I had a most enjoyable six weeks stay , in comfortable accommodation and pleasant surroundings , within easy walking of beaches and cafes . For anyone wishing to see more of the Northern Beaches this is a good central location , also with good transport options in to the city . I appreciated the privacy of the accommodation , but the hosts were readily available , and willing to help , if needed .

This place is a hidden gem! We were so pleased that we happened to fluke this place as our stay before heading to Newcastle and were so pleased! It was such a quiet, peaceful place to stay. It’s out of the busyness of the city but close enough to everything if you need. Berowra waters is just down the road. We had two young children with us and found we had plenty of room for us all. The beds were SUPER comfortable, beautiful linens and had everything we could need. The host was very kind and helpful! The only downside was we didn’t stay longer. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lovely light home with a beautiful courtyard garden. House as described. Margaret easy to communicate with. Beautiful part of the the central coast for a family of young kids.

We loved to stay in the unit. It feels just like home especially the part that it is detached from the main house and comes with its own laundry and other amenities….Rebecca is a fun person to talk to if you run into her as she never gets in the way of your privacy during the stay !!!! We would highly recommend her place on the island!!!

Such a lovely and peaceful place, with a beautiful waterfront view. Everything was clean, tidy and bed was super cosy. Tracy was so welcoming and helpful making the stay very comfortable. Will definitely be returning in the future.

An amazing place that delivers more than is listed on the site, with added extras such as the provision of surf equipment (e.g. boogie boards), thoughtful touches like a cool bag for transporting cold food and drinks, some kitchen basics (cooking oil, fruit juice). The space is large and very well thought-out. The half bathroom on the upper level is nice to have.

Lisa opened her flat to my son and his partner. She was very helpful, open, and genuinely caring. I know they appreciate her immensely, and I could rest assured that they were comfortably enjoying their accommodations on the other side of the world. Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality, Lisa!

I couldn’t recommend Sam’s villa enough. The fit-out and styling is beautiful, the location is within walking distance to the shops/beach and it’s a peaceful, quiet area to stay. Sam went above and beyond with a bottle of wine upon arrival, allowed a late check-out and even kindly took our Woolworths delivery down to the villa and refrigerated the cold items (prior to our arrival) without us even asking. What a legend! She has equipped the entire villa with everything you could possibly need during a stay, even a music speaker so we didn’t even need to bring our own. Such a beautiful space and a wonderful host - truly cannot thank Sam enough. Will be recommending her beautiful villa to everyone 🤍 x

Great for groups no larger then 4. Plenty of POI’s close by. For those who are curious about EV vehicles there is a GPO on the patio and with my charger I was able to reach the car with no problems. Dryer and Washing machine was very handy for the beach days. Thank you Courtney and Tammie

Nothing but good things to say about this stay. The location was perfect, the accommodation was absolutely beautiful and surprisingly spacious. Hosts were responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again, it was beautiful.

Wow! What a slice of paradise. Location, property and amenities were 10/10!!! Ivona was super helpful with correspondence and arrival instructions, and Dean popped down once we had arrived to take us through everything we needed to know about the place. It was the perfect couple of R&R days away from the city. There’s plenty to do (we made good use of the kayaks, paddle-board, pizza oven and fire pit), but it’s also a beautiful spot to sit, unwind and do nothing. Our four-legged bestie had an absolute ball (could not get him away from the water!), and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver for rinsing him off - thank you for allowing them to join us! Inclination ride to and from the property was a novelty for us, and the detail provided about the steep steps going down to the boat shed are accurate, so definitely recommend that you avoid taking a suitcase (overnight or back pack recommended). Honestly 10/10. So grateful to have enjoyed a few days here and cannot enough!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fabulous stay at this beautifully presented cottage. It was immaculately clean with modern furnishings and bedding. Very well stocked with everything you need. Mary was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this to everyone and look forward to returning.

Beautiful little place at the back of the host’s property. Nicely furnished. Basic breakfast goods supplied, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. We met Ella and she is a lovely host. Had a slight issue with no tea towels and this was fixed up immediately without hassle. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your property!

Great communication. Clear check in instructions and the hosts kindly let us check in early. Had everything you need for a getaway in Avoca. Really loved the small touches such as the Tim tams and beautiful bar of soap - thank you!

Linda’s place was a pleasure. It was more spacious than I expected. Everything was clean and functional. The bed I slept in was comfortable. The garden was relaxing. There was a wallaby to greet me in the morning and I heard possums calling in the distance at night. The location was perfect for me , close to my friends in Cooranbong. Thanks Linda

Had an amazing stay at The Tin Shack!! It was pristine and spacious, with a large backyard area and the perfect deck for dining. Would recommend to anyone wanting a trip to the Central Coast!

A fantastic place to stay for a few nights or even longer, Paul is such a great host. The home was exceptionally clean, the spa bath was absolutely delightful and his instructions are very very clear! The surroundings?! Beautiful and we felt right at home. I’ve already begun recommending Paul’s stay to all our friends.

Love staying in this quiet private cabin. Super cosy! Hosts were really friendly and Hans (the dog) was very cute and had a nice play with my dog. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. Had two young kids so loved being able to keep pram parked in garage. Walking distance everywhere in Ettalong. Coffee is my vice so the coffee tips were great.
