Instructions were very clear and everything was in place upon arrival. Parking and all amenities are available as listed. If you're staying in this particular neighborhood, I would highly recommend reserving Kjk's space.

We enjoyed our overall stay at this place. The neighboring apartments do tend to get loud at night despite the quiet hour times which was a bit annoying when trying to sleep past 1am. The building does have a bit of a smell on the hallways but it’s manageable.

Great location. Close to everything. Nice apartment with everything you need. Very nice gym inside the apartment complex. Forest was great with timely information and directions. Great price for a cozy one bedroom, one bath. I read a lot of reviews about other locations and the noise with outside construction. Didn’t hear any of that at this location. Will stay again when we go back.

The place was great! Very peaceful neighborhood but super close to get the hustle and bustle of Franklin and even an easy drive to Nashville. Apartment was very clean and seemed almost brand new.

Great place. Great view of the river. Very clean and walkable to everything. Bekah was a great communicator and check in and out was so easy. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Nashville.

Great apartment in a great location. Ideal for me and my work colleague. Comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. Parking downstairs was great too.

Great location, as described in listing, perfect for a family of 4. Had all the little things we needed (even a full length mirror! I'm always surprised when bnbs don't have one). Highly recommend!

Everything was super clean & tidy!! The beds were extremely comfy and the check in/check out process was very easy/simply. David was very quick to answer and helpful with any questions I had. The decor/vibe was so cute. Would definitely stay again!!!

We were extremely pleased with this unit and our stay. Very close to alot of activities and tours. Much appreciated for having us as guests. And the wildlife off the back porch birds,ground hogs,squirrels were a added bonus for us. When we come back we will definitely like to stay here again..

CJ was an amazing host and this place was perfect for us! We were accidentally double booked by another host of an Airbnb. An hour after we checked in to our previous Airbnb, the host took our stuff out and messaged us that we did not have reservations. We had nowhere to stay to because of this. I found CJ’s Airbnb for a great price, booked it and within 15 mins after explaining our situation, CJ answered with confirmation and check in instructions! We got all checked in and were back to Broadway within an hour! The place fit its description perfectly and was a great location! I cannot recommend CJ or his property enough, literally saved our trip!

This was our fourth time staying at Dan's place. As always, Shaun and Jamie were close at hand and responsive to our needs. We particularly enjoy the quiet, wooded surrounding and comfortable accommodations. Our home away from home in Kentucky. Highly recommended.

The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the cozy living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our stay here was FANTASTIC! The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable (& the sheets smelled sooo good). The location couldn’t be more convenient—a quick Uber to anywhere you want to be. Another fave was the roof top porch on the third floor. What truly set this stay apart, though, was the host, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. From thoughtful touches to personalized recommendations, Brody truly pulled out all the stops to create an unforgettable experience. I can’t recommend this place high enough for anyone visiting Nashville!!

the pictures do not make justice of how stunning is the place and view!!!! it is immaculate and so cute !! Angela went beyond all needs , everything is there!!!!! games for kids , craft, games for adults, hot chocolate corner , pet toys blankets ,etc etc... and the most appreciated , everything is so clean, which i really appreciated . they were so friendly also we had a great time at their place , and i could not thanks enough to them for sharing it with us !! can not wait to go back in another season thanks again!! Great way point on our cross country trip got in easily and was very cozy. Would love to stay during a Nashville event !

Amazing place right on the water…the kids had a blast swimming, kayaking, and jumping on the trampoline. The interior was beautifully finished and very well appointed. Wonderful and helpful hosts.

We enjoyed our stay at The Sheffield. It was big enough to accommodate everyone and was comfy and clean. I would definitely stay there again in the future. Thanks Althea!
