we had a fantastic stay at Tom's place this Christmas! the house was perfect with everything we could possibly need. walking distance from the beach and pub was fab. thankyou for a wonderful stay and the hamper which had been left for our arrival it was much appreciated.

Lovely cottage, spacious and ideally located. Hosts were very friendly and gave plenty of information beforehand! Would stay again

Exceeded all expectations, beautifully and tastefully decorated; loved the beach theme with the decor; the beds were extremely comfy and the linen clean and fresh. The home was extremely well equipped, and a very useful information book supplied. It was warm and had constant hot water and a super bathroom and shower. The property had been decorated with lovely Christmas decorations throughout and the added touches of milk, coffee, biscuits and a basket of dog supplies was a very pleasant surprise. The box of games was brilliant, and we made use of those. We visited The Old Manor Inn, both evenings as only a short walk away, and it is a lovely friendly pub. We stayed locally for walks with the dog and found plenty of good places to eat. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant and memorable one.

Amazing stay in this beautiful house. On arrival there were M&S treats and a tub of celebrations. 😋 The lounge kitchen dining room had a Christmas tree and decorations beautifully arranged which made us feel right at home. There was a Xmas tablecloth and napkins provided too. 🎄🥰 The bedrooms were perfect and beds and bathrooms were very clean, fresh and inviting. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We stayed 5 nights and found the house very comfortable and spacious for a longer stay. Our hosts Annie and Paddy were delightful and provided everything for the log burner which was especially nice on cold nights. The location is convenient for Plymouth and easy access to Dartmoor and Cornwall. Some background traffic noise from the A38 but otherwise a very peaceful location. Saltram House close by and definitely worth a visit.

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved the decor, lots of great artwork and spotlessly clean. Everything you could want for your stay. The rooms were big and spacious. Lovely garden space for our dog. We really appreciated the little gifts as well. Responsive and great recommendations, we loved The Thatched Tavern. Walking distance to beaches, shops and restaurants! We’d highly recommend!

A delightful stay in wonderful surroundings, views are sublime, home from home facilities, dog friendly property with lots of walks, well equipped kitchen although we didn't really cook as there are so many restaurants and bars to try! Julie ensured we had everything we needed and communicated well. look forward to a return visit when we have a bit more time to enjoy ourselves.

We stayed over the Christmas week. It’s always a worry as to whether there will be sharp knives, enough trays while cooking Christmas dinner etc but I need not have worried as there was everything we could possibly have wanted. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and all items were clean, good quality and plentiful. The whole property was very comfortable, warm and spacious. Outside areas were accessed by the grandchildren, they enjoyed a daily swim. The system for booking is excellent. We managed to have a brief game on the tennis court and the children had a little time in the play hut and on the equipment. The zip line was a real hit. It would be lovely to be able to return when the weather would allow more use of the great outdoor facilities. Laura and Richard are great hosts. Brilliant communication prior to arriving. A great in person welcome too on arrival. We hope to return and can highly recommend Mullen at Pitt farm

Lisa was very helpful everything explained fully from the start! The caravan was lovely warm and welcoming! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommend!

Really lovely lodge, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished and the layout is brilliant ! A few very minor things that would be useful is just perhaps a little welcome pack with some milk / coffee/ butter and maybe a mini jam/ biscuits and in the bathrooms a sachet of shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel / soap perhaps. Just for late arrivers… as we were after a very, very, long journey. We only had one night there sadly and would definately like a longer stay in this beautiful place but it is such a long journey for us. Highly recommended though !

As usual we had another lovely time staying in Hazels caravan. Always clean..always well kept..always very helpful. We cant recommend Hazels caravan enough its perfect! Many thanks again!

This cottage was beautiful inside and out and had all essentials provided along with a few added extras including milk, bread, butter and biscuits! A lovely hamper was also provided for Blue the dog. Matthew was a great host with all information communicated prior to arrival and being on site and contactable throughout the stay if needed. I stayed in this cottage for my birthday weekend and Matthew had also allowed my sister to enter the cottage prior to my stay to add some birthday decorations and there was also a lovely card and drink from Matthew and his family which was a lovely touch. The cottage is definitely worth what you pay for it and me and Blue can’t wait to return on our next visit to Devon.

We had a wonderful stay in Orchard Caravan! The space was very clean, homely and incredibly family friendly. There were board games, a selection of children’s and adult books, dvds and colouring. The kitchen had a brilliant rage of appliances including a slow cooker. The caravan has its own private garden which can be made secure, so our dog was able to have some safe off-lead time. The caravan is located on the most wonderful rural farm, with chickens and sheep literally on our doorstep! We were able to feed the animals with our daughter and enjoyed the slide and swing set. We had issues with our car upon arrival, Dawn and her family were quick to help by suggesting local garages, and offering to help if we needed supplies from the local village. They were incredibly accommodating and kind during our stay, and we will certainly be looking to come again!

The little cabin is lovely and having the log fire made it extra cozy! It’s a great place to disconnect and enjoy the countryside, and if you fancy some entertainment there’s a collection of books and VHS tapes to choose from. Judith and James were lovely and helped with anything we needed.

We stayed for two nights from December 30th- January 1st. We received a friendly welcome and were left to our own devices, the fire / bbq was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be attending again

Absolutely fabulous holiday home! Louise&Ian greeted us on arrival, they were lovely. They had put up some birthday banners for my husband, as it was his birthday. It was a really kind touch - along with the delicious homemade scones and dog biscuits which our dog loved! Louise&Ian were really accommodating with our 6month old son. The views were gorgeous and the walks along the beach were brilliant. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you Louise&Ian!

Lovely spacious accommodation. Very peaceful and a great base for enjoying the area. Very clean. We had some travel difficulties so were particularly grateful that Catherine kindly accommodated our very late arrival.

Idealic location with plymbridge woods right out the back door. When issues arose in the property (standard issues in a 3 month stay) the host responded instantly and had professionals out to fix the issue within hours. The host even replaced a tv the same day when I said the colour was off. The property had everything I needed (which was the cheapest two bed property in the area at the time) and 3 months flew by at the property. Sad to see it go

This was such a lovely place to stay! Private and self contained. Clean and tidy. Everything was in full working order and as described and pictured. Lenny was so responsive and helpful too. Would highly recommend staying here. We drove and found the local area very easy to navigate.

A lovely place , very tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean . Sarah communication was great and everything was smooth and effortless start to finish . We have stayed before and will again which is the best recommendation there is I think !

What a beautiful getaway at the hideaway! Myself, my partner and our little girl were looking for a peaceful and relaxing mini break away from home and this did not disappoint. Such a beautiful cosy place with the most gorgeous surroundings. Cara & her husband were so helpful & friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Would recommend to anyone wanting a home away from home.

We really have had the best few days, we originally booked a campsite and fled the next day....long story. However, we found this secluded field and booked up. Within minutes Kate responded and accepted the booking, lots of instructions and information sent. When we arrived we were greeted by Richard who gave us a tour of the surroundings. We later met kate who gave us some home grown tomatoes and cucumbers, they went lovely with our BBQ. Thank you! Lovely hot showers and flushing toilets. There has been so much effort and thought put into everything around site. The kids loved exploring the place. Very private and secluded acre of land, the dog could run free once the gate to the feild was shut without being kept on a lead like the previous camp site we were on! We felt so relaxed when we arrived. Highly recommended and an absolute lovely couple.
