A unique and spacious house with two wonderful fire places (and plenty of wood), and a great big bath, to name a few highlights. Amber was excellent to communicate with, being very friendly and responsive. Also a lovely outlook, often spotting the local kangaroos. Thanks Amber - we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful location; better than expected. The place was spotless, beds and linens were extremely comfortable. Lots to do for the kids; scooting along the creek, roasting marshmallows, board games, and Netflix and pool table for the adults. Would definitely stay again.

The house was a great place for a long weekend with the family. It was spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed. The location is very private and still close to town and all the attractions of the area. It was wonderful to stroll around the grounds early in morning. So much bird life! Rob was a superb host. All of his instructions were very clear and he communicated extremely well. Highly recommended!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Having 2 toddlers in a very homey accommodation was amazing. They as well as the rest of my family felt at right at home. Location is right next to a park where my kids would go down to and have a play and my parents enjoyed the crisp morning walk by the lake which is also so close. Thank you so much for hosting my family and I. Definately reccomend staying at Kilpa Cottage.

A group of 6 of us stayed for 2 nights for a ladies weekend. It was beautiful, exactly like the pictures. It was comfortable and clean. It was a really hot weekend, but the house was lovely and cool. We spent a lot of time in the garden just talking. We walked down to wander the shops which were lovely. We had two delicious meals out as well. On the second day we opted to go out for lunch instead of dinner so that we could just settle in and stay and enjoy the beautiful garden into the evening with our drins and nibbles. Merrillee welcome to us when we arrived and provided home-made jams and butter to go with some croissant's that she left us. She also picked some fresh mulberries for us on our arrival. Made us feel so comfortable and was really thoughtful in leaving us to enjoy our weekend.

Beautiful home! Such lovely interior and surprisingly warm! We loved all the activities and little homely additions. Very close to Tenterfield with the added benefit of farmyard privacy. Highly recommend!

Our stay was very relaxing and the house was lovely. The attention to detail was nice and we had everything we needed and more. Paul was friendly and made us feel welcome. We would definitely stay again 👍

Beautiful, unique property! We loved the 12 sided yurt with windows and amazing views in all directions. The nights were cold but the heated blankets on the beds and the wood burner kept us cosy. Lovely bathroom with local Washpool toiletries that smelt great (so we went to the shop to buy more). Great spot for walks in the stunning Girraween National Park. We enjoyed watching the kangaroos bounce through the garden! Highly recommended.

Chelsea's place was beautiful, it's an amazing place to stay and had everything we needed for a few nights. It's very close to the main st in town and east walking distance to pubs, coffee shops, the wine bar and Coles. We asked Chelsea a couple of questions and she responded very quickly.

We had a great stay. The house was very wheelchair accessible, which was a big plus for our friend who joined us. Everything was clean and comfortable. Pippa was a warm and welcoming host, and very easy to contact when needed. The surroundings were beautiful, and we really appreciated the peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at Wing Field Cabin! The highlight was definitely the stunning views and the abundance of wildlife – it was such a peaceful and refreshing escape from the city. The cabin itself was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in nature!

We needed a couple of nights out of the house with our two Staffies, Murphy and Moffat, and David and Emily's cabin did the trick. For starters, the bed was super comfy and the property was really quiet, despite being a working apple farm and being near the road. A real winner was the good fencing around the cabin to keep our pups secure while we relaxed around a fire. We were happy for the slightly cooler evenings so we could have an excuse to light the fireplace...and even more grateful for the mosquito netting on the kitchen window when our fire became too hot and we suddenly wanted a breeze :D. The bathroom is well stocked with good hygiene products and the shower was divine. As a little bonus, David and Emily's three beautiful dogs came over to say hello when we arrived; they were very gentle when they met our dogs through the fence and gave our dogs a lot of space while we took a walk on the property the following day. David and Emily were amazing hosts and very responsive. 10/10

We loved everything about Lane's End Cottage. Chris & Shelley were amazing hosts, from the start they were so friendly and greeted us with a huge smile and a hardy hand shake. They made us feel right at home from the start. The cottage had everything you needed for a weekend getaway, even fresh eggs from their chickens. The location was perfect, nice and quite with an awesome view. The cottage was everything that was described on Airbnb. From their gorgeous little puppy Gemma that came down to say hello, to their cows, chickens & their veggie patch that we were able to walk through and pick some tomatoes for breakfast. We highly recommend staying at this cottage next time you decide to visit Stanthorpe.

We stayed for one night and arrived after 5pm, our keys and instructions were waiting for us. The lodgings were clean and in great condition. We loved the town centre and enjoyed some great wines at Stone Fruit (local food and wine bar) and a great breakfast at Bad Manners outdoor cafe. We would recommend.

Lovely stay at this cottage. Both Debbie and Alan were great hosts, easy to communicate with. Great location, near plenty of wineries and half an hour from Girraween national park. Wish we could have stayed longer, would love to visit again!

So amazed at this hidden little gem. As a local we've zoomed past the place without ever noticing it. And when you get to the cabin, the road becomes a distant memory. In fact most things do as you are enraptured by the peace and quiet in this little pocket of incredible bushland. It is clear Amanda and Tom have an eye for detail and style, from the gorgeous furnishings, local produce and products to the high quality kitchen, bathroom and linen, beautiful fireplaces (indoor and out) and lots of lovely cute details that made us feel right at home. There was fresh home-baked bread, fresh eggs and cute little posies, as well as a beautiful bushwalk that finished with a chat with some very cute goats and donkeys. Amanda and Tom were a pleasure to deal with and reached out to make sure we had all we needed to enjoy our stay. It was so good we're planning on making it a regular thing!
