Our weekend getaway was perfect! The host was very responsive and kind, also accommodating our request for early check in. The location was easy to find, even in the snow. We drove 2 AWD vehicles that did just fine on the snowy dirt road up the house. The house was clean, had all amenities mentioned, and was within walking distance of a local restraunt and bar (The gluten free pizza and Friday night karaoke at the Blue Moose was well worth it!). We saw deer in the front yard who stuck around all day. Our favorite part of the stay was chillin in the hot tub during an evening snowstorm! The weather in the valley was spectacular. We kept an eye on our weather apps, but the position of the valley brought some fast moving clouds and unexpected snow, which ended up being quite the treat to watch in the hot tub! Overall, we enjoyed the trip and would stay at this property again!

Beautiful location for staring at a picturesque mountain and a 5 minute walk to a bar and grill. Jacuzzi was fantastic and the room was cozy. Loved it!

This place is the PERFECT private get away. You feel like you are miles from other people. The cabin is so beautiful and well kept up. The hot tub was a total hit for our group as we spent most of our time in there. Wayne was such an incredible host. We will definitely be coming back!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin in Colorado. The space was incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, making it both comfortable and functional. Every detail felt well-planned and organized, which made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The property manager was excellent—responsive, easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Green Mountain Falls.

We absolutely loved our stay in this house! It's in a very secluded area which was perfect for our Valentine's weekend getaway. The pictures don't do it justice. It has definitely been renovated. The beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was a great added bonus. We would definitely stay here again and bring the family next time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood with a nearby short hike to see a waterfall. There was a ball to play basketball and we also used the fire pit to make smores. The steps inside to the basement had a closed door from the main floor which was perfect for my toddlers. We did not see any bears but we were lucky enough to see some deer outside the back patio.

This is a country cabin. Understand that is what you will be renting. Don't expect all your typical comforts or luxury. This is exactly as advertised. You will find a private, peaceful cabin with a beautiful view. There is a TV and DVD player w/lots of movies. There is no WIFI, cell signal is mostly nonexistent. The driveway is well built and solid but steep. My wife and I both parked near the house and had no trouble entering or exiting but should you be expecting snow or ice i would recommend to park at the larger parking area below the hill. Not a lot of lighting but enough, wood burning stove/heater. If you are going to Cripple Creek to gamble then this is the place for you. It is literally minutes away from town but out of reach of all the noise of town. Everything worked as expected, Andy was flexible and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this place. It's a little pricey compared to past accommodations in other areas of the country but may be par for the area.

If you want to get away from it all, this is your place!!!! so peaceful and natural. no wifi. no cell phone. just like camping but with a nice bed, shower, and kitchen!!! host is SUPer responsive

The home has tons of beds, almost two kitchens (full size fridge & microwave downstairs). Sofas and sofas and more sofas. Julia has more kids books then all our Grandbabies put together. The beds were so comfortable, the views incredible. Julia was absolutely wonderful to work with even with all the mess and disaster AirBNB put us through she was fantastic! I can’t recommend her enough!

Tim was very quick to respond and gave us some really cool places in the area to cricut out. The views were amazing. Our family of four really loved the place.

We definitely had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. We were able to book the stay the night before, and he even reached out to us in the morning. Lots of space in the home. There are so many fun activities for a family nearby (within a 40 minute drive). We were busy all day, every day. Lots of nature and historical sites.

Kathy and Will were wonderful hosts. They were very responsive and helped make sure we got there. Provided great recommendations. They were wonderful. Wpuld definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit the area. I loved the house and it was just the right size. Thabk you so much for the wonderful stay.

We booked Aspen Lake cabin during the fall season and it was perfect timing. There were acres and acres of turned Aspen trees. It made for a beautiful backdrop and family photoshoot with our Iphones. The cabin itself it very roomy, clean and both rooms with a king size bed are big and have great views. It is nice to have two separate levels with living rooms. We did not need to turn the heater on as it was very warm during the day and cooled off just right at night. The only unfortunate part of the cabin was that the dishwasher may need some service as it did not wash the dishes properly even after rinsing them beforehand. Overall, it was a great stay for two families.

great place to forget about work and daily routine we hand great time in the house and surrounding areas only thing is the access road you have to plan your trips outside because it can take a while to get to the asphalt roads but the house was better than we expected and host was really friendly and helpful

High Haven was a quiet, clean, and comfortable cabin in the mountains. There was good parking at the base of the 28 steps up to the front door. The 8000 ft elevation was 10 degrees cooler than Manitou Springs a few miles away which made sitting on the near wrap-around porch very relaxing looking at the nearby canyon and ridges. In addition, a movable box fan and ceiling fan in the main room moved air, as well as there was a good cross draft when the windows and sliding glass door where open. These features were important because the temps were in the low-high 90's in Manitou Springs in late July. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need for making meals. There is an electric BBQ locked under the deck that we used for brats and chicken. The Wifi and TV worked fine and the Roku gave access to many streaming services you can log into with your credentials. David was easily reached and responsive when we had a question. We strongly recommend High Haven.

This cozy cabin was such a delight to stay in for the weekend. Staring out at Pikes Peak, watching the birds soar and weather patterns change, as well as visiting local trails and restaurants made this an exquisite getaway. I appreciated the attention to detail in the cabin and how much is packed into a small space…while still being spacious. I’d love to return one day!
