Omar is extremely responsive, he communicated well and provided clear instructions(location, check in etc). The property is very easy to locate, it is on a wide road in a good locality. Regarding the interiors, it is exactly how it looks in the photos. There is a lot of open space in the penthouse along with 3 bedrooms with washrooms attached in all three. There is a big smart TV in the drawing room with all the apps already installed. I would highly recommend this property to everyone, no complaints at all.

House was easy to identify. It is exactly opposite to the Ankura Women and Children Hospital though you have to take a u-turn if you are in a vehicle. Inside the house you wouldn't feel the rush and noise from the highway. There are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby but the traffic makes the journey long. House was clean and had the essentials. The manager, Mr Mushtaq, was responsive and didn't intrude into our privacy. He also agreed to an early check in. Must visit place: Al wadi restaurant and Shah Ghouse Final Verdict: We will certainly choose it again in our next visit.

We travelled for Some office work in group and our apartment stay was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. Host was very much responsive and accommodated our requirements.

The host shared the exact Google Maps location to reach the place- if not, we'd have gotten lost a bit. The surrounding area is being developed, so the roads leading to the stay were bad. But the stay more than made up for all these issues. The apartment was squeaky clean, the sheets were fresh, and everything was in working condition. Yash also proactively shared a PDF with the location along with what address you should enter for Swiggy deliveries - all small things but big impact. He also gave us an emergency contact number. He was also pretty responsive and gave us an extension for checkout (because of our situation). He also promptly called after our stay - I had only 2 feedback for him - 1. the lock on the main door was a little difficult to use; 2. The drinking water system had a weird taste for the first couple of days. He was v receptive towards the feedback and is already working to get both these issues sorted. If I visit Hyd again, I'll defo opt for the same place.

This property met all expectations as advertised. The host was highly responsive, addressing my inquiries promptly. The maintenance was thorough, and the cleanliness was excellent. I would definitely consider booking this place again.

I had a great stay! The location is fantastic, just 100m from the Metro, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The house itself was spotlessly clean, with fresh linens, a well-lit space, and thoughtful touches like coffee/tea materials provided. One small but very helpful detail was the markings on the switches. Such a simple yet thoughtful feature that made using the space effortless. The bed and lighting were perfect, adding to the comfort. The only challenge was the bathroom size, which felt a bit narrow, especially for taller guests. However, everything else made up for it, and the host was super responsive on messages, always available to answer any questions. Overall, a highly recommended stay for anyone visiting the city!

This place is wonderful! The master bedroom suite on the first floor is definitely worth the price. The host is very responsive and pro-active. Kitchen and other amenities are very nice. I stayed for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute of it. I highly recommend this property. Great place to stay,

Spacious and well maintained apartment will all the amenities you need in an Airbnb. All three AC units worked well, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. A first aid kit was also available which was very nice to see. The location of the apartment is very good. Within 5 minutes of walking, you have everything you need. Communication with Smriti was always very easy and she gave all the required information. Definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

Its a great place for both long and short stays. Host is very responsive and helpful. Room and other shared spaces are clean. Main attraction is terrace which is very peaceful

My stay at Anjana’s was near-perfect. As a woman, it was a safe and secure environment, both in the building and inside the apartment. Anjana was extremely warm, gracious and flexible. The best thing for me was that I could cook my meals if I wanted to. The bedroom is compact and the mattress is very comfortable, so you get a good night’s sleep. For those who leave for work every day this is a great place. If you plan to work from home, the dining table doubles up as your work desk. The apartment is right in the heart of commercial activities, so it’s the best for working folks visiting Hyderabad. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Anjana!

It was great experience, flat was nice with the view from balcony and the society was well maintained and early morning walk in society was memorable. Easy to checkin with parking. so many dishes stove and needy groceries available.

I had an amazing stay at Nishant and Roshni’s place! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. As a foreigner new to India, I was initially anxious about finding housing, but this place quickly felt like home. I originally booked for a week and ended up extending my stay long-term because I loved it so much. Nishant and Roshni were incredibly helpful and shared great local recommendations that helped me explore the area with ease. The apartment complex has amenities like a gym and pool, and being on the 13th floor, it’s peaceful and quiet with nice views. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or better company to stay in Hyderabad. I highly recommend this place for both short or long-term stays, especially if you are new to India or Hyderabad.

Prasanna Laxmi is an impressive host. The check-in was seamless. She was proactive, highly responsive, communicated clearly and kind enough to accommodate requests. She ensured that I had a serene and comfortable stay. Since a high-rise, the view from the room had a visually appealing skyline of the city. The bedroom and washroom were impeccable, the kitchen facilities were great though I did not use them much. The surroundings have lush green trees, breezy atmosphere with ample of space to take a stroll. Her home was the perfect spot for relaxation after a busy working day. I truly appreciate the personal touch Prasanna Laxmi brought to my experience, ensuring I had everything I needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-gated and relaxing stay.

we had a great stay at the appartment. we travels with two small kids who really enjoyed the long walkway around the premisse and the playgroud, pool and tennis court. Roshnak was very helpfull and quick to respond. the appartment was pleasant and comfortable. the kitchen had all we needed. across the street was a mall with a few restaurtants, off which we tried a few (indian, italian, korean, sweets and coffee).
