Lovely apartment in Mitte. Very easy to locate from the main railway station. Well served for useful shops. Supermarket just next door, pharmacy around the corner and post office just down the road. The apartment has everything you need and is well appointed. We walked everywhere as such a central location. Really recommend booking a walking tour to get your bearings and an overview of the history of Berlin. Other top visits for us were the Reichstag, which is free of charge but you must book ahead, the Berlin Philharmonic, the Memorial to the Murdered Jews of Europe and museum plus the Barberini museum in Potsdam. The latter has a superb collection of impressionist paintings.

Uta est une hôte super, elle était même présente pour nous accueillir. L'appartement est super, tel que décrit. Et il est très bien situé, à proximité du transport en commun. Je recommande fortement son appartement. Merci pour tout Uta !

Von der Unterkunft sind wir begeistert! Es ist schöner/besser als beschrieben und als auf den Fotos zu sehen. Sollten wir das nächste Mal nach Berlin fahren…. Gerne wieder zu Dago! Es waren entspannte Tage!

Die Wohnung ist ein echtes Highlight und ich kann sie nur jedem Interessenten wärmstens ans Herz legen. Sie ist geschmackvoll und stilsicher eingerichtet, sehr ruhig, hell sowie grosszügig geschnitten. Der Gastgeber ist aufmerksam, kommunikativ, stets erreichbar und tut alles, um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Ein Glückstreffer!

Recensie voor ons verblijf via Airbnb Ons verblijf in deze Airbnb was simpelweg fantastisch! Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen, voelden we ons welkom dankzij de ontzettend vriendelijke en gastvrije host. De communicatie verliep heel soepel! Het huis zelf was prachtig – stijlvol ingericht, brandschoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. De ruimtes waren ruim en comfortabel en het voelde meteen als een tweede thuis. Daarnaast was de locatie perfect, rustig maar toch redelijk dichtbij het centrum. Kortom, een absolute aanrader! We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wir haben als fünfköpfige Familie eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, wir haben nichts zu bemängeln. Im Gegenteil! Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, die Badestelle direkt ums Eck ist klasse und die Anbindung in die Stadt ist auch super. Wenn wir wieder in Berlin sind würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen wollen! :)

Totally fabulous in every way Beautiful spacious loft apartment Lots of light Super cool ! We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

Aufenthalt bei Cathleen war super. Die Lagen sehr ruhig und sauber. Ideal für die Familien mit Kinder. Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Wir waren ein zweites Mal bei Christian und haben uns wie immer super wohl gefühlt. Die Badewanne ist klasse, gerade für Kinder auch zum planschen und bei kalten Tagen zum aufwärmen. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und man fühlt sich wie zuhause, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt gehabt, die Kinder und wir hatten uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat uns gefreut und merken uns die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall für die Zukunft.

Our team stayed at Marga's while attending ITB Berlin. The property was even better than described. Great location, close to downtown Berlin and easy to access. Marga and team were always willing to assist. Even when some damage occurred on the property from our team members, Marga and team handled it professionally and drove an amicable resolution. Great host and great property. Will definitely patronize again if we are in the area.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer hat auch gut geklappt. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön allerdings hat man es schon etwas weit in die Innenstadt. Wer allerdings eine etwas ruhigere Unterkunft sucht mit einer schönen Umgebung in der Nähe vom Wasser ist hier genau richtig.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine wunderschöne, große Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet

This condo is beautiful / stunning! Definitely worth the stay. Simon was helpful and accommodating with flexible check in. Great that it comes with car garage parking as well. Just a heads up because it wasn’t super clear in the listing that it is up 5 flights of stairs with no elevator. Also the parking garage can be a little tricky to access in and out on foot, if we weren’t leaving super early in the morning I would have asked Simon for clearer instructions though.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

We loved this appartment. It was spacious, stylish, comfortable and very clean. As we arrived it was 30 c so the balcony was also lovely to sit out on. The location was gorgeous with tree lined streets and an abundance of cafes and restaurants and interesting shops. Also small supermarkets at each end of the street. All very easy with u bann and trams less than 10 mins away. We walked to some of the central sites within half an hour. The appartment was just perfect ! We were sad to leave! This place was great! Spacious and private, with many restaurants just outside. It felt safe as a solo traveler. He isn't kidding about the stairs, though. So be prepared! The sauna was a great addition! After exploring the city, it was a great way to relax!
