Jeffrey’s place had everything we needed for our first trip to Nashville. The unit was exactly as described, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location of this Airbnb was one of the highlights. It’s in a super cute East Nashville neighborhood. The street was quiet and safe, but we still felt like we could experience the city. We were within walking distance to great restaurants. Downtown Nashville was a close drive, and getting an Uber was relatively cheap and fast. We’ll definitely plan on staying here next time we come to town.

Our selected reservations are primarily chosen based upon cleanliness, location and safety. I began this review one night into my stay as I was not disappointed. I had unfortunate flight delays and was continually set back hours. I finally made check-in at around 10:30 PM. Debbie was such a gracious hostess, I was met at the door and given excellent instructions. What a lovely home this Airbnb is. Sadly, I became ill and wasn’t able to venture far, but I felt comforted and secure. I would sit outside on the patio, listen to birds, sip my tea, and watch the squirrels scurry around. I was grateful to have found this hidden treasure. They’re were multiple bird feeders (filled) that welcomed many different species. I took photos of Cardinals, bluebirds, finches, and even some I’ve never encountered before. Jodie was amazing. It was a last minute booking related to my Headhunter didn’t booked me a room. So I looked and her place popped out . Secluded and convenient to work.. so peaceful, clean and had everything I needed to cook, spices and most importantly -Coffee!

This was a great spot for our stay! We were here for just one night to attend a concert, and the location couldn't have been better—only about ten minutes to downtown. The area felt incredibly safe and comfortable, and our host was wonderful—thoughtful, kind, and very clear with communication regarding check-in and check-out. We really loved this part of town and would definitely choose to stay here again!

This is my 2nd time staying here. The only problem is that I haven't stayed here more often on my travels to Knoxville. This place is really as good as it gets, if you're looking for a modest studio style dwelling. Everything is new, clean, and extremely well thought out. The host has really thought of everything, and it's clear that she designed a place that she would want to stay in. I really can't say that about most airbnb's. Keep in mind that this is a basement space where the owner lives above. But in light of that, it's as private as you could imagine a space like this could be. There's a private driveway for you, and a private patio in the back with a divider. So you really don't notice much that this is a shared space. I've stayed in many placed in Knoxville, and this is the best one hands down.

Bryana's place was wonderful! Super cute, comfortable, and private. The decor is stylish, the double sinks were a great touch, and the bed was very comfortable! I would highly recommend Bryana's place to anyone traveling to Nashville!

Just a quick stop to catch some sleep on a long road trip, but we appreciated the space and comfy beds!

Super nice, spacious apartment. Exactly as nice as pictures make it seem. Loved it. The host's friendly cute dog came to be patted when we arrived and that really charmed my son. Location--felt secluded and private but was truly convenient to downtown/UT campus.

We stayed for a quick weekend trip. We rented the lower level of a gorgeous home in a very nice neighborhood. The instructions were perfect and everything was just as described on the listing. We even saw several does and bucks outside the front door. The proximity to the city was good but we were also far enough out to have peace and quiet. TC was very responsive, we would stay again!

Nice place to stay and Jennifer was very responsive and gave lots of good recommendations for things to do. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured!

This was the 3rd time we have stayed here. Bob is great to work with and very responsive. The property is beautiful overlooking the river. The apartment is very clean and very close to the things we do in the area.

The redhotmama house was our favorite airbnb stay to date. Anything we could have needed was provided, medicine, feminine products, etc. I have never seen an airbnb really hit all those small details. Even though it was a shared space it felt very private and comfortable. It was only a few minute drive away from local restaurants and necessities, or 20-30 minute walking distance. Super cozy and eclectic!

Place was nice, clean, cozy and had everything I needed for my stay. Andrei always checked in with me and made sure if I needed anything during my stay.

Our stay at Kim’s Airbnb was wonderful! It was very convenient to the Opry area which is where we were spending most of our time. We also drove into downtown Nashville one night and it only took about 20 min or so. The apt was very clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were beautiful (loved the rain shower) and the bed was comfortable. Thank you for a great stay Kim!

Our stay at Khira’s was wonderful! Me and my girl friends enjoyed the space and anytime we needed anything, Khira was very responsive. She was so accommodating and kind! Definitely would book again!
