Nice house,perfect location, we were given the wrong address at first. Which made it stressful. While most of the homes next to it were nice, each surrounding home had 5-10 cars parked in front or in the driveway even on the lawns. While our stay was very nice, it gave us an uneasy feeling driving into it at night. Fearing our driveway may be blocked

The home was spacious and privately at the end of a cul de sac where traffic was minimal. Host was very attentive and helpful when the power was unexpectedly shut off by the utility company. Swimming pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use, which the kids loved. Pool table was top notch and everything else was as described.

We had a great time staying at Paul’s place in Los Angeles! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Paul was a fantastic host: communicative, friendly, and easy to reach whenever we had a question. Everything went smoothly, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. We’d definitely recommend Paul’s place to anyone visiting LA!

This home has many beautiful wood features with handmade built in cabinets. We felt comfortable immediately. Free from clutter with lots of room for everyone I. The main living space and bedrooms. And we enjoyed just sitting and sipping coffee on the patio too.

Our stay at the was nothing short than amazing. The home is beautifully decorated & spacious. The beds are super comfortable & although we only ordered take out, the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The location is centrally located and walking distance to cafe’s. I cannot wait to go back!

This home was comfortable and we enjoyed the peaceful residential neighborhood. The den/game room was a nice bonus area. The amenities were all as advertised (remember to BYO shampoo/conditioner) and the kitchen had all the cooking basics. Kyle and Maribel were responsive hosts and provided very clear info. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfy home, this is it - it was perfect for our family visit.

Can talk all day. Tarik was very responsive, replying to text and questions almost immediately. I definitely will be booking with him on my next LA trip. House is nicely centered in the Los Angeles area. Neighborhood was quiet. Great experience

Had a great stay here, had a small issue arise at check in and the Host didn’t hesitate to remedy the issues and make every effort to go above and beyond with that resolution. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay at this property.

Brandon's place was very nice. The apartment itself exceeded expectations. Immaculate and well stocked kitchen made cooking very easy. The bed is firm -- about an 8 out of 10. I personally love a firm bed and found it to be very comfortable. Another thing to note is that the area is very noisy and dangerous with mentally ill drug addicts everywhere. I was followed by two sketchy individuals on Friday morning at 7 a.m. into the CVS as they attempted to box me in and trap me in an aisle. Luckily I have street smarts and am very aware of my surroundings and was able to escape, others might not have been so lucky. Note I am a 6 foot tall muscular male, usually not someone's first target. Also note, CA has effectively criminalized self-defense much like NY has, so fleeing is your only option. None of this is Brandon's fault, of course. Just pointing it out for those not aware of the area. Overall a great stay if one stays inside the bldg and runs out to jump into an Uber.

Place was clean, tidy and appreciated the doorman for security in downtown LA. Comfy bed and spacious apt. Some sounds audible from upstairs unit, but not bad. Noise abatement windows helpful, though random sounds on 1-2 nights are part of downtown living. Parking was a bit of a challenge as original instructions sent were not correct, and only exit was possible from where it said to enter in building lot across the street. Didn't realize this til 930 pm, and messaged Ali and asked for a call to clarify, and he did respond right away, which was appreciated. It was about $10 to uber/lyft to convention center, or a 20 min walk, about 1 mile, which was convenient. Kitchen well appointed. Great choice close to convention center given the free, secure parking. We did encounter security making rounds in lot across the street and car was fine.

Besonders gefallen hat mir der große Fernseher und das kostenlose WLAN, was dazu beigetragen hat, dass ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Für die Qualität, die ich erhalten habe, war der Preis mehr als fair. Die Zimmerpreise sind angesichts der Lage und der gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten sehr wettbewerbsfähig. Zusammenfassend kann ich Unterkunft jedem empfehlen, der Los Angeles besuchen möchte. Ich freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt!

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Location was perfect for our needs and there was good coffee on the block and great food very close by. Having parking included was great and pretty easy. Great place to stay downtown LA and USC adjacent. Friendly, responsive hosts!

Christian’s space was the perfect choice for a trip in DTLA. The parking was convenient, the building was walking distance from tons, and it matched the description perfectly. The security made you feel at ease, and the apartment itself was cute and comfortable for 3 guests. Christian was great at communicating as well. Would recommend and stay again if returning to DTLA.

The apartment was exactly as described. Place was clean as a whistle. Rooftop pool is a great amenity. I had a little trouble getting in (my fault not Malcolm's!) but he couldn't have been more helpful. Chased and sorted things in record time. The neighborhood can be a bit noisy, but I'm from NY so it didn't impact our stay at all. Would definitely stay again.

Great spot, super convenient for our conference at the convention center. Cool decor and very thoughtful details in the space. The parking was such a huge help. The security team at the front desk was easy to deal with and added an extra level of comfort(Richard was amazing). DTLA is a little wild after dark. Shant was lovely to communicate with, and all the details were as listed. Excellent spot, thanks for everything.

This place was very welcoming and big. It’s well stocked with everything you need for cooking. It has a big selection of tea and fresh coffee beans were very good. The heated swimming pool was a great addition. The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. It very close to a grocery store. I will stay here again. Lisa

this is a lovely, spacious well stocked and supplied home that is well located if you are visiting Pasadena or Los Angeles. lots to do at the house and well located to get to other places in the area.

Trevor and his team were great. Responsive, clean, lots of space, and kitchen came with everything you need. We came in April so weather can be wishy washie which means the pool can be a bit cold. other than that, would recommend and come back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Josh’s beautiful and charming home! The place was very clean, and everything in the kitchen was easy to find and use. As a family traveling with 3 young children (including a 10-month-old), we were delighted to find all the accommodations we needed, including a high chair and pack ’n play. Our hosts, Josh and Emmie, were incredibly helpful, hospitable, and responsive throughout our stay. When we encountered an issue with heating the pool, Josh and Emmie were quick to respond and offer assistance. While it was disappointing that we couldn’t fully enjoy the pool as expected, their attentiveness was much appreciated. The location of the home is fantastic – close to Downtown LA, Koreatown, the Row, and Griffith Park. We also loved exploring the great cafes and restaurants in nearby Silver Lake. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would highly recommend this home to other travelers. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

This is a very nice, tidy house located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It is conveniently located near the 210 freeway to easily get around LA with a car. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need and it connects to the living room making it a great hangout spot with a big comfy couch. The beds are comfortable and the pool in the backyard is a great feature. We throughly enjoyed our stay.
