Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Die Zeit bei Stefania war wunderbar. In Mondello hat uns alles erwartet, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Das Wetter war toll und wir konnten baden, sehr gut essen und auch wandern und Sightseeing war möglich. Palermo ist mit dem Bus unkompliziert und sehr regelmäßig zu erreichen. Nach gut drei Stunden Fahrt waren wir am Etna. Eine rundum gelungene Woche.

Eine tolle Wohnung in wunderschöner Lage, direkt am Wasser zwischen Bucht und Strand. 😊Wir haben den Blick aus der Küche sehr genossen! Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und sogar Glück unser Auto direkt vor der Tür parken zu können, da es hier im März noch sehr ruhig ist und auch das Restaurant davor noch nicht geöffnet hat. Gehört haben wir daher höchstens ab und zu die Wasserpumpe, welche man aber anscheinend auch bei Nacht abstellen könnte. Die Kommunikation mit Federica war richtig gut, und man hat sehr schnell Hilfe und Antwort bekommen. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr nett:) Alles in allem saubere und süße Unterkunft mit tollem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis. Vielen Dank!

Sehr tolle Unterkunft! Wir (2 Personen) haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Dort angekommen konnten wir unser Auto direkt davor parkieren. Ruhige und chamante Gegend und sehr nahe am Meer! Francesco hatte uns zuvor Infomiert, dass seine Mutter beim Check-In anwesend sein wird. Sie hatte bereits auf uns gewartet und uns sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Untwekunft war genau wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Francesco hat uns einen Tag vor unserer Abreise eine kurze Checkliste gesendet und somit einen Reibungslosen Check-Out ermöglicht. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank!

A delightful, warm , helpful and friendly host. The property was a good size, tidy and well decorated. The location was perfect as you could walk to the beach , restaurant and amenities in no time . Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Ich war mit meinem Mann zwei Tage in der Unterkunft, sie war Sauber und auch recht neuwertig. Alles was man benötigt war da. Die Wohnung ist sehr Zentral und paar Gehminuten vom schönen Sandstrand von Mondello entfernt. Wir durften sehr früh schon Einchecken. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Liebe Grüße Larissa & Carmelo

This is a great apartment, with a perfect location - on the seafront, a few minutes walk to the sany beach, and surrounded by many restaurants / bars / shops. Everything you could need is included with this Airbnb, and the off street parking is a real bonus. On our next return to Mondello, we won't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

l'host Maria, suo figlio e la sorella di Maria sono stati fantastici. All'andata abbiamo avuto dei ritardi sui voli e siamo arrivate alle 22 invece che alle 17, nonostante ciò Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha aspettato sveglia per darci le chiavi. La sorella di Maria è nell'appartamento sottostante ed è sempre disponibile per consigli su posti e/o ristoranti. l'unica pecca dell'appartamento potrebbe essere la scala nel caso una persona avesse problemi motori; In quanto per accedere all'appartamento è necessario fare questa scala a chiocciola molto ripida.

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. We all absolutely loved Valeria’s home from the beginning. She is so warm and welcoming. Not overbearing and very helpful. We felt like we were staying with a caring family member. The home is expansive and has a terrific worldliness to it. From the balcony you can watch the world go by and then so easily engage with it. The most beautiful beach across the road. A fantastic gastronomical super deli within a 4 minute walk and a number of good quality restaurants nearby. The people of Mondello are wonderful and I would highly recommend this abode as a base for exploring Palermo and surrounds. We alternated between beach days and exploring days which suited the family perfectly. Do not hesitate to stay here. Thanks so much Valeria and Papa.

Sehr sehr schön und individuell eingerichtete geschmackvolle Wohnung, sehr sehr bezaubernde Terrasse mit Blick in den Obst- Garten und über die ganze Bucht, wir bekamen zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein und durften Orangen, Zitronen Pampelmusen aus dem Garten nutzen die wirklich delicious waren!! Im zu Fuß auch erreichbaren Santa Flavia gibt es kleine ursprüngliche Lebensmittel- geschäfte und alles was man benötigt. Dort gibt es tags auch eine Zugverbindung nach Palermo. Filippo holte uns im Ort ab und brachte uns auf das Anwesen. Sehr freundlich, viele hilfreiche Tips zu Palermo und Umgebung, er ging auch auf unsere Nachfrage nach einer guten Terme ein uns sandte per WA weitere Informationen zu. -- Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

I wish I could give 10 ⭐️! Lory was exceptional! She picked us up at the bus stop in Palermo and brought us to the house. She lives in another unit so she was always available for questions and just to say hello. The home was perfect for us and our little dog. Lory gave us recommendations for shopping and restaurants. I wanted to buy special Sicilian pasta to bring home and Lory actually went out and bought it for me. She obviously takes pride in her work and home. We would stay there again when we come to Mondello. I highly recommend this home and location. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

The best option to enjoy Sicily. Apartment was clean, cosy, with good air conditioner, big bathroom, soft bed and kitchen with everything we need. There is small, but beautiful beach nearby, bakery, pizzeria, two places with ice cream. The place is safe and calm, and nothing can disturb you (maybe except dogs, but they are on private territory, so it's OK). It is better to rent a car to see other places here, because Uber is quite expensive, and it is the only problem. During our vacation Salvatore told us a lot about the region, helped to chose places to visit and gave a tip about local cuisine, which is really great. The host was ready to help in any time and we are thankful for such an attitude.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en Sicile. Le logement est fidèle à la description, il est très bien équipé et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre voyage d’une semaine. La résidence est paisible et facile d’accès pour s’organiser des excursions aux 4 coins de la région. Antonio est un hôte super: il nous a donné des conseils de restaurants, pizzeria, pâtisseries et visites que nous avons suivis et nous avons eu raison! Merci Antonio!

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

Bendetto and his family showed us real Sicilian hospitality! Amazing host and very helpful . The place is located in walking distance to the beach. The apartment is very spacious and everything needed is provided. We had a great time !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll! Nur in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer war es einfach zu stickig, weil es dort keine Klimaanlage gab, und das Fenster zu öffnen, wäre zu laut gewesen in der Nacht. Aber ansonsten eine sehr schöne, geräumige Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die 2 Terassen waren auch toll! Zum Urlaubsort an sich (Aspra) muss man sagen, dass man ohne Auto leider nur schlecht weg kommt (es gibt aber ein paar mal am Tag einen kostenlosen shuttle) und dort wenig zu tun ist. Der Strand ist sehr nah an der Unterkunft. Er ist nicht besonders schön, aber tut seinen Zweck. Ich würde viele Tagesausflüge empfehlen, ansonsten ist es ein guter Ort für einen Detox! :)

Une des meilleures si ce n’est LA meilleure location que j’ai faite sur AIR BNB. Leti a vraiment été super accueillante et très utiles dans ses conseils et ses propositions de services annexes (transport aéroport, bagages, etc.) L’appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer dans le Mondello historique dans un coin très calme. Il est vraiment spacieux et fonctionnel et très bien orienté (le soleil le matin sur le balcon, c’est le rêve) avec une vue sur la baie 😍. Si je reviens à Mondello, c’est sur je rappelle Leti !

My comments refer to Natale’s sister, Margaret. Natale had water damage in his apartment just days before we arrived. Luckily we were able to rent Margaret’s apartment just a few blocks away. We absolutely loved our month in Margaret’s apartment. Fabulous sunrise views every morning to the south and beautiful sunsets every evening to the north. This upper apartment is in 4-plex, a brilliant family concept with 2 apartments on the top floor and the parents on the lower floor. Margaret’s apartment has been carefully and creativity renovated, everything is new and beautiful. The Main Street of Cinisi is a 10 minute walk where there are many excellent shops. The Tuesday morning market is a 15 minute walk. The airport is a 15 minute drive. It was truly an exceptional month in the best location. Many, many thanks to Margaret and her family.

Our stay in Mondello was wonderful. Enrico is a responsive and very friendly host. The accommodation was pristinely clean, nicely decorated , spacious, and had a veranda with a view that can’t be beat. It is located directly across from the beach, is close to many great restaurants, walkable, safe and well lit. Enrico’s recommendations helped us to narrow down our choices.

Santo è un super host! Gentilissimo e disponibile!! La casa era impeccabile. Nuova, curata nel dettaglio, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. Posizione eccellente. Eravamo con una bambina di un anno e Santo ci ha fornito seggiolone e lettino da campeggio. Inoltre Santo ci ha consigliato degli ottimi ristoranti dove mangiare.. :) Super consigliato!!! Perfect stay! The accommodation is amazing, and the views from the pool are unreal. Paola and Angelo are very welcoming and friendly. We will certainly miss the morning sweet treats that were left for us! The apartment is walking distance to Mondello bay where there are lots of bars and restaurants. We had a hire car and there was space to park this at the property. Our only complaint - that we didn’t stay longer!
