I'd like to say Alpay'a teşekkür ederim ( Thank you to Alpay ). He waited for us to arrive late due to our journey being delayed. He is such an easygoing, responsive host, and we like his apartment is spacious the location is convenient, and walkable everywhere, The heating is read good as the weather is cold during winter months. Alpay gave us privacy and respect during our stay for 4 days. Lots of shops, and restaurants around. Just a few things that need to be upgraded a bit for the apartment, other than that everything is great. Thanks again for having me there at your place 🏠 ~ Yalova ❣️ Hope to see you in the next few month.

Evden önce Emel Hanım ve Ahmet Bey in yaklaşımı ve iletişımı çok samimiydı. Ev açıklamalarda yazılanlardan daha iyiydi. Termal de bundan önce ki konaklamadığım evlerden temiz, büyük, manzarası güzel terası ise harikaydı. Kalabalık aılem ile ramazan bayramını huzurla geçırdik. Kendi evinizin konforlunu arayanlara çok dogru adres diyorum. Emel Hanım ve Ahmet Bey ile tekrar gorüşmek üzere hersey için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Stayed here with my family for two nights where we greatly enjoyed our time in this clean, new property with a stunning view! The host was super helpful and communicated clearly. Would love to stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Great place if you want to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. Couch turns into a sofa bed and is quite big and comfortable. Place is well insulated making it good for a winter stay. Also a really nice Turkish restaurant around 3 minute walk from the apartment. Close walk to the beach as well which I’d imagine would be an ideal walking spot in the summer and springs. Overall would recommend this place. Plus there are so many cute cats in the neighbourhood!

Leyla hanım asıl ev sahibi, bizi o karşıladı. Şimdiye kadar gittiğim hiçbir airbnb konaklamamda bu kadar rahat ve evimde hissetmemiştim. Çatal bıçak temiz mi, aman bir kere yıkasak mı diye bile düşünmedik, o kadar evinizde hissediyosunuz. Terası ve manzarası kusursuz, ada cok sessiz, bütün istanbul ayaklarınızın altında. Ve şubatta gitmemize rağmen teras sıcacıktı 🤍 Mutlaka tekrar geleceğiz, her şey için teşekkür ederiz🤍

Teşekkür ederiz çok güzel bir konaklamaydı. Ev fotoğrafta görüldüğü gibiydi. Ev temizdi. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık.

I’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s over the years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had so far. Upon arrival Zafer greeted my family later in the evening on Ramadan. He coordinated with our driver to make sure our arrival had no delays or issues. The instructions were immaculate and exceeded expectations. The place is beautiful and has everything you need. The view is gorgeous as well.

Nous avons été très très bien accueilli, une sympathie qui se fait rare :) Le logement est très agréable dans un quartier calme mais pas loin des animations du centre ville, on s’y sent en sécurité. Propreté, disponibilité, nous avons été ravi de notre choix. Merci encore !

I had a wonderful stay at Jehad’s place. Him and his co hosts were incredibly welcoming, kind, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would love to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!
