Kendimizi evimizde hissettiğimiz bir konaklama oldu. Evin konumu harika,1 sokak arkanızdan bağdat caddesi,100 metre aşağısı sahilyolu,kadıköy araç ile 10 dakika. Bostancı ido iskelesi önünüzde,Adalar a veya Avrupa yakasına deniz yoluyla gidebilirsiniz. Daire fotoğraflarda gördüğünüz gibi,deniz manzarası var,bina zaten yeni yapım. Herşey temiz pırıl pırıl. Herkese tavsiye ederim,İstanbul Anadolu yakasında her yere yakın ve sakin bir semt te olan bu daire gerçekten fiyat- performans dengesini çok iyi sağlıyor. Son olarak ev sahibi Hasan bey e teşekkür etmek istiyorum, çok kibar ve ilgili bir ev sahibi idi,kendisine buradan teşekkür ediyorum..

Great place if you want to stay on the Asian side of Istanbul. Couch turns into a sofa bed and is quite big and comfortable. Place is well insulated making it good for a winter stay. Also a really nice Turkish restaurant around 3 minute walk from the apartment. Close walk to the beach as well which I’d imagine would be an ideal walking spot in the summer and springs. Overall would recommend this place. Plus there are so many cute cats in the neighbourhood!

Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder! Mohamed war sehr freundlich und flexibel, kam extra zum Apartment und hat uns alles gezeigt. Bei Problemen war er sofort erreichbar. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Das Apartment hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und über der Istmarina Mall wo es tolle Restaurants und Läden gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We loved our stay at Mr Hasan’s brand new apartment. The space is neat, tastefully decorated and perfectly situated close to all public transport options, including the ferry which takes you to the Princes Islands. Mr Hasan is a wonderfully helpful and friendly host. We will definitely stay again!

I’ve stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s over the years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had so far. Upon arrival Zafer greeted my family later in the evening on Ramadan. He coordinated with our driver to make sure our arrival had no delays or issues. The instructions were immaculate and exceeded expectations. The place is beautiful and has everything you need. The view is gorgeous as well.

Evin konumu, ambiyansı ve balkonunun manzarası mükemmeldi. Gürültüden uzaklaşmak ve kafa dinlemek için çok iyi bir tercih. Burcu da her konuda çok yardımcı oldu, işim olmasa bir gün daha kalmak isterdim.

Derya and Gokce are wonderful humans. They went out of their way to equip the flat with everything that you could possibly need. Everything I though I needed - it was in the flat. I felt like I had my own little abode on Buykada. Thank you for helping me realize my dream of being an Istanbul island boy!

Emre was incredibly kind. We had several things that meant we needed to try to change our booking by a few days. He was very good at navigating this and responded to messages quickly and with a real sense of calm! Nothing was a problem and this was greatly appreciated. Wonderful stay, perfect location, peaceful, superb for focus and creativity. Communication, planning and check-in/out super easy and pleasant with host Orhan. I was there for a week beginning of April. Apartment is exactly as photos, very charming and cozy. Very quiet at night. Slept well. I was there alone working for a few days, before partner joined me. I could work very concentrated and went for long hikes. The forest and multiple hiking paths are right outside the house. Weather at start of April was some cloudy, some sunny, some rainy days. The island sprung into bloom while I was there. Glimpses of sunset over the sea out the window in the evenings. Kitchen with everything for cooking all meals myself. Utterly splendid getaway. After my partner arrived, we had some meals in the center, but generally loved hanging out in the house waving at cats. Apartment is exactly like listing. Wifi is stable and good enough for remote work. Grocery stores 25 min away in the center.

Ev tepede güzel bir manzara ile bizleri karşıladı. Ev sahibimiz bizim ihtiyaclarımız için iletişim halindeydi ve evden geç çıkmamız için bile bizlere olanak sundu. Yaz kış her geldiğimizde tek konumumuz artık bu ev olacak. Herşey için teşekkür ederiz.

Es war alles super! Fethi ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war geräumig und in einer ruhigen Lage. Der Abschnitt mit vielen Essmöglichkeiten der großen Einkaufsstraße „Bağdat caddesi“, war in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Abschnitt der Straße, welche Shopping Möglichkeiten bietet ist weiter entfernt. Wir haben uns grundsätzlich sehr sicher und in guten Händen gefühlt, konnten ohne Probleme kochen und waren mit der Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Es ist alles funktionsfähig und sauber. Vielen Dank!! Gerne wieder!

Burgazada’daki bu şirin dairede harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Evin konumu mükemmel, adanın huzurlu atmosferini tam anlamıyla hissettiriyor. 3+1 geniş ve ferah bir alan sunuyor, her şey tertemiz ve çok özenliydi. Ezgi hanım inanılmaz misafirperver ve iletişimi çok hızlıydı. Balkonunda kahve içmek ve ada havasını solumak büyük keyifti. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer! Staying at Mustafa's flat in Turkey was an excellent experience! The flat was spotless, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities in perfect working order. The location was fantastic—surrounded by great cafés and just a short walk from the beautiful coastline. It made exploring the area incredibly easy and enjoyable. Mustafa was an outstanding host—very helpful and always quick to respond to any queries, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and well-hosted accommodation!

Gerçekten beklediğimden daha güzel bir ev ve konumdaydı. Ev sahibinin yardımı ile hiç zorluk çekmeden güzel bir kaç gün geçirdim. Kendi evim gibi rahat ve huzurlu hissetim. Tekrar gelecek olsam hiç tereddüt etmeden gelirim. Herşey için teşekkür ederim
