st day of driving! Off to a great start with accommodations on our 2 week adventure! Thank you Jan and John!

Absolutely amazing place with a beautiful view! Was a very high quality accommodation and I would definitely choose to stay again. We arrived with a fresh Raglan milk, Raglan bread and bottles of water. We got to meet the friendly cat too! The beds were comfy, the place was clean, and there were excellent ammenities like the kitchenware and stove. Couldn’t fault anything. One thing to note is to read the description of the property fully as we had initially filtered on “places with hot tub” and this was the reason we booked the accommodation, this tub however is for couples only, only available during winter and by inquiry at additional cost. This did not dampen our experience because it was a very nice place to stay!

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

Great place to stay. Clean, great size for a family. Right next to an entrance to the river walk so daily runs were a great experience. House was modern, clean with no clutter.

A peaceful, private residence that is easy to find and get into, close to the city but very quiet rural area. Hot tub is perfect and the place very clean, tidy and new fittings. Bed is comfy with good quality sheets!

We were blown away with our stay at Tamsyn and Simons house. The listing pictures were nice, but in reality the house and location were stunning, and exceeded our expectations. Our stay felt very special. The house was very clean and modern, but felt cozy in the evenings and the panoramic views were spectacular. Fab location, fab house, fab value for money. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful, rustic, private spot that was so unique in a stunning area. Biddy was responsive and we had a great stay!
