Awesome location. Place was squeaky clean and felt like it was brand new. Hosts were very helpful and available if needed. Also, well priced for the amount of space available compared to the competition.

Our stay at The Loft was great. The apartment is beautiful, the view is graceful and the atmosphere is homey. I will definitely stay there again the next time I’m in town.

Nice layout - really loved the porch and the ability to keep the door open for fresh air. Fans were left for sound protection for nearby fire department - either I slept very well or the fan worked perfectly and I didn't hear any sirens. Lauren quickly responded to any questions. Go to her bakery/cafe Niedlov's - fantastic baked goods!

I’ll keep it short. It’s like the descriptions and comments from the hosts and visitors. Two things that I can mention and add to the informations (even if they might sound negative, I was fully satisfied with my stay, just want to complete the picture) 1) there is a fire station close by so that firefighters with their cars are passing by regularly (simetimes with sirens) - even if this sounds bad, as the appartment is set back from the street, it did not impact me very much 2) and this is related to that I decided to not use a car, the place is 45 min by foot away from downtown and groceries are also not really able to reach by foot. The appartment is located in a rather quiet area, but some really good food spots and breweries are 5-7min away by foot. Should be aware of it I would book it again!

Spacious and well-equipped apartment, clean and in a great location. The only two things are: 1. The mattress is too soft and feels old, not suitable for people who need a comfortable bed. 2. The instructions for entrance did not apply to people who came on foot. I couldn't find the entrance door they were referring to because apparently it was in the parking lot. I was walking around the block with no response from the host until a stranger opened the building door for me.

Mary Beth's home was perfect for our family. With two young children, having the privacy of a full 2BR apartment with kitchen and laundry was perfect for us. There was also a stocked toy closet that our 3y/o loved. We spent most of our time in the area visiting family and offsite, but we would definitely stay here again!

Amy was so sweet! She came up to us Friday morning on the way out to my car and introduced herself. She was so inviting and didn’t hesitate to let us know we could message her anytime. The place was absolutely adorable and cozy, as well. I would absolutely book again!

I have stayed with Christy on several occasions - it is always enjoyable. The space is clean and cozy and it is so easy to get to things in East Nashville and downtown. It’s also walking distance to Shelby Park and a nature trail. Truly, the best of both worlds. I will definitely stay here again! Christy is thoughtful and conscientious host.

location is amazing. the home was extremely clean. it had all the amenities. everything was perfect. we can't wait to come back !

Great AirBnB. Enjoyed the location close to Crossville and the quiet location.

My daughter and I stayed here while visiting UNG, and I chose this place because it was well priced and only a couple of minutes from the campus. I like to know what to expect, and the photos and Margaret’s instructions were clear and spot on. It was impressively clean, specious and lovely. The beds were very comfortable. I wish we’d had more time to stay and enjoy the beautiful setting- I’d love to spend an afternoon sitting on the back porch swing just enjoying the serene, treehouse-like atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful weekend getaway with my kids (10-16). It was incredibly peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing time watching rain roll in over the mountains in the late afternoon. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Had a great experience, perfect location for anyone looking to be in the middle of the Nashville experience. Would highly recommend to anyone.

My husband and I had a great stay for my birthday. The yurt was perfect for the two of us. It was clean and well stocked with everything we expected and the bed was very comfortable.

Karen and Greg were wonderful host to myself and my girlfriend when we stayed at their property for our anniversary. Before going to the property, Karen made it a point to make sure that I had specific directions and instructions for how to arrive at their property and how to navigate within the mountains. We had told them it was our anniversary and they surprised us by having cake and wine in our kitchen for when we first arrived at the property. P.S the cake was delicious. The location was beautiful and the photos don’t capture how nice it is in person. The amenities were excellent, the jacuzzi was amazing and so was the fire pits. When we were at the property, Greg and Karen made both of us feel right at home with their kindness and generosity. I would give this place 10/10 and would come back and stay at the property again. Greg and Karen were amazing as hosts, and I would recommend anyone, especially couples, to stay at this gorgeous property for a weekend or an extended weekend!

Loved the secluded feel, pet friendly and very clean space. Convenient and close to Franklin without feeling like I was in the middle of it.

Jack & Sissy were wonderful hosts! I didn't get to take advantage of the hot tub or fire pit due to my own schedule, but it sure was a plus to have those amenities! The apartment was sweet and perfect for 1 or 2 people. Lovely area of Florence right by the UNA tennis courts and 1 block from my most favorite library. I hope to come back and stay again at this unit or at the adjoining unit that has 2 bedrooms:)

Thoughtful hosts, clean space, nice local amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit & caught a rainbow trout.

We really enjoyed our stay and it was well-described. Samantha communicated all that we needed to know. The house is in a great location, close to dozens of good restaurants, cafes and lounges. Very peaceful with a wonderful backyard. Be sure to note that there is no oven other than the microwave and there are limited 3-prong electrical outlets. None of that affected our stay but it may be important for others. We'd definitely stay there again.

It was a nice place to stay near Nashville. The hottub and deck were nice. There were a lot of wasps swarming the hottub (it’s out in nature so that happens) but other than that it was great.
