Fantastic. 3 min walk to dog friendly beach. Is a bit far to anywhere to walk to eat other than Venus Cafe if you have your 87 year old mum with you but house is so gorgeous you could happily stay in and enjoy the view from the dining table.

This is truly a wonderful place to stay. The view really is amazing and it is quiet and peaceful. The bed is extremely comfortable and all the bedding and towels smelled flowery fresh. The bath is cavernous, if you leave just the hot tap on for a good while, it heats to a perfect temperature and could hold a small village 🤣. The bungalow has everything you could need, from vinegar for your (absolutely delicious) local fish and chips, to a good pair of binoculars to search the view. The owner was very friendly and supportive. Thoroughly recommended!

Our hosts were friendly and helpful when it came to suggestions about places to visit. Messaged days before we arrived with instructions how to get there.

Fabulous house Fabulous host beds very comfy house very homely, very clean and warm,great location for sightseeing went to St Michael's Mount, Eden project, Finicular railway all not to far a drive from Kam's Moran's restaurant exceptional, had a lovely takeaway from Hong Kong Dinner. The hot tub was amazing, any problems very quick response from Kam, would definitely return lots more to see.

Dave's bungalow was ideal for our needs, which were about accessibility but also allowing dogs to stay. The bungalow is furnished to a high standard and very clean. The bathroom is wonderful and although the kitchen is a work in progress, it's quirky and well equipped. The garden is enclosed and dog safe, with a handy path behind it. Dave provided us with some good recommendations; Budleigh Salterton beach was lovely to visit on a warm Friday evening. Overall we had lovely relaxing break and would recommend this accommodation.

What a super place to stay - we did a small friends weekend and it was perfectly set up. Beautiful views and the bar is incredible!

Fairwinds is a beautiful place to stay, great decor, comfy bed and great living space. Great seaviews and views of Burgh Island, and quick access to the beach and causeway. Ian is a responsive host and a pleasure to chat to. We shall be returning!

Loved our stay - the caravan spot is very peaceful and quiet, feels quite private as you don't have other trailers surrounding all sides, and has all the listed amenities. We'd happily stay again!

I stayed at Lynettes for a work placement, so I didn't get to explore the area but I felt so relaxed and comfortable in her cottage! it is a great place to stay for the privacy. Lynette was a really kind host and collected me from the station. it was a really cold week and Lynette made sure I was really warm by providing me with additional heaters without me having to ask for them. I was extremely grateful for this as I get cold so easily. Lynette was a responsive host and her place is really well equipped with everything. She provided a folder with all the manuals for using the appliances so i didnt have to ask all the time, haha!if there was something I needed she provided it in no time at all. I really enjoyed using the office space as I had a lot of studying to do, and I had a great time just chilling and watching the array of programs available on the subscription services. the projector with the installed firestick service for Netflix etc in the bedroom was a nice added feature

Very homely bungalow, conveniently located for exploring locally in North Devon. Super clean and equipped with all you need. Jane was extremely welcoming and helpful.

beautiful private place to stay with large hot tub and lovely outdoor spaces. everything was lovely and the milk,tea,coffee, prosecco and home made scones were such a welcoming gift. very responsive hosts and had no issues during our stay. wifi went down for a little but obviously not in the control of the hosts but they contacted their tech guy who sorted it very quickly. cant rate highly enough and willl definetly stay again.

Tony was an excellent host and went out of his way several times to assist us during our stay. The accommodation was perfect and we are already hoping to return in the near future to stay again.

It’s in a residential area which suited us. It’s an easy drive to Torquay, Newton Abbott and Paighton (5-10 minutes). There’s also a farm with a nice 20 minute walk about 15 minutes walk from the property. The hosts are amazing and they couldn’t have done more for us. The property was spotless and safe for our 2 year old son who loved exploring. The kitchen/dining room was huge. Worth every penny and highly recommended it.

Victoria is a very helpful and friendly host and always answered all my questions. The house is nice and spacious, plenary of room with lots to do inside the house , there was 12 of use but it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other as the house is massive and like I said plenty of rooms . We had a lovely time here with all our family for my mums 70th birthday, we had good quality family time together and made some great memories, that’s when you realise that we don’t do it often another. We had teenage kids there and they didn’t even get bored , they made full use of the cinema room and the pool table , oh and the snack bar 😂😂. Thank you so much for letting us make some great memories in your home 🏠

This cottage was beautiful inside and out and had all essentials provided along with a few added extras including milk, bread, butter and biscuits! A lovely hamper was also provided for Blue the dog. Matthew was a great host with all information communicated prior to arrival and being on site and contactable throughout the stay if needed. I stayed in this cottage for my birthday weekend and Matthew had also allowed my sister to enter the cottage prior to my stay to add some birthday decorations and there was also a lovely card and drink from Matthew and his family which was a lovely touch. The cottage is definitely worth what you pay for it and me and Blue can’t wait to return on our next visit to Devon.

We had a good weekend stay at Catherine’s, a perfect location to explore Dartmoor, although we came to visit family in the area as well. The bungalow was modern, comfy and warm, we didn’t need anything extra to enjoy our stay. Catherine communicated everything we needed to know leaving us to make the most of our time. I can highly recommend staying here.
