We arrived much later than we had anticipated and Carl and his son were there to greet us. Carl showed us around the house and explained how to use the lights and appliances. He also had the refrigerator stocked with breakfast cereals, milk, bread, coffee, etc… Our dogs loved roaming the outdoors.

Our long term stay couldn’t have been better. Hope was always available and very helpful. We wouldn’t hesitate to do this again.

Great spot in midtown Memphis. Quiet and peaceful. Perfect for our family of four.

This home was very nice inside. It looked just like the photos and beautifully furnished. What I noticed the most was how Jake & Allison went above and beyond to offer anything you might need during your visit…from extra toiletries to a port a crib!!! Too many incidentals to list. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

I want to start by saying, a HUGE thank you to Jim and Mary! Jim greeted us in person when we arrived. We had an amazing stay in their wonderful home, waking up to a beautiful view of the lake. They have a private swimming pool but we didn’t get to use it, it would be perfect for summertime. Their kitchen has some supplies you can use, the rooms are spacious and clean, they also have clean towels in the closet. One of the highlights of our stay is Jim’s delicious pecan pie that he personally baked for us! We appreciate their thoughtfulness and for making me and my family feel welcome. They are very responsive whenever we needed help or have questions, also pet friendly, we were able to bring our family furbaby with us. Absolutely we’re willing to stay again in this lovely home.

Beautiful home, plenty of space, and we had everything we needed. It was a great place to stay while exploring Nashville with a group of friends.

Perfect home. Clean, cute, nice accommodations. Host responded to messages. Beds were very soft. Deck in the back was charming. Kitchen is large and nicely stocked. Washer and dryer are very nice. Will stay here again the next time I am in town.

Steve is a most thoughtful and generous host. He lives locally and is available when needed. He had the house stocked with drinks and food after asking our preferences, which was so nice. He definitely goes above and beyond in every way to make you feel at home. The house is beautiful as pictured and very clean, spacious and comfortable, especially the couches and beds. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating and the hot tub, he maintains it really well, the water was very clean and well balanced. We would definitely love to stay in Steve’s house again when visiting Nashville.

Really enjoyed our stay. Everything worked well and we felt very comfortable staying here. Would do so again.

Jamey was very accommodating and understanding and had exceptional communication skills. I was in a unique situation where it required a lot of last minute decisions and required some pivoting and he was able to accommodate all my needs. I highly recommend staying here as the area was cozy and the hosts were extremely friendly.

Great place to stay, very relaxing amd peaceful! I appreciated all the extra touches, variety of snacks, herbal tea. the veiw was just as pictured but better. The youtube video on how to access the parking in back was very helpful!

My fiancé and I stayed in Memphis for 2 nights to see the Warriors vs. Grizzlies game, and Michelle’s place was perfect for a little getaway! It was a cozy little air bnb that had everything we needed. We especially liked the cats welcoming us and the cinnamon rolls/eggs that were given to us by our host! We definitely recommend Michelle’s place!

Have stayed here a few times, and it’s always very nice. This is an excellent place to stay for anyone who may have pet or indoor allergies, as I’ve never had any issues during my stays. I highly recommend!

I loved this space! I've been "doing" Air bnb for nearly a decade and this one stands out because of all the little touches that express how much Annie wanted to create a unique and welcoming experience for her guests. Many hosts don't do much for decor or amenities. This place has character and history; great art, everything one would need to cook, little treats and more!

My husband and I visited to celebrate Valentine’s Day and it was absolutely perfect. We loved the beautiful serene setting and the comfortable and quaint cabin. Highly recommend 🙏🏻

We were just passing through on our way to Cleveland from Pensacola, and it was the perfect place to stop for a night to rest and recover. Clean, comfortable, and the muffins were delicious. It was also a very good price for how nice the room was, so we would definitely highly recommend!

We had the pleasure to stay one night at Cedar Point farmhouse, and that is our only regret — we wish we could have stayed for more, and can’t wait to come back and visit. No detail is missed in this lovely BnB. From the decor, the comfiness, the unparalleled view, to the joy with which Kimberly hosts, this is truly a memorable place. The beds/linens are luxurious and there are little details (coffee bar, beer/wine options for sale, snacks, included muffins/fruit for breakfast) that truly make this more of a bed and breakfast experience. And don’t forget to step outside at night for a completely unpolluted look at a sky full of stars. Thank you Kimberly and Wade for a lovely experience!

A very unique and comfy place to stay. This was our 6th time there, an annual favorite of ours. Bill greets us with a big smile and open arms, just like an old friend. Be sure to arrive at check in time so you have a few hours to enjoy the delicious wines- there is bottle for all tastes. And you certainly don’t want to miss visiting with the friendly folks who live close by that come in for downtime. Prepare to take home gifts of specially made soaps & scrubs along with delightful candles, all made by Marjie Sanderson. I stock up to last until we make our next trip. Bill cooks a mean breakfast of blueberry pancakes and makes sure you have all you need for an enjoyable stay. You will miss out on an unforgettable experience if you don’t stay here. We will certainly be back.

Staying at Lori’s house was an unforgettable experience! She and her husband were incredibly warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They are genuinely kind, respectful, and thoughtful people. A true testament to their hospitality was how they helped me celebrate my birthday during my stay—they surprised me with sweets, a birthday card, and decorations, which made me feel so special! It was such a heartfelt gesture that I’ll always remember. Without a doubt, they are the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had! If you’re visiting Nashville, I highly recommend staying with them—you won’t find better hosts anywhere!

Our hosts were so welcoming and gracious! The apartment was filled with the touches of home—warm and inviting. Don't miss a walk around the property! Also, Reina and John serve a beautiful breakfast. Be sure to add that to your visit. So thankful for this time away.

Miss Maggie was very friendly and she made the best breakfast trays each morning, delivered right to our door! The place is fairly new and everything is clean and uncluttered. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The spacious property would be a great to have family come and visit. My husband even saw deer out in the yard early in the morning while we were there. This place is very peaceful and secluded so if you’re looking to get away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place.
