Jack and Mandy are great hosts. They answered all of our inquiries in a timely manner. Location was perfect for us as it was very close to our friends and relatives. A perfect location for all restaurants and markets in the Alhambra and Monterey Park area. Highly recommended for a convenient and pleasurable stay in the area.

Thank for allowing us to stay in your home during the Christmas season everything was accurate we felt comfortable we felt safe the rooms were clean, bathrooms were clean, the kitchen was clean. We absolutely loved staying here! Clifford’s place was perfect for our family - a great location in a beautiful neighborhood that’s close to town, close to the beach, and close to our own family nearby. The house is spacious and comfortable. Clifford was super responsive and a great host. We had a wonderful stay and will be back soon!

The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very kind and polite. They answered all our questions and provided everything we asked for. It was a great experience. I would recommend the location to others traveling or staying in the area. There is a nice park with a track and pond near by. You can even see the mountains down some of the nearby streets. There are many nice local restaurants , a few supermarkets and businesses near by.

Four poets in LA for a literary conference--Ben & Alexis' home could not have been a poetic and gorgeous retreat from the hubbub of the conference. The home is a work of art. Extraordinary. And there is everything that you can imagine needing to make for a comfortable and easy stay. So beautiful and practical. And just 12 minutes from the convention center, but once inside, a million miles away. 🩷

Liza’s house was perfect! We enjoyed the location and the pool was great for our kids. Liza helped us with an early check in and was generous with the pool on those random cold LA days. The outdoor space is beautiful. We cooked our meals outside, poolside and enjoyed hearing the coyotes and stargazing in the evening. We can’t wait to return.

This house is a real stunner, with beautiful furnishings, great art and books, a great kitchen, plenty of seating for a large group and a fantastic location (near the Hollywood sign). It is both elegant and homey at the same time. We were a large group for the holidays and everyone was comfortable, with plenty of space for everyone, and no one wanted to leave this special house.

We had a great time at Naomi's place, plenty of space for all eight of us and beds were very comfortable. Host was quick to respond to my questions, I missed the WiFi login informtion but she quickly told me where to find it. And everything in the home was just as it looked online. From check in to check out it was a great experience.

The pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here. I already have plans to come back and stay here again. Heated pool…oh my ! Host was great … 10 out of 10 for sure .

This is a beautiful space. It’s very nicely furnished and is as relaxing as the photos suggest. It’s also walking distance to many good places to eat. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

We had a great weekend at Greg and Maylen's home. The layout of the home and casitas meant that even though we had a big group with lots of noisy children, there were still places that you could get away and nap or be peaceful. The interior of the home was very clean and matched the photos. The kitchen lacked some amenities (we couldn't find a cutting board) but Maylen went out of her way to send us one within a few hours of us asking her about it. The hosts were great and super responsive. The outside / pool area was a little bit dirty/dusty (probably from recent fires) and there were parts of the fence that were broken. The home is also right next to the freeway (and close to the airport) and so there is a lot of traffic noise when you are outside. We didn't mind this, but I could see this being less-than-ideal if you are looking for a very peaceful poolside experience. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely go back again.

Jose was a responsive, friendly host. Ours was a last minute rental and he was very flexible and helpful. The house was p perfect layout for 6 adults and 4 children. Exceptionally clean,& welcoming . I would recommend this rental without hesitation!

Annie’s hospitality is almost unmatched, she was very proactive during my stay and while preparing for check out. Very good host. very clean, and kind . Would book again!

It was perfect for our gathering, everyone was impressed! I’m hoping to stay again on our next trip to California! I could have spent my entire time in the primary bathroom upstairs. Contacts were available and attentive with my questions. The massage chair was the most popular location.

Very quiet neighborhood and great mountain view. The room is private and clean. The host is kind and responsive. The only thing is that the mattress and pillows are tooooo soft. Other than that, it’s perfect.

The house was super clean and very beautiful, obviously fully renovated. The host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The location was great. Beautiful pool, only wish the weather had been warmer!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Quaint villa in the green hills of Los Angeles, quiet and relaxing but 10 minutes from the action of Hollywood. Felt very safe. Pool is absolutely lovely, room spotless and homely. Can’t wait to stay again!

Christine went beyond my expectations by treating me like family. Super friendly and the accommodations were clean, quiet and comfortable. The extras were top notch. Blow dryer, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, soaps, bottles of water, snacks, and even bowls of ramen. The room not only has a private bathroom but it has a mini fridge and a microwave. I’d give her and the room an A+. Excellent!!
