Beautiful place with all the amenities! Seriously one of the best listings we’ve stayed at. They thought of everything. The fridge was stocked with water and sodas and there were snacks available as well. The moment we walked in we felt right at home. The neighborhood is peaceful and full of greenery. We even took advantage of the hot tub, which was great. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great stay.We were in town for my sons birthday for 5 nights at Josie’s place.This house is perfect for a large family and small one like ours.The house is very nice,clean,and in a nice neighborhood.The pool was awesome.We loved the covered patio in the back that had furniture and a nice size tv.Josie was a great host who was quick to respond to any questions we had.We would stay here again in a heartbeat.We don’t visit my son as much as we would like,because we get so bored at the hotels and other homes we have rented.This was the first time we really didn’t want to leave!

We loved our stay here! The pool and hot tub were great. We loved the big fenced in back yard so our dog could run around. The houses are few and far between so it’s very peaceful, private and quiet. The home is more beautiful than the pictures and very comfortable. Lots of outdoor games to play. The kids enjoyed making s’mores at night. The hosts are extremely responsive and will turn the hot tub on from their phone as soon as you text them. This is a great bnb!!

Gary was a great host. He was friendly and extremely easy to work with. The pool and hot tub were great. Everything was very clean. The set up outside was perfect for a family. Gary goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable, and it doesn’t go unnoticed. The house is stocked with everything you could need, including some extra things like snacks, coffee and even treats for my dog. I would definitely recommend staying at this house and booking with this host.

Very clean and almost everything is new. My family with three teenagers enjoyed game room so much! And it was awesome to sink in hot tub during the night. So comfortable beds, walk distance to lake shore, very quiet neighborhood, and so on. Highly recommend for anyone who travels with kids and wants relaxing place.

My daughter loved sleeping on the top bunk in the kids bedroom & putting her stuff away in the drawers. She really loved the entertainment chair in there. Thoughtfully, there was a clothes basket in each bedroom. The primary bedroom was secluded & spacious. The king size bed was comfortable there but the other two bedrooms looked snug and had very soft beds. We only ended up needing two of the four bedrooms. I loved the tile floors. It was so easy to clean up messes. The huge TV was great & I loved the courtesy HBO. I would definitely recommend this place.

Modern Lake Belton Lake Front Home w/ Hot tub!

We rented the house to stay with our Son and his family and two dogs. It was a wonderful weekend with all of them. The house was very clean. The towels and linens were quality, not scratchy. The setting was beautiful. I would recommend this house as well as book it again.
