Sally is an excellent and very welcoming host. Her directions were spot on. The flat is spacious and comfortable and is in a nice location in Wivenhoe.

Excellent in all aspects, providing everything we desired for our short stay weekend meeting with friends which had been prevented by original lockdown by Covid which was enjoyed by all.

Clean, brighf,restful and perfect for a family of 3 plus dog. We love the history of the place and its character, as well as the view. Beds really comfortable which is a big win from us

Anwar’s place is fab! Very big one bed flat. Great bed. Super comfortable. I think it was a memory foam combination . Lovely big bathtub and powerful shower. Kitchen was well kitted to cook in with proper fridge freezer, gas cooker, kettle etc. I didn’t use the washing machine but great there was one there. The lounge was a lovely size and sofa really comfy. Central to airport. Just minutes drive away. And Rochford centre about 17 min walk. Selection of takeaways. Chinese, fish and chips, Turkish and Indian. I ordered some lovely food from Spice. ( Indian) Handy mini market shop on parade where flat is. Useful for milk, wine etc. Nice to see the horse in The field opposite the flat. Anwar is lovely. Friendly and helpful. Excellent at responding quickly. I really enjoyed my 9 night stay. Lovely, cosy little place perfect for short stays. Very clean and tidy and decent location. Only thing I would say is be weary in the Winter. Unfortunately for us it was minus 3 degrees the day we decided to go, and the heating had not been on at all and it was very very cold in the flat, taking quite a while to warm up. But like I said it was a rare very cold day. Otherwise, very nice.

We had a great stay at Theodore Cottage. Everything was beautifully clean & comfortable & it was good to have off street parking. Heidi had thoughtfully left milk & a basket of bread & cereals for us. The location was quiet & we enjoyed a peaceful cuppa on the little patio area in beautiful sunshine. We had come to see a folk gig & we were within a short drive of this. Old Leigh has charm & we enjoyed a delicious meal at the Peterboat restaurant.

This was due to be a longer term rent, but circumstances changed. Vanessa and Martin were brilliant, they supplied a freezer with 24 hours and were available for any questions. I would definitely stay there again, if needed. Thank you

Andrew and his colleagues were very helpful. I received detailed check-in instructions and although it took me a few minutes to find the lock box -- go through the entrance to parking and do a 180 and you'll see the lock boxes on the brick wall -- access was easy and the flat was lovely. There was a problem with the TV remote control and within minutes of reporting it I got a text response, which was followed up by a phone call and then an in-person visit. Once it was determined that a replacement remote was needed it was provided the following day while I was out. Very friendly and responsive!

Lovely spacious and very well equipped first floor apartment- easy allocated parking just below balcony. We loved staying there and the host was wonderful!

Spacious, quiet, new apartment not too far from Ipswich town centre. Very responsive host who was quick to respond to all queries.

Had a lovely stay 4th-6th October. We had a wedding at High House, which was a short taxi drive away. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

Stuart is a great host and very quick in replying to any issues or questions I had, the location is within easy walking distance to the town and marina, there's a handy college car park just around the corner, or free parking directly outside from 6pm - 8am Monday - Saturday and free on Sundays. lovely little outside space to sit out, easy managed heating system, large tv, big comfy couch, and the main bed was extremely comfortable. would definitely recommend a stay here.

Lovely clean property. 2 bathrooms which was great, spacious and right in town, close to everything. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice complex. Good communication from Host. Have put it on our list to stay again next time we visit family later in the year.

Really enjoyed my stay , both Rachel and Marilyn very helpful and responsive to messages. It was an ideal location personally for me visiting relatives . Very comfortable bed. Lovely to have some provisions for breakfast especially the homemade marmalade . It was good to meet Marilyn the owner who made me feel very welcome.

The Flat had everything I needed and was in a central location, as a host they were very responsive if I had any queries. I would definitely stay again.

Really lush place. Peacocks everywhere, silent surroundings and beautiful views. The hot tub had quite a lot of chlorine in it which bleached my swim suit but otherwise it was such a great stay. Hosts were really helpful. Really nice little welcome of biscuits and fizz. We’re really sad to have left it was fab

Absolutely beautiful and cosy apartment, clean, great amenities. Clear communication from the host made check-in super easy :). Location is both close to the train station and to Ipswich Town Centre (shops, restaurants, etc). Would love to stay here again!! Much love <3
