Terni : locations de vacances en appartement

Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare nella accoglientissima casetta di Ginevra, è stato tutto perfetto, io, mamma e la nostra cagnolona ci siamo trovate benissimo, c'è tutto ciò che serve, l'appartamento è molto pulito e confortevole, le asciugamani avevano un buonissimo odore, il parcheggio gratuito è vicinissimo a casa ed è semplice spostarsi in zona.. Ginevra si è assicurata che non ci mancasse nulla e ci accendeva i termosifoni negli orari più utili affinchè stessimo calde in casa.. Esperienza eccellente!!

Il soggiorno nella residenza di Matteo è stato un'ottima esperienza sia per la posizione centrale e vicina a tutti i servizi sia per l'ordine, la pulizia e la tranquillità. Piacevole è stato anche il calore del riscaldamento a pavimento. Apprezzato il parcheggio privato e facilmente raggiungibile con una rampa di scale che conduce al centro di Todi e da cui facilmente si accede all'alloggio. Sicuramente da consigliare.

L'alloggio è un piccolo gioiello al centro di Terni, pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario , ci si sente subito a casa. Stefania é la migliore Host che si possa desiderare, molto più che disponibile e gentile (ci ha addirittura tenuto un parcheggio al nostro arrivo, vista la difficoltà a trovarne di venerdì sera). Tornerò sicuramente!

Siamo state un weekend nell’appartamento di Mira ed è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. L’appartamento è spazioso e molto pulito, fornito di tutto ciò che può servire (caffè, zucchero e spezie varie anche). La vista sul campanile, da cui dietro si scorge la montagna, rende il tutto più magico soprattutto di sera, momento in cui Narni diventa quasi incantata. Il rintocco delle campane è quello che ci vuole per vivere l’esperienza di questi posti che restano quasi fermi nel tempo. In sostanza, consigliatissimo!

Posticino accogliente e ordinato, esattamente come nelle foto. Elena ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili e si è dimostrata gentilissima, ho molto apprezzato ci abbia fatto trovare casa ben illuminata e scaldata all'arrivo. La posizione poi è perfetta per visitare il centro storico di Spoleto. Soggiorno consigliato!

Casa in ottima posizione comoda per i vari spostamenti, pulitissima e ordinata.

Eine außergewöhnliche, schöne und gemütliche Wohnung in guter Lage. Die Piazza del Mercato ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Manuela hat uns sehr hilfreiche Informationen und Tipps geschickt, sodass wir uns schnell orientieren konnten. Sie hat immer sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert. Die Dusche ist super, das Bett bequem und vom Sofa blickt man im "Palastzimmer" auf eine wunderschöne Kassettendecke. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Wir können Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

L' host molto gentile e accomodante ci ha fornito ottime indicazioni sulla zona e si è mostrata molto disponibile. Alloggio pulito e accogliente. Unica cosa da segnalare le tende della porta di ingresso non coprono sufficientemente la luce da fuori.

Todo super bien, muy amigable, entrego mucha información e indicaciones con mapa y horarios incluido.

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

What can I say? Gorgeous lake views, and Marco prepared everything we needed (and even things we didn't know we'd need). Stay was way beyond expectations. When we left items behind, Marco quickly helped us get them back - so thoughtful! Thank you so much Marco!

The first of all hosts are very nice people! Sofia met me at check in. So bright girl. She speaks very good English. Simon was very helpful He helped me to set fireplace. It was great to have fire very night. Apartment is very very spacious and clean. Everything you need to have in the kitchen. Coffee machine with coffee provided, stove, oven, refrigerator. Everything is sparkling clean. Bathroom with good size shower. Nice bedding, good mattress. Every morning i woke up with birds chirping. Few supermarkets was about 3 minutes drive from apartment. Marsciano is decent size town with all services. Autostrada is about 5 minutes drive from apartment. By this road you can reach Rome, Florence, Perugia and all small towns around.

Nice and clean. I liked the place. It was quiet, private and modern. Recommended for weekend getaways to Terni area!

Great place to stay within walking distance of all the major sights in Orvieto. Amazing view of the rooftops and the Duomo. Daniele was one of the best hosts we have had through AirBnB. Very responsive, very helpful and proactive. Communication was excellent. Would highly recommend and we are already booking our next stay there.

Luca è stato gentilissimo, ci ha fatto capire facilmente come entrare nella struttura. La casa era pulitissima e spaziosa, anche per noi che eravamo in 5, disponeva di due bagni e due docce. C’era anche un posto macchina affianco. Consigliatissima se vi trovate nei dintorni.

Posto intimo e tranquillo, pulizia impeccabile. Qualsiasi luogo di interesse è a portata di mano, comprese stazione ferroviaria e fermate dei bus, data la centralità. Valerio host da 6 stelle, disponibilità eccezionale e chiarezza nelle spiegazioni di abitazione e luoghi di interesse. Ci ritornerò sicuramente

Wie waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (5+10 Jahre) dort. Ideal für Familie. Den Pool teilt man sich mit den anderen Wohnungen, ist aber nie überfüllt, oft waren wir alleine dort. Er ist gut unterhalten. Wichtig für uns, man hat von der kleinen Terasse direkte Sicht auf den Pool und hat so die Kinder im Auge. Die Wohnung selber liegt in einem Traum von einem Haus. Ruhig und idyllisch. Es gibt kein WLAN. Anfahrt hat 500m Schotterpiste. Beides hat uns nicht gestört. Todi ist 15' mit dem Auto entfernt. Gastgeberin reagiert sofort und effektiv auf jede Frage. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Le logement est conforme aux photos. Le jardin et la piscine sont vraiment magnifiques pour se détendre et se reposer. Prévoyez le répulsif à moustique pour la fin de journée et la soirée. Nombreux sites et chateaux à visiter à proximité. Je vous conseille le restaurant Le Fenice à proximité (menu à 15€ avec entree, pizza, dessert et café).

We needed a place with air conditioning and a pool during a bad heat wave and this place delivered! If there was any issue, the owners were very responsive. The pool was perfect, the ac units in the bedroom worked great and the farm setting was lovely. They have sweet cats and dogs, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

Appartamento grande, ben arredato e super accessoriato , immerso nella natura . Catia ed Aldo due super host, attenti ed amichevoli. Torneremo sicuramente.

Angela è una grandissima host lei e tutta la famiglia ci hanno accolto calorosamente. La location incantevole, così come nelle foto, regala una splendida vista su Spoleto facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi (10 min). Ci tornerò sicuramente, consigliatissimo!!
