Great little private place. From time to time, you can hear them playing music next door. Highly recommend anyone staying next.

This place was just fabulous! Nestled in a wonderful neighborhood(walking distance to gas station for needs/food). Quiet, comfortable, with that second home feel. It sat right on the canal, so getting to watch wild life was such a highlight. Fishing poles were offered on site and home is located close to the boat launch! Had a wonderful covered back porch not screened in(but wasn’t really necessary). Three different outdoor cook top options INCLUDING a pot to do a boil. Had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen, bathrooms were stocked (which was fabulous so I didn’t have to fly in with shampoo etc.) for all the ladies there was a hair dryer available with attachments! Washer and dryer available and worked great. The towels, bathroom and linens were very clean! The locks were super easy to use and fallow instructions. I highly recommend this house and hosts! I look forward to coming back, this will officially be our staple home to rent for every visit.

It was just as the listing photos showed. They were very responsive regarding check in. The neighbors were nice.

It was an amazing places for my whole family to stay. Lots of space for my baby, all his toys and his walker! Blaine is super friendly and super responsive to texts!

The price was reasonable and it had lots of fun I would do it again and I would recommend it to anyone

It was such a relaxing and peaceful week of vacation! We lucked out with the weather and we were able to sit out on the deck in the sunshine, most mornings, watching watercraft go by. I could have just stayed there all day and never left. It was nice to come back to the peaceful house in Houma after a day in New Orleans. We were able to do Mardi Gras in New Orleans and also hit a parade in downtown Houma. We found the absolute BEST seafood restaurant in Houma, Boudreau & Thibodeau's Cajun Cookin' (even better than the restaurants we went to in New Orleans)! We loved it so much we went twice. Our second favorite restaurant was The Shack and 3rd was Cajun Critters. We definitely were in heaven with food we ate! The house is conveniently located to a ton of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. We went on a swamp tour at Ragin Cajun Airboat Tours, which was only 38 miles away from the house. Which was well worth the drive and the fees for the airboat tour!

Beautiful home, spacious, very clean and modern, love the backyard patio, it was wonderful for entertainment,and the pool table stayed occupied 24 hours. My family enjoyed the home, and looking forward to booking again

Was the perfect little spot for one person, I just needed a place to stay while taking a class and it felt like my own space. The couch is super comfy and the bed… oh my goodness the bed is so cozy. A sound machine is even provided if you need it. The backyard space is very inviting and nice to sit and relax in.

Such a peaceful place and stay. The host was very friendly and responsive. The back deck was amazing…we throughly enjoyed sitting out on the deck enjoying our coffee and watching the boats go by.

Nice and quiet, tucked back off the road. Clean rooms with plenty of space. Beautiful sunsets off the back porch and plenty of wildlife!

I usually stay with friends when I’m in town, but with the holiday, I needed an extra space. The listing was in a perfect location of the family I was in town to visit. Kami was always quick to respond and everything was set up perfectly inside.

Such a great stay! Host was so friendly and flexible! House is so cute! The only thing is, the house is on stilts and the wind moves the house and fells like an earthquake! (Mind you it stormed HORRIBLE while I was there) I’m sure if it would have not rained it wouldn’t have felt that way. Other than that ida was wonderful, the place is very nice and clean. Definitely will go back!
