Sehr schönes Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern jeden Alters. Das absolute Highlight ist der große und schön gestaltete Garten mit gemütlicher Terrasse. In der direkten Umgebung des Hauses lässt sich leider nicht wirklich etwas unternehmen, aber mit einem Auto ist man schnell an unterschiedlichen tollen Orten! Ohne Auto kommt man allerdings nur sehr schwierig zum Haus! Das sollte man unbedingt berücksichtigen. Das Beste an Allem: Viviana und Federico! Sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer schnell erreichbar und trotzdem diskret. Die haben uns auch mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. versorgt. Vielen Dank!! 🙏☺️

L’esperienza nella villa di Gianluca è stata semplicemente indimenticabile. Immersa in un'oasi di quiete, la villa offre una tranquillità senza pari, ideale per chi desidera staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana. La piscina, perfettamente curata, è il vero cuore della casa: trascorrere le giornate a bordo vasca con una splendida vista sul mare è stato rigenerante. Il panorama è mozzafiato, con il mare che si estende all'orizzonte, offrendo spettacoli incredibili soprattutto al tramonto. Di notte, il cielo stellato è stato la ciliegina sulla torta. La mancanza di inquinamento luminoso ha reso possibile ammirare una volta celeste punteggiata da stelle, creando un'atmosfera magica e romantica. In sintesi, questa villa è perfetta per chi cerca un rifugio elegante e rilassante, dove il mare, la natura e la pace si incontrano in un perfetto equilibrio. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci!

A stunning property, very much deserving of its 5-star reviews. We could not have felt more at home, with every amenity thoughtfully provided by the owners. The villa is furnished to a high standard, is well locked after and spotlessly clean and the outside space..WOW! Erika, the property manager is lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful, going out of her way on a Sunday to fix a small issue with the internet which we were most grateful for. We would highly recommend this property. Due to the rural location, you will definitely need a car as there is nothing within walking distance. The restaurant recommended to us which was a short walk away appears to have closed down, unclear if this is permanent or seasonal (we visited mid-September).

The moment we arrived we were welcomed by Gaetano and Maria Francesca who couldn’t be more gracious and attentive during our stay. We were greeted with a lovely basket of fruit and snacks and our accommodations exceeded our expectations. The furnishings and artwork by Francesca were so beautiful! Our hosts were a phone call away and were available any time for recommendations in the vicinity. We hope to come back again one day soon! Ciao❤️🇮🇹

Great place, certainly designed to enjoy in hotter weather so outside areas can be enjoyed and not put away with the wind as was the case with us! Unfortunately came on a stormy weekend beyond everyones control. Recommend hiring a car if staying with Maia, only 15 min walk from train station but area isn’t particularly pedestrian friendly and trains arent too often/didnt run past 9pm. But none of this the hosts fault, an oversight by myself. Thanks for having us, seeing the ocean from the bedroom was definitely a highlight!

La maison de Claudio est très bien située, proche de la plade de Mondello, et il est facile de se garer. Le jardin est très agréable (1 ou 2 transats aurait été les bienvenus !) et super accueil de la part de Massimo.

Het verblijf bij Dario, was ons laatste appartement op Sicilië. De ligging is perfect om Palermo, Monreale en Mondello beach te bezoeken. Het appartement is nieuw en heerlijk groot. Wij waren met z’n tweeën, maar er zijn twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers dus heel geschikt voor vier personen. Naast dat het appartement prachtig is, is het belangrijkste om te vertellen: de enorme gastvrijheid van Dario en zijn vrouw. Bij aankomst stonden er brioche voor ons klaar, halverwege kregen we nog een lekkere wijn van de regio en bij ons afscheid heerlijke broodjes voor het ontbijt….. en het gaat niet eens om wat we kregen, het gaat nog veel meer over de vriendelijkheid en de bereidheid om te helpen, tips en adviezen te geven. Dario was GEWELDIG en voelde vertrouwd als waren we vrienden. Ik kan nog veel meer moois en goeds schrijven, bv over hoe netjes en schoon en nieuw het was… maar ik zou zeggen: ervaar het zelf. Antonio was a lovely host who provided us with a tonne of recommendations, with fast replies. We absolutely loved our time at Olivaus, especially the pool area, comfy beds, and friendly cats who quickly became part of our family. The ping-pong table provided much entertainment on the days that weren’t pool weather. 10/10 would come again!

The Adil’s apartment is like on the photos. The two principal rooms are big. One with 3 beds and the other one with 2 beds. The third room don’t have windows and a double bed. The kitchen is small, but enough for preparing a quick lunch or a breakfast. It is really near Central Station, so it’s very easy to arrive by train from the airport. Adil answers you quickly when you have questions and always try to help you.

We are traveling as a party of 4: an elderly couple, an adult couple and a 5-year-old child, and without a car, only by public transport. The accommodation is a large family apartment on the second floor. The windows are well soundproofed, so we're not bothered by street noise. The kitchen is very well equipped. The neighborhood isn't very interesting, but it's a 15-minute walk to Porta Nueva and the Normands Palace, and a 15-minute walk to a train station. The central station is a 30-minute bus ride away. Sergio and his wife were very welcoming and friendly. In short, we recommend this accommodation.

Highly recommend staying here! We stayed for a week and it was a great base to enjoy Palermo from. The kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is great. I was working during the stay and the WiFi was very reliable. Michele was a great host and we would stay here if we were in Palermo again.

This is a beautiful, clean apartment in a historic building in the historic city center of Palermo. There are many restaurants, shops, cafes, bars and attractions within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed having the terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The bed was very comfortable with a memory foam mattress and pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and the washing machine was a great addition. Alfredo is a very good host - communication was great and he gave us plenty of recommendations for attractions, restaurants and beaches. We highly recommend his AirBnb to other travelers.

Fernando's flat was big and clean. We spent a lovely week there. The location is right in the market area, and free parking is about a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here

The apartment is located in the best Palermo’s area, everything reachable by foot and amazing bars and restaurants few minutes walking distance. The apartment is perfect for 2-4 people, everything you need is inside and it is super cozy and beautiful. On top of it, Enrico is a very helpful and kind host. I highly recommend this place.

Mon mari et moi avons passé trois nuits dans ce magnifique appartement. Bien situé à proximité de tout. La terrasse est immense et la vue est extraordinaire. Cet appartement est idéal pour visiter Palerme… on a adoré!

Stiamo stati veramente bene a casa Vostra. La villa è veramente confortevole, comoda, spaziosa e molto silenziosa. Adatta a tutte le persone che desiderano trascorrere una vera vacanza all’insegna del relax e del silenzio assoluto. Un bagno per ogni piano consente di essere autonomi e sbrigativi nei ritmi estivi. I proprietari sono stati molto attenti e presenti in tutto, pronti a soddisfare le nostre esigenze, per quel poco che abbiamo richiesto. La piscina meravigliosa, a sfioro vista mare, di nuovissima costruzione. L’invenzione della panca dentro l’acqua ti permette di rilassarti ed ammirare l’infinità bellezza del mare. Eccezionale, fatta veramente bene, con gusto. Ritorneremo sicuramente perché finito il nostro soggiorno Paolo ci ha resi partecipi di un nuovo progetto per la casa. Stava per creare un nuovo angolo per i bambini ed una zona home fitness, con tapirulan, ciclette e attrezzi per fare yoga. Lo consigliamo!

Fantastisk utsikt och fint bad nedanför huset. Lite slitet hus och brygga men charmigt. Svårt att ta sig till fots till byn så en bil är att rekommendera. Santa Flavia har allt man kan önska, slaktare, grönsaker, bageri och minilivs. Trevliga människor. Fina vandringsleder ovanför Bagheria. Parcu multi catalfanu. Mysigt i hamnen. Smidigt att ta tåget till Palermo eller cefalu.

Le logement d'Aldo est incroyable. Si les photos sur l'annonce mettent le logement en valeur, sachez qu'il est encore plus beau en vrai ! L'arrivée par le jardin est un moment magique qui vous font comprendre que vous allez passer des magnifiques vacances. La maison est situé a 3 minutes de la plage à pied, dans une allée privée tres calme ou il est possible de se garer gratuitement dans la rue. L'intérieur de la maison est tres charmant et tres fonctionnel. Ne vous embêtez pas à emmener des affaires pour la plage, ici tout est prévu :) (draps de plages, serviettes, parasol, jeux de plage, ...). Aldo est un hôte tres réactif dans les échanges et il est au petit soin pour vous faire passer un tres bon moment. Merci Aldo, nous avons passé une magnifique semaine et nous reviendrons dans cette maison pour notre futur séjour en Sicile !

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit mooie huis! Het heeft een geweldige tuin, veel ruimte, alle benodigde voorzieningen en meer dan voldoende ruimte voor 8 personen. Riccardo is vriendelijk, geeft duidelijke instructies en is altijd beschikbaar. We hadden een klein probleempje met de elektra en dat was met dank aan onze host in 2 minuten verholpen. Geweldig! In de directe omgeving is weinig te doen maar als je een auto hebt kun je de mooiste uitjes maken binnen 30 minuten rijden. Heel erg aan te bevelen!

Eine wundeschöne und saubere Villa mit einer märchenhaften Ausblick. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es gibt restaurant in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fünf Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Maria Grazia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Alles was man braucht für einen super Urlaub. Danke.

Great house! We really liked the main living space and peaceful terrace. Pietro offered some great local recommendations and was very responsive when arranging arrival/departure. The main road is not particularly inviting but that is forgotten once you are through the gate and up the steep access road to reveal the amazing views of the coast. I'd say car hire is essential to make the most of your visit, but the local beach and restaurant are walkable. Overall we liked this place more and more with each passing day.

Nous sommes partis en vacances à 10 copains. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Nous avions accès à la partie inférieure de la maison (un grand séjour, 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain), ainsi que l’ensemble des extérieurs avec la piscine. Il est facile de stationner sa voiture sur le parking de la résidence qui est sécurisée. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’être accueilli avec des pastas à la sauce tomate/basilic le soir de notre arrivée. Patrizia, son mari et sa fille nous ont organisé un cours de cuisine pendant notre séjour pour apprendre à faire des pastas italiennes. Nous avons fortement apprécié le moment. C’était génial ! Je vous recommande de venir séjourner à Palerme dans ce logement idéalement situé entre Mondello et Cefalu.

We absolutely loved our stay. The villa was perfect for a large group of people. In our case, we had an extended (3week) family reunion with lots of people coming and going during that time. Vincenzo and his family were so welcoming and helpful and their restaurant and winery recommendations were fantastic. The facility is just as beautiful as it looks in the photos. It felt like we were living in a palace. The hot tub was wonderful especially for the younger crowd. Vincenzo arranged for a chef to come in one evening to cook a meal for us - it was absolutely delicious. Overall, a fantastic experience!
