We had a perfect weekend at Chloe and Rohan's home. They've done a great job setting up the home for guests while still maintaining all of the thoughtful and cozy attributes of a home. The location is perfect and the deck offers a fantastic view of the ocean, which was very walkable and their native landscaping offers a bit more privacy. Chloe made everything extremely easy with a useful pdf pamphlet of things to know about the area and tips. Our dog loved the very secure yard! We hope to return!

Beautiful home, quiet, peaceful and nestled in the woods. Belinda's home had everything we needed and more. The driveway in is a little bumpy, but once you've arrived, everything makes sense - wish we could've stayed there for longer! Thank you for the incredible stay.

Probably the best place I have stayed. Really well setup with everything you could need in a lovely location. Very peaceful and quiet, the host is very friendly and responsive. Nice touches like music playing on arrival and fresh flowers in the kitchen. Everything was squeaky clean. The bed and furniture is comfy and even a TV in the bedroom too. The visiting animals are a treat and very friendly and the fact it is dog friendly is fantastic my fur kid really enjoyed the easy access to the paddock and interacting with the friendly visitors. Would highly recommend for a peaceful and relaxing stay yet only minutes from dog friendly beaches, restaurants and amenities. Thanks i'll be back!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home overlooking Lake Macquarie. The location was perfect—just a short drive to shops, cafes, and restaurants—while still offering a peaceful and scenic retreat. The house was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. One of the highlights was the firepit by the lake, where we enjoyed stunning sunsets in the most relaxing setting. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway! Ala was a fantastic host—warm, responsive, and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place to friends and family.

What an amazing spot to spend a relaxed few days exploring the Hawkesbury. The property is beautiful and perfectly set up for families or groups of friends with a balance of shared space and privacy. We’ll definitely be back!

Ricky was not only a very helpful and responsive host, he was friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to learn about the extra bathroom/ shower attached to the main bedroom (super helpful when you have a large family like mine all trying to share the one!) I will definitely stay there again 😊

We recently stayed at Penny's cottage for six weeks and we absolutely loved it. The cottage is lovely and filled with everything you could possibly need for a long term stay. Patonga is such a beautiful place, filled with lovely people so it's easy to feel at ease. If you're in need of some peace and quiet and relaxation, then this is the place for you. I highly recommend this place and thank you Penny for making our stay a wonderful experience.

The main house and guest house we fabulous. A great location, close to shop, beaches and some beautiful restaurants. Lovely family friendly home with all of the basics covered included great pantry items, towels, beautiful bed linen and all the tech mod cons. We had a terrific stay and look forward to staying again in future

Clara's home is beautiful. It's in a peaceful location and the permaculture backyard is stunning. We woke up one morning to see a roo in the garden! Clara is incredibly friendly and a great host.

This airbnb was spacious, had good views, was clean and was close to shops. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a place in the area with about 5-8 people to make the most out of the beds. Thank you for your accommodation, Royal!

We loved our time at Adele’s place - we were shocked to discover just how close to the beach it was, and we took full advantage of the short walk during our stay. Adele was proactive and had clear instructions for how to find the place, which was enormously helpful. The space was lovely, we loved the decor, the furniture was comfy, the view was beautiful, and we felt right at home. Restaurants and cafes in the area were excellent (I have finally found my favourite bakery!), and we would definitely come and stay again!

My partner and I have just had three wonderful days at Sally’s and Andrew’s place , it was wonderful to wake up each morning witn the sparkling lake on our doorstep, Sally’s place was very warm and comfortable, a great place to unwind and relax, and the added bonus was it was so close to Sydney

Beautiful place Katty and her husband very friendly people, the pool was clean and it had the pool toys, breakfast food free. Is a pretty place for the holidays. Definitely 👍🏻 💯

We booked here only a few days out from our wedding, having had our previous accom cancel on us last minute! From the moment we booked Liz was so helpful and communicative, and made sure our stay went so smoothly, with thoughtful touches which made our wedding weekend even more special. The home itself is absolutely stunning! Gorgeous view, beautifully renovated and spotlessly clean, with detailed instructions on everything in the home which made our stay so easy. Would love to return!

Lovely spot, quick walk down the hill to the caves & beach, longer walk or a 1 min drive to the strip of shops. The nearby caves beach pub was surprisingly lovely! This was probably the cleanest airbnb I've ever stayed in!

Yanta’s spacious apartment, rear deck, and gardens are a slice of heaven! She is global award-winning music composer and a very creative woman! Unless you are looking for a place to watch television (there is none here) or party, this is the ideal location to enjoy the area. I was treated to a rehearsal with her choir (Yantra is an excellent pianist) in her on-site studio as well as the treats that other guests have mentioned. As Yantra describes, this apartment is a creative refuge from the everyday chaotic world. I can’t recommend her place highly enough!

Very beautiful place, close to the lake. Just impossible to increase the hot tub temp, even when set to 40 degrees. Good communication overall

Penny was great to deal with , and very accommodating. A beautiful and quiet cabin made my stay very relaxing and revitalizing. I’ll be back

Larissa's abode is a gorgeous peaceful residence that has it all for visiting the immense location. I really appreciated the welcome, flowers in season and chocolate. Local cafes (great coffee and breakfast) in 10 mins walking, beaches in 15-20 mins walk fabulous. I travel much the outdoors veranda brilliant to relax in and the bed was awesome sleep. Overall top stars great value for money in a great location.

Fantastic location, peaceful and ideal to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city!! The boat ride to the accommodation is brilliant and Colin is happy to give his knowledge of the area. Cost of boat transfer needs to be factored into your budget when booking ($150 return) but all in all the money is very well spent on this accommodation.

great views and very peaceful , we loved our stay here , the only things we'd improve would be the shower which took ages to get the water warm and little pressure with only a shower curtain which didn't really stop water covering the bathroom floor , the other would be a longer jetty because when the tides out your literally stuck in the mud and unable to leave the property for 4- 6 hours depending on the tide height. Despite these issues we'd definitely stay again and Nicky was a great host .
