Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Really great little cosy place. Met Marilyn who was really nice, she arranged an early check in for us which was much appreciated. Just 1 night but we both slept great, testament to a comfortable bed. Very tidy spotless apartment. Up there with the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The only disappointing aspect was that we booked just one night.

I had a great long weekend at Jennifer’s place. Her local recommendations were super helpful. Entry was easy and the place was lovely. It was perfect for 4 days by myself for a work & fun trip.

Nice place that is well equipped with all your living needs. Great location -> close to airport, freeway, grocery and shopping. Pool was beautiful but not heated (very cold!). Owner is very responsive with all of my questions and needs. Place is on the main level looking into the parking lot and main entrance/road, so it's bit noisy. I would stay here again!

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Recommend for families looking to check out a game or do any of the wonderful things available to do in Tampa!

Sid was very responsive and his place meet all of our needs. Comfortable, clean and the hot tub was fantastic.

Felt safe, despite initial concerns over the neighborhood. The furnishings are not ideal for someone with mobility issues, as everything is either very low or very high.

I really enjoy this And I’m definitely going to plan something in Tampa again so I can stay here again

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was just as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area, with its island-like atmosphere, is breathtaking - it's easy to forget you're in the Tampa area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

We had a great stay! I rented the place for myself and my two daughters (13 and 7) for a week, and everything was smooth and enjoyable. The views and location were beautiful. My older daughter had a swim meet in St. Petersburg, about 25 minutes away, and the drive was easy. We visited Upham Beach, just 10 minutes away. The pool area was our favorite, great views, a nice breeze, and plenty of seating. Urzula provided beach towels, which was super helpful. The hot tub was relaxing, and we loved the rinse-off area by the pool. The condo was cozy and well-equipped. I enjoyed cooking with the water view, and the oven didn’t heat up the space. My older daughter used the bedroom, and I shared the easy-to-set-up sofa bed with my youngest. Urzula was very responsive and updated our booking when we needed to arrive a day early. Check-in was smooth, and parking felt safe. I highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Valeries place was AMAZING! Words and pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice. The condo was cozy and very clean. It had everything I needed for a five week stay. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony, watching dolphins and boats go by. The sunsets were spectacular, a perfect view from the balcony. I had an excellent experience renting from Valerie. It was exactly as depicted. I would highly recommend staying at Boca Ciega Resort in Valerie's condo. You will not be disappointed!

Great location. You can walk to several restaurants (Sweet Life Bistro & Middle Ground Grill were favorites) and Publix. Unit was close to bar/pool, but we didn’t have any noise issues. Fabulous sunset views from the balcony with accompanying sound of the ocean waves. This was our second stay at Island Inn.

Loved this place! PRIME beach location and perfect for our needs. Great and walkable to tons of places and just loved the convenience. Only comment is that if you’re a light sleeper, there is a floor above you - but didn’t bother us! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a great beach getaway :)

The condo was beautiful with a gorgeous view of Boca Ciega Bay. Extremely clean and a perfect location for us. Check in/checkout was super easy. Bed was very comfortable too. Would absolutely stay here again!
