Great stay in Manitou Springs! Heather and Scott are really nice and easy to work with hosts. The house is beautiful and has everything you will need for your stay. The mattresses and linens were so comfortable!

Kendra’s place was great! Perfect for our family trip. She was super responsive with easy to follow instructions. The house is in a nice neighborhood with food and grocery stores and parks close by. We did have to schedule a time to do laundry with Kendra, but she was very responsive to the time we needed to access the washer and dryer. There were lots of toys and an air hockey machine that my nephews loved. Thank you, Kendra!

We loved our stay at Deborahs. It was one of the best stocked air bnbs I've stayed at and was a great location for all the Colorado Springs attractions!! would definitely stay again if in the area

Kim’s house was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had. From communication to cleanliness it was amazing. He had snacks, waters and all the coffee you could drink available. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely clean. With no hesitation I would stay there again. Thank you again!

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I have stayed at! The photos look amazing but we were still so blown away at the house and the most beautiful view! Everything was clean and in the best condition. Really close to a lot of stores/restaurants and an amazing walking trail right near the house. Timothy was a wonderful host and I would stay again!

The house was so comfortable. The house is set up to give privacy. Everything we needed was there. Lots of dinnerware and supplies, hot tub, barbaque pit.

Jeremy’s place is highly recommended! The home is well furnished with lots of quality amenities beyond what we have ever had at other rentals. They were very thoughtful about equipping it with guests in mind. We weren’t able to use the backyard but it looked like a very inviting space. If you are looking for a quiet place that is walkable and close to the downtown Colorado Springs shops and restaurants, stay here!

We had a great time staying at Eric's place. The location was perfect, we enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby.

so glad we decided to book this place! this was our toddlers favorite stop on our weeklong trip around colorado. getting to interact with the animals was so unique and fun. unfortunately, we were only here one night and a snow storm blew in so we didn’t get to play with them as much as we had hoped (through no fault of the animals, they were out and ready to play! we were just too cold to brave the weather for long!) but regardless, she had it stocked with so many fun farm themed toys that our 1.5 year old adored, as well as all of the unique farm themed decor. he loved pointing out all of the various animals he kept finding on the walls & in paintings. the host was very gracious and even offered to let us linger around a little later due to the snow if we had needed it. truly such a fun place! we’ll absolutely stay here again if we’re in the area

The place was exactly what I was looking for. You basically have your own spacious apartment. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the conifer / pine area

Excellent location and overall place to stay. We found ourselves on the move quickly looking for a new Airbnb after our first one wasn't great and this place was a wonderful improvement from where we started. Communication was clear and the place was clean and quiet. The host instructions were clear and easy to follow. We didn't make use of both bedrooms since it was just an anniversary trip, but both were nice overall and the bed was comfortable in the larger room. The difficulty of the suite door lock operation slowed us down in leaving, but was an inconvenience in what I would say was an overall great stay.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our first experience with Airbnb, and it exceeded our expectations! I highly recommend staying here if you plan to visit the Garden of the Gods or Seven Falls, as it is conveniently close to both attractions.

I stayed for one week in September 2024 when I was in Colorado Springs for business. I figured, correctly, that this unit would be much more comfortable and roomy compared to a hotel room. Everything was first rate, the unit was very clean, the shower worked great, no problems with internet service, and there were nice touches around the unit that indicated a high level of attention and care. The location was good, convenient to Garden of the Gods and other amenities for side trips.

We had a great stay at Dieter's place! We had a hard time entering at first because I believe the front door was stuck/swollen from the wet weather. They were responsive when I reached out for assistance and we got in fine after that. It was cozy, warm, and inviting, and very clean inside. I think the only quirk is that yes, the communal laundry room door is in the bedroom. We did not have any issues with it, but it is something to keep in mind if that is uncomfortable for you. We did not have issues with too much noise and the tenants we ran into were polite. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

They did a great job with how they decorated the place! It feels very roomy. The living room/kitchen had all the utilities I could need to stay! The internet is also really fast, so that’s a bonus. If you guys need anything from them. Don’t hesitate! They’re super nice!

We loved our stay! The accommodation was very cozy and we loved the woodsy location that was still easily accessible from town. Would recommend and would stay again.

Lovely, very comfortable and easy place to stay! About 5-10 minutes away from the newer sections of Colorado Springs near restaurants, shopping and Air Force Academy.

The accommodations are roomy and the host is great. This is a great country setting, you’ll not be disappointed... unless of course you are looking for city hustle and bustle. The kitchenette is full featured and there’s plenty of room to relax in the living room too.

I keep returning here because it is a sacred space. It is so beautifully furnished inside and out. The hosts are wonderful and I always leave there feeling so peaceful.

Alika and her family were very nice to me and they have three super cute dogs. It is a quiet residential neighbourhood nearby a small beautiful lake with mountain views. I had no car so I was using public transport to get around which was easy as the bus stop is a short walk from their house. That being said - it is a budget accommodation and a family home so one should not expect too much luxury.

My daughter (Courtney) and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at SunMountain! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic – close to the Garden of the Gods. Rani and Mitzi were incredibly thoughtful and responsive, offering great recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home and appreciated the warm hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would have definitely stayed here again, and would have highly recommended it for anyone looking for a great place to stay. Unfortunately, we were told that SunMountain will not be an Airbnb property after the end of this year.💐 Sincerely, Audrey & Courtney😊

We arrived last minute to Gayle’s home and she was very welcoming and friendly. She made us feel right at home and made sure we had everything we needed. Slept great! And we were able to make a nice breakfast in her kitchen the following morning. Thank you!

Kay is a thoughtful, highly responsive host. My friends and I stayed overnight for the outdoor NHL game, and Kay’s place was fantastic! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and surrounded by beautiful trees. Kay herself wasn’t super easy to work with, communicative, and let us check in early. We loved the included breakfast as well! Would definitely stay here again.
