The place was just as described. Furniture was dates and uncomfortable but it was fine and i was there as more of a home and not a vacation. As being displaced from the fires. It served its purpose! It gets hot in the living room as there isn’t AC in the front of the unit.

Ana Maria is a very caring host and her apartment and garden is lovely. Will definitely come back. Thanks for an amzing stay

The place was just like how the pictures explained. I was happy with how clean the room was before I got there (bathroom, kitchen living area spotless!) Armando gave clear instructions on how to enter the premises and was responsive throughout the stay. Also offered me gated parking as well. Overall great stay!

Jordon's place was nice. Clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Jordon was super responsive to one thing that popped up during our stay and super helpful! He even let us drop our luggage super early and then check in early when we got in on our first day which was so nice! The only thing we noticed (which is common I feel like in LA) was a lot of homeless folks outside the place. There was some type of shelter or resource center across the street so during certain times of day there were more than others. We were never bothered by anyone and felt safe once inside Jordon's place but just something to be aware of.

Stephanie’s place is oh-so-cute(!) and had everything we needed with lots of fun extras! We had a few issues come up related to cooking and the host was extremely responsive and went out of her way to address our concerns. Overall our stay was super comfortable and we look forward to booking this place again in the future. Thank you, Stephanie!

Beautiful upscale accommodations! Great safe, walkable area. Hosts were very professional and responsive. Check in/out was very easy. Security on-site 24-7. Very friendly staff. Recommend without hesitation!

Hank was an outstanding host. He made sure to greet me when I arrived and was super flexible with check in and check out. He was incredibly responsive to all of my requests, from providing a water filter to offering two different bedside reading lamps for my aging eyes. The location is lovely - very private, but walkable to a cute cafe. (Google and Apple maps didn't always know the exact location, so follow Hank's instructions.) The unit has everything you would need, and the bed was very comfortable. Hank thinks of everything, including reusable shopping bags by the door. I loved that there were cloth napkins and dishtowels for the eco-conscious. The bathroom and shower are spacious with amazing views.

Carina was really responsive and helpful over the app. I felt like I could count on her to be there when we needed her but also had privacy in our space to relax and get some work done during our visit. The apartment is quite spacious and also centrally located to everything I needed to do in LA. Such a great AirBnB experience!

Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

Lucy's spot was a great place for my co-workers to stay whilst in town. She was very responsive anytime we had questions about things. Super easy check in - easy to find as well. Ideal spot if you're wanting to be in the Burbank / Glendale area. Super cute and chill!

We recently stayed at Geoffrey's, and it was a very welcoming experience. Geoffrey was communicative, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place felt just like home, which was perfect for my family. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a book of restaurant recommendations available; it made exploring the area so much easier. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay!

I have absolutely no complaints. Joe and Petra were phenomenal host. Very accommodating and friendly, fast communication. They were also very understanding of my needs and situation. The neighborhood is really quiet. The drive is on a steep downward slope so make sure your car isn’t too low to the ground. House is just as described and seen in the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need. I highly recommend

We had a great time in Wendy’s beautiful apartment and really enjoyed our stay. The location is brilliant for exploring Los Angeles, and there are nice supermarkets within walking distance. The neighbourhood is wonderfully central and very green, and the apartment is really comfortable, super clean and very practical in every way. All in all, great value for money! The building is located on a quite busy road, so there is some traffic noice. However, it wasn’t a big problem for us, given all the other pluses. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs though. Having said that, I consider Wendy’s flat a great base in Los Angeles, and would be very happy to stay there again!

I felt safe walking around at night in this neighborhood. The host always replied very quickly and was helpful. Recommended!

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

Loved, loved, loved staying here! Easy to walk to coffee shops, Trader Joe’s, another grocery store and numerous restaurants. Amazing location and the place was fantastic! We would absolutely stay here again!!

The location is fantastic—perched perfectly for amazing views. That said, it’s still Los Angeles, so I’d highly recommend having a car. Checking in can be a bit tricky if you're driving, but the provided instructions are clear and helpful. The amenities are top-notch, and the layout of the place is very well thought out. The dimmable lights add a cozy, welcoming vibe that really makes the space feel like home.

We had a great stay at Andy's place! Very comfortable apartment in a great location that is super convenient to Dodger Stadium, Universal Studios, Griffith Park, Silver Lake/Echo Park, & Hollywood. Also enjoyed being right down the street from the golf course in the movie Swingers! (Loz Feliz GC). Building is very nice and great to have the pool, hot tub, pool table, & outdoor ping pong shared amenities. Also don't miss Paperback Brewery around the corner, one of the best breweries in LA!
