I love staying with Urban Nashville! Our apartment was on the second floor and we had a great view of the gultch out of the huge windows! Beds were comfy and blankets were soft. You will need to time your showers if you have multiple guests, but that’s didn’t seem to be an issue at all for us. We were walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and places in the gultch as well many coffee shops to try. We saw a concert on music row and it was only a 6 minute drive! I would definitely stay here again next time I make a trip to Nashville!

Incredible location! Easily walkable, good security and safety at the rental, all needed amenities. Great communication from property owner. Definitely a great value!

Excellent stay! Very close and walkable to the strip with tons of bars and restaurants in the area. Very spacious, more than enough room for 4 people. Rooftop was a huge plus, was nice to enjoy a good whiskey and cigar without leaving the home. Place was very clean with basic essentials included, and there is a Walgreens directly across the street if you need anything else. Would absolutely stay here again!

Bill and Debbie‘s carriage house was superb! It was incredibly peaceful, clean and nicely designed. Bill and Debbie left very detailed instructions that made checking in and out a breeze. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend!!

Linda and Skip are the most exceptional hosts! My friends and I had a wonderful weekend stay. Their home is beautifully decorated, clean, and truly has everything you might need. We especially loved the projector for our rainy day in. Germantown is beautiful and was a central location to anywhere we wanted to go around nashville! As a group of young girls traveling, one of the most important features was that we felt very safe here! It was one of the best Airbnb stays i’ve had, I would give this place 6 stars if i could. Thank you for the amazing stay!

I think this is the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! Greg was incredibly kind and responsive. Before we even got there, I knew we were in great hands. The loft is absolutely adorable, and the perfect amount of space. We really could not have picked a better spot for our weekend in Nashville. Already thinking about our next trip back and we’d love to stay with Greg again! 🤠

This was a great, walkable spot in downtown Columbia. Super convenient and easy to locate. Only flaw was the noise from the traffic outside, but that's to be expected on a main road.

A True Home Away from Home! I had the pleasure of staying at Armory Lofts during the work week for a couple of months. I cannot say enough good things about both the space and the host, Jamie! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The loft is beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for both a short visit and an extended stay. Jamie is an exceptional host—attentive, kind, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure her guests have a seamless experience. This is a beautiful home in Knoxville. You have easy access to restaurants and stores. The accommodations were very clean, the bed was so comfortable. Outside noise has been commented about by others, but wasn’t terribly bothersome to us. We felt very comfortable and cozy and would love to stay here again in the future.

So thankful to stay here on our way back home after leaving a vacation early because of a hurricane in Florida! All the hotels in the area were full but when we requested booking Oscar replied in 5 minutes and we were able to have a place to stay after a long day in the car. The separate bedrooms were great to have with our young kids and check-in easy and quick.

My son and I had a great stay in March 2025. The apartment is spacious and well designed. The location is perfect with many great shops and restaurants only blocks away. Free parking and access to a gym are additional benefits of this rental. The hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to interact with. I would definitely stay here on a future trip to Knoxville.

The loft was very cozy. Very nice and clean. Very nice location. And she was very quick to answer questions that I had. And also in my checkout, I forgot an item at the place and she was quick to message me to get an address to mail it to me. That way above and beyond of what she needed to do.
