We had a great stay. There were lots of things provided for kids that we didn’t expect or even think about. There is a park in walking distance for kids to play. I felt like this was a great place to stay for a family with young children. Very updated, clean, and made you feel at home. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Laura’s. Our family as well as our friends’ family felt right at home. We definitely created fun memories. Laura was so friendly and very communicative! 💕

Beautiful little cabin. Had a fantastic time with my family. Quiet and relaxing place close to the lake. Also Dana the host was extremely helpful, and proactive to reach out and make sure we were going to have everything we needed. Great time and great experience.

This is the perfect place to stay with a larger family to do many of the activities in the local area. We actually spent one day going to the Cherokee National Festival and then the next day did a float trip down the Illinois river. When we were at the house we were able to relax and do a few things e.g. we did use the fire pit to do s'mores. Everything was pretty much perfect. We will definitely stay there the next time. By the way, it was really convenient to have all the kitchen needs supplied there. As he said, there's probably more there than they would have in their own home. There were lots of little amenities you wouldn't expect, like even a massage chair.

This was a nice place to stay. we had three families for four nights and there was a lot of room to spread out. The location is beautiful and off the beaten path, by the lake. very picturesque views from the balcony. Overall, very happy.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The interior was beautifully decorated, making it feel cozy and inviting. One of the highlights was the fantastic coffee bar—such a thoughtful touch that made our mornings even better. The only downside was the temperature control in the upstairs bedroom. The window unit worked well when it was on, but once it shut off, the room would get hot quickly, making it a bit difficult to regulate the temperature throughout the night. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and with a little improvement in temperature control, it would be absolutely perfect. Would still recommend it for its charm and amenitie
