This is a great, spacious apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. There are several bus and tram lines providing access to the city center or main station within minutes. Great host too! Highly recommend.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht und Besitzer

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Lage und Größe war perfekt für ein Wochenende in Innsbruck! Fast alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und eine Haltestelle ist auch direkt in der Nähe.

Das Haus liegt nur 15 Gehminuten zu Fuß vom See. Im Haus ist viel Platz und es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vor allem der obere Wohnbereich mit offener Küche und Esstisch ist gemütlich. Zur unteren Wohnung gehört eine Terasse, auf der bis spät nachmittags im Februar die Sonne scheint. Julia war sehr entgegenkommend. Weil es möglich war durften wir früher ein und später auschecken. We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

We had a great stay at this place. It’s cozy, has enough room for a family and is really close to the ski-resort. Just the perfect home for a family skiing vacation.

Ich hatte eine fantastische Zeit in dieser Airbnb-Wohnung! Sie übertraf meine Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht. Die Unterkunft war sauber, modern und gemütlich, was einen komfortablen und entspannten Aufenthalt ermöglichte. Die Lage war ideal – in der Nähe von vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und mit guter Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Nachbarschaft war ruhig und sicher, was das Ganze noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Gastgeber war freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat sich sehr bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos, und alle meine Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Ich kann diese Airbnb-Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch. Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Michael! Une très belle maison propre, pratique spacieuse avec un jardin: l’idéal pour une famille avec des enfants! La place de stationnement au garage en bonus. Communication au top. On recommande!!

L'alloggio si è rivelato molto pulito ed accogliente, c'era tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla. L'host ha risposto molto velocemente a tutti i messaggi ed è stata molto cordiale e propensa ad aiutare. Il check-in fantastico. Sono stata qui con la mia famiglia e la mia cagnolina. Se avremo occasione, torneremo di sicuro.

We really enjoyed our stay at Silvi's place. The house is in a prime location really close to the centre of Kitzbühel (3 minute walk) while also being in a quiet cul-de-sac away from the bustle of the town centre. Silvi couldn't do enough to help us feel settled in and welcome in her home. She made some great suggestions for local attractions to visit without which our holiday probably wouldn't have been so good. The house itself is over 3 floors and you have access to the whole of the ground floor. It's worth noting that Silvi and her partner live above with access to their dwellings through the hallway on the ground floor so it's not strictly true that you have the whole place to yourself and owing to the age of the building you can hear them walking around. This was in no way a problem for us but it's worth pointing out to future guests in case it is for them. The character of the home is so authentic and along with Silvi's kindness, I would highly recommend a stay!

Sehr komfortabler Check-in und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Durch die zentrale Lage war der Skilift sowie die Altstadt in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Diese Wohnung ist zu empfehlen 👍🏼

Die Gastgeber: immer präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein; einfach perfekt. Die Wohnung: geräumig, sauber und geschmackvoll. Ausstattung: sehr umfangreich und modern. Die Umgebung: alles vorhanden, viele kulturelle Highlights, viel Natur. Schliersee war für acht Tage wirklich unser geliebtes Zuhause.

Foi uma estadia perfeita. Chegamos muito cansados da viagem e na geladeira havia leite, suco, pão, queijo, ovos, manteiga, salame, água gelada mais cápsulas de café na bancada. Nos sentimos acolhidos logo ao chegar no apartamento. A Vivi é muito rápida em responder mensagens e deixou o apartamento impecável para nossa chegada além de instruções claras por escrito o que facilitou muito nossa vida. A localização é ótima. Transporte público muito próximo. Quero voltar mais vezes a cidade e me hospedar nesse lugar maravilhoso.

Das Tiny House von Lisa und Julian ist wunderschön. Komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ohne unnötigen Kram, aber mit allem was man braucht. Es war extrem ruhig, trotzdem ist das Zentrum keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und auch der Bahnhof nicht weit. Der Check in war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich.

Andreas‘ Wohnung zeichnet sich durch ein tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus! Die Wohnung mit einer tollen Sitzbank im Erker liegt fußläufig zum Bahnhof und zu den Skiliften der Rosshütte. Danke an Nikolett für den Check-in und Check-out vor Ort!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.

Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und alles war wie beschrieben. Sehr nette Gastgeber und unkomplizierte Kommunikation.
